Chapter 1602  Number In Two Worlds

The Old man looked at Grey, hearing his words, he couldnʼt help but recall what Grey said to him when they were fighting. Grey warned him that there was something inside his body and used it to keep the Old man at bay who was worried. Grey then made him believe that he didnʼt put anything in his body with his reactions, and this made the Old man think he was tricked, hence he not only chose not to listen to Grey, but he didnʼt even take out time to check if there was even a probability that he was poisoned.

In the end, it was Greyʼs cunningness that made him defeat the Old man with nothing more than an injury on his shoulder. In fact, that injury could be said to be the downfall of the Old man.

The Old man chose to trade blow for blow with Grey, which turned out bad for him.

”Hehe.” The Old man let out a self-deprecating laugh, he couldnʼt believe he was outsmarted by a youth. If he was told he would ever be in such a situation, he would never believe.

He turned to the Fourth Prince who was unable to speak and threw something at him. It was an item that opened up a portal for the Fourth Prince, his eyes were calm as he said, ”Your highness, this is all I can do. I canʼt go any further.”

When Grey heard these words, he knew something was wrong, and without hesitation, he yelled at Klaus and Reynolds, ”Run!”

He disappeared from the spot, Klaus, Reynolds, Alice, and the Seventh Prince all did the same.

Boom!

The Old man self-destructed. Only the Fourth Prince was teleported out of the place. The Gnome who was fighting with the Fourth Prince was left there, as well as his puppet.

He didnʼt have the time to scream before his body turned to dust from the power of the explosion.

The expanse of land within a one kilometer radius was reduced to nothing. A large pit appeared in the forest. Luckily, Grey took the fight deep into the forest. Even with the distance between the place and the kingdom, the impact of the explosion shook the kingdom that was a few kilometers away from the site of the battle.

….

Some kilometers away, Grey and his friends appeared, they looked at the explosion with fearful eyes.

None of them were confident that they could survive this. Even Grey didnʼt believe he could survive this. The self-destruction of a Fourth stage Sovereign is far more powerful than whatever attack they could use. Even if Grey has confidence that he could fight toe to toe with the Old man, he knew there was no way he would be able to survive this.

”That was close.” Klaus said under his breath. They were almost caught in the explosion, but Void and the bunny leader acted quickly, saving them.

Grey took the Seventh Prince and Alice away, leaving the duo to fend for themselves. Klaus didnʼt know if he should attack Grey or not.

”Yeah, but thatʼs not the problem. What do we do with the Fourth Prince?” Reynolds asked. If the Fourth Prince escapes, then the chances of him rallying the others against them was very high.

”Heʼs just a lost bird without a nest, besides, Iʼve tagged him from the first battle we had the first time we met him. I can track his general direction at the moment. Once I get close enough, I will be able to sense his exact location.” Grey replied.

”How convenient. This technique of yours is very impressive.” Alice complimented. The fact that this was after being tagged the first time meant that the tag stays on people for a long time. It has been a while since Grey tagged the Fourth Prince, yet he can still get his general direction from it.

”It is, Iʼm not done with it yet. When Iʼm done with it, I can teleport to the location of anyone I tagged. Of course, as long as they are within a certain range.” Grey said excitedly.

”Enough, we better go deal with him before he tells anyone else.” Klaus wasnʼt in the mood to hear Grey bragging about his exceptional technique. He still held a grudge for almost being left to die.

Grey smiled and the group set off. He could sense the Princeʼs direction, and it was shockingly far away.

”We better hurry.”

 ….

Some kilometers away from where the explosion occurred.

The Fourth Prince shot out from a portal and slammed into a cliff.

He stood up after a while, his body was in pain from slamming into the cliff, but that wasnʼt what he had his mind on, he could see the Old manʼs body shattering just as he was covered by the portal.

”Old Kerr died?” He couldnʼt believe it. It was one thing if the Gnomes with him died, but Old Kerr is someone he has a deep connection with. He was the fatherly figure in his life.

”Impossible, Old Kerr canʼt die to those clowns. This must be a trick.”

The Fourth Prince was on the verge of losing his mind. The person that was close to him died protecting him, he didnʼt know if he should be grateful or feel useless. If he were stronger, Old Kerr wouldnʼt need to sacrifice himself.

”That fool! He brought those guys here! Grey Dawson. Iʼll kill them, Iʼll kill them all.” The Fourth Prince didnʼt believe there was anyone else around that age that could fight Old Kerr to that stage, only Grey Dawson could manage to pull something like this off. Even in the Gnome world, heʼs the top talent.

Thereʼs no one else in the Gnome world that could do something like this. And there was no way the human world could create two Grey Dawsons at the same time. Thereʼs only one Grey Dawson, and he was the top genius in both the human and Gnome world.
