Three Towers Game

Chapter 1254: Chapter 396: A Hundred Versions of Me Competing on the Same Stage

Adventure is supposed to be fun. Being chosen by an exciting adventure should mean you’re the chosen one.

Will someone like me also die?

Shouldn’t such a game be the kind that’s full of wonder and yet without danger?

Wen Xishu from Blue Star is a bit scared.

He has always longed for adventure, for a life of surprises and eeriness, but this is precisely because he is too sheltered, like asking why one would eat cake instead of meat.

It’s like some little girls who find the current era boring, and long for the chaotic era of the warlords in the Republic of China to fall in love with a domineering officer.

Or perhaps, return to the romantic era of Wei and Jin, to see those flower-like men...

When you haven’t chosen a path, you think it must be interesting, but if you really go... perhaps it will be Hell.

At this moment, Blue Star Wen Xishu clearly feels fear at seeing the word ”death”.

Logically speaking, Wen Xishu wouldn’t sympathize with such a person.

But perhaps it was that hug that sparked a special resonance between ”me” and ”me”, and he felt the desire for that world.

That must be a world without regrets, where constellations might exist as celebrities. The old principal, a legendary veteran who experienced multiple wars, ultimately achieved peace through countless bloody battles.

This is truly good.

So it’s also very cruel.

Because Wen Xishu remembers a saying:

Now, all the ”yous” from parallel universes will converge, and only the one who wins will return to their own universe, anchoring it as the only universe.

That’s the task description.

In other words, at this moment, all parallel universes are laid out on the table for survival... only the self who survives from that universe will make it real.

The world without regrets, where one can even be a silly little happy person... if it’s gone, he too would feel upset.

Yet this involves a huge paradox—

The more beautiful the world, the less survivable it is.

”Let’s go, we begin the first game.” Wen Xishu said.

The twenty-five deaths still make Blue Star Wen Xishu shiver as he speaks:

”Death... You call this a game?”

Wen Xishu said:

”From my perspective, the upcoming challenges are likely just a game.”

Blue Star Wen Xishu suddenly speaks up:

”Hey... Are we going to be enemies? In the upcoming game?”

Wen Xishu shook his head:

”I don’t know, but I guess if you don’t go out, you’ll die in there. It’s best to follow the rules of Deceit Tower.”

Finally, Blue Star Wen Xishu mustered the courage and walked through the door with Wen Xishu.

...

...

After experiencing a dizziness that Wen Xishu knows all too well...

Wen Xishu appeared in a huge square, where Wen Xishu saw many versions of ”Wen Xishu”.

Some had burn scars, some were disabled, some wore medieval magic hats, some wore futuristic clothes with patterns resembling integrated circuits, and some were holding brushes with a melancholic expression.

There were also ones that looked almost identical to Wen Xishu, even... Wen Xishu could sense a much more dangerous aura emanating from them than his own.

When Wen Xishu looked towards that extremely dangerous ”self”, perhaps due to their similarly strong perception, they too felt the gaze and looked back at Wen Xishu.

001.

The other one’s number is 001.

Wen Xishu was a bit surprised. 001 Wen Xishu didn’t really care, just glanced at Wen Xishu’s 046 number before shifting his gaze.

Soon, Wen Xishu felt another drunk version of himself also scrutinizing him.

Of course, the 046 Wen Xishu isn’t the most special.

Most special is the 022 Wen Xishu.

Because this Wen Xishu... might as well be called Wen Xisu. Yes, she is female.

The female version of Wen Xishu resembles Wen Xishu slightly, but has a strong feminine charm. Not a black fishnet high heel vixen style, but wearing a beige suit, with her hair in a bun, an intellectual and elegant vibe with a beauty mark at the corner of her eye.

She elegantly assesses those around her, without feeling embarrassed by the countless male versions staring at her.

It’s just easy to think...

Among a hundred or so people, only she is female, which indicates that she exists in a unique parallel world.

That is to say, objectively, the real self is male.

The female version of Wen Xishu finds it quite interesting, pondering these issues while starting to observe the various versions of herself, thinking about what their worlds are like.

”Whoa... that’s... that’s the gender-swapped version of me? It’s so like me, but not the low-grade cross-dressing where I put on women’s clothes, rather a complete female version of me where even the features are similar but with no sense of discord! It’s even kinda attractive!”

The chatty 045 Wen Xishu clearly took an interest in ”himself”. After seeing so many ”mes”, he no longer fears death. The fear of death is overshadowed by the abundance of fresh ”mes”.

”Do you think it’s possible I’ve been single until now, because... to meet my Otherworldly Me?”

Still too repressed...

Wen Xishu could only evaluate, you truly are a disgrace in the Wen Xishu realm! How can anyone feel aroused towards their gender-swapped self?
