The hivemind is conquering for me?

He walked down the familiar halls with a purpose. He felt the scorn of the guards, the guests. Everyone. In the past, these looks got under his skin, drawing out a festering rage that bubbled under his skin.

Now? Now he cared little for these sheeple. They were irrelevant. They always were, he had just been blind to the truth due to his own hubris. But now he thinks not only for himself. He smiled at this thought and began to roll his joints as he walked.

He knew he had become a slave in all but name, but honestly? He fucking loved it! He saw colours more vibrant, his senses of smell and hearing heightened. He had been given permission to bed a woman when he landed to maintain appearance and the sensations, the stamina. He couldn’t believe he had been so obtuse to all of this stimuli.

And this was apparently just the beginning? He quivered at the thought as he rubbed his hands together, before slightly regretting that decision. He really had been feeling like he should have a different appendage there, but was assured that it was a natural feeling and to simply embrace the feeling, but not do anything drastic like cut off the imposter limb. He would be disciplined otherwise.

Savitri shuddered the thought away, the pain from his rebirth still very fresh inside his mind, he would do everything in his power to never feel that pain again...

He arrived at the end of one of the many hallways in his family’s compound and was eventually brought to a stop by two eight feet tall twins. ”Leo, Lia. I am here to see my mother.”

The two looked between each other before the woman, Lia spoke first. ”I am surprised to see you here so soon after your long voyage home. We didn’t expect you for another two days. We expected you to be blowing your families money like the waste you are.”

Savitri let out a long deep breath from his nose. With the wool pulled from his eye, provocation like this just meant nothing to him. Turning to the lesser of the two cunts, he smiled and asked. ”Is she available? Can you let her know I am here?”

Lia was taken aback by the lack of reaction from the fuck up, but her brother spoke up before she could vent. ”She in meeting. You wait.” He then used his head to point to a chair and Savitri simply nodded his head with an understanding smile.

He walked over to the waiting room, ignoring the gazes of the twins and sat down. He then proceeded to look out of the window, just in time for a fish to swim by. Atlantis had made itself famous for a few things. Those things being.

An amazing resort structure set up on all the small islands on the planet’s surface, the most diverse sea flora and fauna inside the core worlds and an almost completely unpolluted waters, globe wide.

But the greatest creation of Atlantis was the reefs. Patented by very ancient laws and were patented by the very planet itself, not even the Spartari Royalty had the blueprints for how they were built. The reefs were colossal subterranean, bio created, landmasses with fully integrated bio domes, sea flora that produce copious amounts of oxygen that were scattered throughout the entire planet.

Savitri looked up, he could see the waves of the surface above him. His family had their own private reef off the fringes of the great hub, the core tourist reef of the planet, where sins are forgotten and riches are made.

The closer to the surface indicated greater wealth and prosperity, however, Savitri looked down, just a touch, the open ocean was vast enough that it required little head movement. Down into the abyss, past all the lights.

He thought about where his master was right now, the hadopelagic... The black reefs. He had only heard rumours of the depravity down there. Faulty equipment and unaffiliated gangs. the lowest of the low. the dregs, the desperate. The dangerous. He felt sorry for them, only a little, but the sorrow was there. Now that his master had her maw in their belly, who knows what damage she could do. So far away from any light that could be shined upon her...

Savitri’s past self showed for a moment as he jolted to the sound of a door being opened to his right. However, that small display of weakness was then drowned as he gazed upon the form of the betrayer... ’Wendy.’

Savitri swallowed down the hunger, the dark urge to just get up and begin taking large chunks out of the bitches neck. She betrayed her family and because of that, he was now transformed, he was now compelled to destroy his old family for the sake of his new one.

He then, however, smiled. Revenge. It was the best when it came last. Wendy would stay alive until she had nothing and no one, then and only then, will she get what is coming to her. ”Wendy! It is so good to see you! Come, give brother a hug.” He said as he stood up, arms wide.

Wendy was the rebel of the family in a way. She had no decorum, yet she was daddies favourite so her ’Psionicpunk’ rock look, with her dyed pink hair that was shaved on one side and her rough outfits of leather jackets and pants that she wore when not forced to attend high functioning events were overlooked.

She had an obsession with Psionics and Psionic energy, but had no power of her own, but her love still remained. She would pick up artifacts and weapons that were a fortune just to taste the smallest glimpse of the power she craved.

If anything, she was the fuck up of the family, not Savitri, but being the favourite did had its advantages. Wendy turned to her left, looking up from her communicator with a shocked expression.

”Savitri? You look-ugh- Different.” She said as she was enveloped in a tight hug. ”I hope that is in a good way sister. My journey has been... Shall we say, life altering?” Wendy pulled back from the hug and looked her younger brother up and down, nodding her head.

”Yeah, bro, I can see it. Your whole vibe has changed. Good for you, honestly. I feel like you needed a good pick me up. Ho-” Wendy’s communicator just blipped, causing her to jolt as she hastily looked down at the message.

Savitri noticed how her eyes practically opened with hunger, causing the man to ask. ”Everything ok sister? Were you about to say something?” He asked, causing Wendy to look up slightly shocked. ”What? Oh no. Nothing to say. Look bro, since you are back, we should talk at family dinner tomorrow ok? I-I gotta go take care of something.”

Savitri bore holes into his sister’s back and watched as she looked back one time in confusion before she turned down the next hallway. Savitri fixated, suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder and for the first time in years, he felt his reflexes kick in as he grabbed the arm and manipulated it behind his aggressors back.

Realising it was just Leo, he then pushed the man almost two feet taller than him away, pointing at him in the process. ”Don’t touch me dude!” As Lia was about to retaliate, something she wanted to do for so long, her brother put his arm across her chest.

”Sorry boss. Your mother inside. Ready for you.” Savitri immediately became distracted as he began fixing his suit. If his emotions about seeing his mother didn’t get the better of him, he would have noticed the slight look of respect Leo was giving him. Something not given to him for a long time inside of this compound.

Once Savitri entered the room and closed the door behind him, Lia shrugged away from her brother and spat out. ”The fuck was that? The boss was clear, any lip from Savitri and we could beat him. The fuck you doing defending him for, you slow shit?”

Leo returned to his guarding position and cricked his neck. He couldn’t speak too well, an effect of his enhanced physique, but his mind was perfectly functional. He saw something just then in Savitri. Something he could follow. It was primal. He could respect it.

”Boss. Changed somehow. Think deserves some respect. For now at least.” He said, causing his sister to scoff. ”Fuck me Leo, has your buffness finally gone to your head? Imbecile...” She spoke before returning to her spot all huffy.

The silence lingered for a while before he replied with a smile. ”I won’t fuck. That gross. You smell. Like fishmonger.” Lia’s whole mouth region expanded as she did everything in her power not to laugh at her brother’s disgusting attempt at humour. She successfully stifled herself and the two returned to how they were.
