After Gender Transformation, I Was Adjusted by the System into the Demon Queen’s Strongest Maid

A ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍massive force struck.

Lilia ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍didn’t even have time to grab onto anything before her entire body, like a cannonball, was forcefully stuffed into that pitch-black tree hollow by the vines.

Her ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍vision instantly plunged into darkness.

“Ugh—”

Lilia clamped her mouth shut, afraid she might vomit out the breakfast she had just eaten.

Damn that green-haired turtle!

Even worse, her master was still watching.

【Mm… quite a unique posture.】

Lilia: “……”

Boss, we’re sharing senses right now!

If I throw up, you won’t escape that disgusting feeling either!

Since I’m already like this, don’t even think about having it easy!

Perhaps sensing Lilia’s rebellious thoughts, the voice in her mind sounded again, this time carrying a faint chill of warning.

【If you dare throw up, when we get back, I’ll XXX you.】

Lilia had no choice but to keep enduring.

At last, a glimmer of light appeared ahead.

That point of light rapidly expanded, accompanied by the increasingly clear sound of rushing wind.

“Exit!”

Joy surged in Lilia’s heart.

As long as she could get out of this hellhole, even if it was a mountain of blades and a sea of fire outside, she would accept it!

“Bang!”

With a loud explosion-like sound—

Lilia was shot out like a cannonball, her entire body flying out of a tree hollow suspended midair.

The feeling of seeing daylight again didn’t last long.

Because in the next second, gravity mercilessly took over.

“Wait—”

Lilia flailed her limbs wildly in midair, trying to grab something to slow herself down.

Her gaze swept downward quickly.

Below wasn’t soft grass, nor a thick pile of fallen leaves.

It was a field of jagged rocks!

“Vivian, I curse your ancestors—!!!”

That woman had definitely deliberately placed the exit in midair!

Lilia didn’t even have time to adjust her posture, let alone activate Shadow Step or Time Stop.

Her body had already entered free fall.

“It’s over.”

That was the only thought left in Lilia’s mind.

If she hit the ground like this, even if she didn’t die, she’d be half-crippled.

The worst part—

Her butt!

Her butt was going to hit first!

“Bang!”

A dull, heavy impact echoed across the rocky ground, startling several crows that had been foraging between the stones.

Dust flew everywhere.

“Hiss—”

Lilia lay sprawled across a large rock, her body forming a strange “starfish” shape, not moving for a long time.

Tears burst out instantly.

She could practically feel that her butt had shattered into eight pieces.

After several seconds, Lilia finally tremblingly reached a hand behind herself and felt around.

Still there.

Although numb to the point of losing sensation, at least all the parts were still intact.

“Damn it…”

Grinding her teeth, Lilia sucked in cold air while struggling to climb out of the pile of rocks.

Rubbing her backside, she grimaced as she staggered out.

“Hiss—this is definitely a workplace injury. A serious one.”

Grumbling indignantly, Lilia dusted off her skirt before finally taking the time to observe her surroundings.

Before her lay a swamp shrouded in thick fog. The air was filled with a pungent stench, like rotten eggs mixed with moldy socks. The ground beneath her feet was an ominous blackish-purple, and from time to time, bubbles of mud would rise with a “glub,” bursting into clouds of sickly green smoke.

This place— even a dog would shake its head and leave.

Lilia took out the parchment scroll Vivian had given her and carefully examined it under the faint light.

The red skull symbol marking the destination was positioned exactly where she stood.

“That green-haired woman only said there was some ‘disturbance’ here and told me to clean it up.” Lilia crumpled the map and stuffed it into her chest, her eyelid twitching. “But she never said what exactly this ‘disturbance’ is.”

A mutated magical beast? An out-of-control magic formation?

Just as Lilia was considering whether to find a higher ground to lie low for a while—

“BOOM—!!!”

A loud explosion suddenly erupted nearby without warning.

The ground trembled violently. Lilia staggered, nearly falling headfirst into a nearby bubbling mud pit.

Immediately after, a scorching shockwave mixed with mud and the scent of burnt vegetation surged toward her.

Lilia didn’t even bother wiping the mud off her face—her eyes lit up instantly.

An explosion?

“That green-haired woman really had bad intentions.”

Lilia spat, her gaze turning sharp in an instant.

What “teleportation shortcut,” what “no need to travel”—this was clearly pre-calculated, launching her like a human cannonball straight into the center of the battlefield!

Although she mentally cursed Vivian’s entire lineage, Lilia didn’t turn around and run.

She was already here.

And Hera was still watching.

Lowering her body, she moved like a black cat, silently weaving through the slippery moss and strange rocks, heading toward the source of the explosion.

……

Less than five hundred meters from Lilia’s landing point, in a muddy depression—

The place had already turned into a boiling pot of rotten porridge.

Multicolored magical lights flew chaotically through the air, the crisp clashes of metal intertwining with the roars of monsters—it was as lively as a bustling marketplace during a sale.

Lilia crouched behind a charred, broken log, cautiously peeking out half her head as she activated Absolute Senses.

“This is…”

After seeing the situation clearly, Lilia couldn’t help but suck in a breath of cold air—unfortunately, it was all swamp gas, nearly choking her to death.

At the center of the battlefield, a sludge monster as tall as a three-story building, its body covered in rotting aquatic plants and unknown bones, was wildly swinging tentacle-like arms and smashing the ground.

This thing looked utterly chaotic in form—no facial features, only a massive mouth occupying half its body, spewing out large amounts of highly corrosive acid every time it opened.

This kind of monster wasn’t top-tier in the Demon Realm, but it was definitely among the most disgusting. It was mostly immune to physical attacks, had high magic resistance, and as long as it stood in mud, it could regenerate endlessly—like an unbreakable piece of sticky gum.

But what truly made Lilia’s pupils quake—

Was not this monster.

It was the four figures surrounding it.

That’s right—humans.

Not Beastmen, not demons, not any demi-human species with tails or wings—

But humans.

Two men and two women.
