The hivemind is conquering for me?

I began to tell Nerissa about when I first met Sol, back on Ecumenopolis 1 inside of Valerica’s fireplace. I went on to explain about the freak heatwave was her and how she was building up energy to make contact. I even went into detail about how when she became a coronal mass ejection and how I snu snu’d a literal fireball. I told her how half of her existence was now fused with my origin and how the soul energy from Ares is allowing her to have a physical form.

I kept out more discreet subjects like my slave making batter being the reason for the snu snu and how Jewel had actually brokered the deal, but Nerissa didn’t seem to mind as she listened to everything with a deep fascination plastered onto her face.

Once I was done, a silence filled the room that was only filled by the occasional crackle from Sol and another bag of food that Onyx was crinkling as she watched on like a well informed cat.

I allowed Nerissa to gather her thoughts. I was expecting a series of questions about safety and risk assessment, but instead the first thing she did after collecting her thoughts was laugh softly.

The laugh was soft, melodic. It tickled my ears in such a primal and satisfying way. The kind of laugh that would have songs written about it, tales told. It was perfect. ”Oh Apollo. I don’t understand you at all... You are the greatest enigma I have discovered in millennia. This goes beyond intrigue at this point. I think I am becoming enthralled.”

Suddenly, a soft whooshing noise was heard and Nerissa’s armour opened seamlessly, revealing her form wearing nothing but a tight, black, Minerva gossamer body suit. I was momentarily stunned by the sight, not because of anything stick worthy, but because Nerissa’s body figure surprised me.

Her armour was rather thick and clunky so to see underneath it, a tall lithe warrior compared to the muscle mommy like Valerica i was expecting, surprised me. The only thing that was accurate to the suit were her breasts that clearly showed that the outward breasts on her armour were not entirely just for show.

Nerissa noticed my gaze, she expected it, as she began stretching her body, she had not been out of her suit for a few months at this point and was limbering up. ”Don’t be so surprised by my chest size Apollo, my goddess was more endowed than I was. It is only natural that I will be big. Besides, I don’t get back pain, so no need to alter my form with the tedious ritual.”

I took that information and stored it away for later as once she was done stretching, she walked over, seamlessly beginning the conversation we were just having. She sat beside me, a lack of personal space between us, but I knew Nerissa was not interested in anything so my mind didn’t wander...

All of a sudden, I was assaulted.

It was a great transgression as again, the woman booped my snoot. Again! But before I could do anything, she began rubbing my hair in a gentle rhythm and looked up at Sol. ”Apollo, I have grown fond of you, so forgive my asking. I wish to be intrigued further, but I need to make sure you are safe.”

I only half heard what she had just said, she had mastered this head massage technique and I was struggling not to let out a long over the top moan. ”S-Sure, ask away.” I said, causing Orchid and Onyx to lean in, not because they felt a threat, but because they were studying the head massage, they could tell I was seriously enjoying it.

Nerissa looked back at me then back at Sol and asked. ”How are you keeping this ’relative’ of mine from burning your origin out? Apollo, this entity is more powerful than anything I have seen and yet, it is currently in such a weak and fragile state. The oxymoron is not sitting well with me. The only thing I could possibly think of is if you had figured out a way to Psionically bind this entity to your will, but again judging from its power, it would have to consent to being bound and would take a great deal of effort.”

I came to and began to sweat slightly as Nerissa practically hit the nail on the head, but then she continued. ”That or your Origin is a lot more powerful than I predicted and has the Psionic potential than can host this Sol on the promise of future power being able to control her. And then there is-”

I was sweating heavily now as Nerissa began listing out a series of ways Sol and I could be connected, not realising she had done a big scary and got the first two right off the bat. Once she was done listing her honestly amazing and definitely research worthy ideas, she asked. ”Was I close with any of my thoughts? As if not, I am stumped and will be keeping a much closer eye on our new... Companion.”

”No, you guessed right with a couple of the things you listed. I think I will keep the exact method a secret though, can’t let you get your way all the time or you will pack up and leave aye?”

Nerissa smiled again, her artificial looking features growing on me greatly as she replied. ”Amusing... To think you are going to be able to get rid of me by simply telling me everything. No Apollo, I gave you reprieve and will continue to do so whenever you go and see your teacher, but for anything and everything else... I will be watching, learning. Figuring out the puzzle that is Archon Apollo Lambdason.”

I got a horrific Deja vu feeling as Nerissa’s lack of expression as she said that, it sent out warning flares in my mind, but I chose to believe, for my sanity, that my friend was just a little clingy now that we were reunited.

Nerissa then booped me again in a slanderous action before standing up and walked to the corner. ”Now, Sleep. I want to observe your breathing pattern. See how it has changed since you have undergone your enhancements.”

’Um... Ah fuck it.’ I thought. I wanted strange things to happen to me after all. I could live with another creature’s odd enjoyments. ”Orchid. Bedtime.” I declared and the love bug’s clothes flew off.

She hated wearing real clothes and preferred her armour morphing, but today for the enrollment, she needed actual, horrid clingy stuff. She now wanted to soothe her naked form by pressing up against Apollo all night and let go of all the stress of not being able to eat all the prey around from the whole day.

...

On the moon orbiting Leondis, Hailey was doing last minute paperwork when she watched as her door opened, revealing Gabrielle. She looked haggard downtrodden, but said nothing for a moment, she had a tendency to snap in an emotional state.

Gabrielle walked into the room, shutting the door behind her before she turned around, observed the walls of the room before walking to the far one, where she proceeded to punch it until her hand was elbow deep.

Hailey was taken aback, not expecting rage from Gabrielle, she stayed silent until Gabrielle pulled back from the wall and collapsed to her knees and began crying. Hailey then practically leapt over her table and went to hug her guardian.

”Gabby, what happened? Did you see Apollo? Did you meet him? Did something go wrong? *Gasp* Did you tell him about your relationship to him? Why are you so upset? talk to me, you are worrying me.”

Gabrielle’s face scrunched as tears began to pour even more, a few minutes later, the tears began to slightly subside, allowing her to get out between snotty sniffles. ”He, he. Oh I love him! Oh I love him so much Hailey. I could feel it and somehow, I just had this feeling he knew it too! There is no doubt. That is my Son. Waaahaha!”

Hailey just stayed there for Gabrielle for a short while until the crying began to die down. It continued for a long time as clearly, she had been holding it all day. When silence returned to the room, Gabrielle’s bottom lip was still quivering, she looked a mess. Making Hailey reluctant to ask her next question.

”So, now I understand why you are sad, what made you so angry that you punched a deep hole into my perfectly good wall?” Another flip was switched and Gabrielle’s entire body expunged its sadness as a quiet burning rage took its place.

”I am mad at myself. My baby was right in front of me right at the start of the day. I could have gone up to him and told him who I was, but I panicked. I-I couldn’t risk rejection, I just can’t even think about it...”

She then sighed. ”I am mad at myself for being a gigantic pussy, but do you know what really has me seething!” Hailey took a step back as Gabrielle’s shoulders began heaving up and down in a menacing display.

Hailey said nothing, but clearly Gabrielle had somehow read her mind as she replied, turning to Hailey with a burning anger in her eyes.

”That fucking Hyllus bitch! I am going to kill that fucking whore for stealing my baby!”
