I Punch the Tailed Beast Ball

Kosuke had a smile on his face, but his movements were not slow at all. He suddenly swung his sword that was enveloped by water.

Suddenly, everyone saw that there were many other Kosuke’s hands swinging the sword that was enveloped by water.

Countless swords that were enveloped by water merged together and turned into a giant water dragon made of water blades.

”What is going on?” Hayama Shirakumo looked at this scene in disbelief. He did not understand the principle behind this move at all.

He also did not see Kosuke making any hand seal. Why were there so many shadow clones?

The two Uchiha did not know what was going on either. Only Hatsumi Uchiha, whose Sharingan was still active, understood everything.

Kosuke was actually using an Illusion Technique as he swung his sword!

Just now, when Kosuke swung his sword, Hatsumi Uchiha was also in a trance. However, she had three-tomoe Sharingan, after all, so she could see through the Illusion Technique.

Even so, Hatsumi Uchiha was surprised to find that in the moment she was in a trance, a stream of water had already coiled around Nagasawa, binding him in place.

At the same time, there was a water dragon rushing towards Nagasawa.

However, the water dragon was not that huge, nor was it composed of slash wave, but there was a slash in its gaping mouth.

Kosuke still had the kind smile on his face.

He named this move Water Breathing: Illusion Haze. It was the inspired from his self-created S-level sword technique, Leaf-Style Willow.

Leaf-Style Willow was a combination of Illusion and sword Techniques, and it didn’t require hand seals. First, he activated the Illusion Technique to make the enemy think that he had disappeared among the leaves blown by the wind. At the same time, he bound the opponent and then finished off his opponent from the opponent’s blind spot.

Illusion Hze was also a combination of sword techniques and Illusion Techniques, but he added Water Breathing, allowing him to bind his opponent and then finish his opponent with a water dragon!

Compared to Leaf-Style Willow, this move was better. As long as the opponent fell into his Illusion Technique, they would be immobilized, and there would be no need to worry if the opponent saw through his illusion technique afterward.

Of course, this move was harder to execute than Leaf-Style Willow. Illusion Haze was slower and not as direct and efficient as Leaf-Style Willow. However, Illusion Haze was safer and more reliable, while Leaf-Style Willow was more efficient in killing enemies.

However, Kosuke still felt that Illusion Haze was stronger because Illusion Haze had just been created, and there was still a lot of room for improvement.

However, even Nagasawa’s shadow clone would not be easily fall into the Illusion Technique.

Nagasawa had already seen through the Illusion Technique the moment Kosuke used it. He just wanted to see Kosuke’s moves thoroughly.

When the water dragon was approaching him, Nagasawa swung his right hand, and the sword on his hand was instantly enveloped by water.

”Water Breathing: Strong Vortex Storm!”

Nagasawa mustered his Chakra, and streams of water flowed out from his hand, enveloping Nagasawa’s arm and sword before being compressed into a tendril-like shape.

Nagasawa fiercely launched the tendril.

The speed of the tendril was extremely fast, and soon it collided with Kosuke’s water dragon.

Rumble!!!

A loud explosion sounded.

The water dragon quickly dispersed, overwhelmed by the force of the tendril, but that was when the slash wave in the water dragon’s mouth cut off a part of the tendril, destroying the balance of the tendril’s rotation.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Due to the dispersed water dragon and tendril, a large amount of water splashed in all directions.

Because Kosuke’s technique had been overpowered by Nagasawa’s technique, the three people who fell victim to Kosuke’s Illusion Technique snapped back to their senses. When they opened their eyes, they saw a large amount of water flowing towards them.

The two Uchiha quickly used Flame Breathing’s techniques to evaporate the incoming water, while Hayama Shirakumo used Wind Breathing’s techniques to redirect the water elsewhere.

Although the tendril also dispersed because of the slash wave, a water dragon was quickly formed and attacked Kosuke.

”Water Release: Water Formation Wall!”

Kosuke quickly formed two hand seals, and a huge wall of water was instantly erected.

He learned his Water Formation Wall from Tobirama, so he only required two hand seals to activate it, so he could create Water Formation Wall fairly quickly.

However, what Kosuke did not expect was that his Water Formation Wall actually failed to block Nagasawa’s follow-up attack. It was as if the huge Water Wall was torn apart by something sharp.

Upon closer look, Kosuke noticed that there was a slash wave in the waterspout. It was the slash wave inside the watersprout that cut his Water Formation Wall.

This left everyone in awe. Nagasawa’s moves were full of follow-ups. He even hid a slash wave in the waterspout.

In their eyes, Kosuke’s Water Formation Wall just now was very amazing. They did not expect it to be dispersed by Nagasawa’s water tornado.

”Since that’s the case, then...” Kosuke gripped the hilt of his sword tightly. Instead of retreating, he charged towards the waterspout.

”Water Breathing Third Form: Flowing Dance!”

Seeing that Kosuke use Flowing Dance and rush towards him, Nagasawa knew that Kosuke had a profound understanding of Water Breathing.

An average person would either retreat or continued to attack the waterspout, dispersing the attack that Nagasawa had let go.

Since this was a spar to test Kosuke’s strength, Kosuke clearly couldn’t afford to run away.

If Kosuke took the second option, which was attacking the waterspout, Nagasawa would easily take him down while he was busy with the waterspout.

However, Water Breathing Third Form: Flowing Dance was perfect for this situation since he could dodge Nagasawa’s attack while closing the distance.

The Flowing Water Dance Kosuke used was like a stream flowing in a winding trajectory. Although he moved in a weird trajectory, it was unusually smooth and fast. He successfully avoided the waterspout and rushed toward Nagasawa and swung his sword.

If it were an average person, they might have been killed by Kosuke, but Nagasawa’s reaction speed was exceptional, so he had enough time to strike Kosuke as well.

Dang!

The two swords collided, and the wind blew the black hair on Nagasawa’s forehead.

Just as Nagasawa was about to push Kosuke away, Kosuke suddenly stopped and smiled, ”As expected of the Hokage Assistant and the creator of Breathing Styles. I admit defeat.”

Kosuke knew that he would lose at that point, so he simply admitted defeat. After all, through this battle, he also knew some of his shortcomings.

Nagasawa was stunned for a moment, but he quickly put his sword away. He nodded and said,

”You guys need to learn from Kosuke-senpai and implement your specialty into your Breathing Style and create your own moves.”

Kosuke sheathed his sword and walked back with a smile.

When he returned to the crowd, Hayama Shirakumo asked with interest, ”Kosuke-senpai, your Water Release and swordsmanship are excellent. You should have been promoted to Jonin a long time ago. Why are you still a Genin?”

Kosuke said with a smile on his face, ”Jonin isn’t just about strength. I don’t deserve to be a Jonin. I’d rather stick as a Genin.”
