Lord Shadow

Chapter 1874: Watching the Walls

This kind of method is quite mystical and Azief somehow understood a bit why those two people is so entranced with the walls.

Even he, who does not have any Saviʼkrian legacy could be affected like this just by looking at a scribble, what more for a Saviʼkrian being and a person who inherited the Saviʼkrian legacy.

And as he walks on the staircase, he could feel the ancient aura emanating from it.

Time and space seems to be separate the moment he step his feet on the staircase

The aura is like the one in the Supremacy Stairway.

Like a Grand Will inhabiting every part of this staircase. And not only this staircase but also the entire Temple

Azief could not help but feel this.

He walk up and up and he almost felt like it is neverendingly. But yet he did not feel tired nor did he feel like he spends a lot of time

It took some time before he realizes that his perception of time is being distorted by the staircase ”Is this what Wargod wanted me to understand? Time and Space?” Azief is not sure whether this is really Wargod intention.

After all, Wargod did not say anything to him and let him go just like that

He knows Wargod has a meaning to send him here but he does not know what meaning or clues or hints that he is meant to understand.

He looks at the wall, and there is more murals and more paintings.

The writings and the paintings must have some kind of power to bring people into itself, for it to convey itself.

Because as Azief look at the painting, even though the painting is as abstract as Kandinsky painting, he felt something.

At times, when he looks at the wall, he feel angry.

At times, he feels despair.

At times, he feels fear.

He knows that all of these feelings did not originate from himself but from these painting.

The feeling that these paintings wanted to convey pierce deep into his heart.

There is abstruse concept embedded in each scribbles, divine meaning in every paintings, sacred secrets in every murals.

And there is something else that he notices. Something that he recognized

A kind of pure Destruction aura. The kind that could ravage entire worlds. ”There is aura of Time and Space” It is not the first time that he had felt this before. He realized it before.

But at that time, it is subtle. ”No” he mutters to himself. It is not really an aura of time and space. He thought to himself. It is more like the essence of time and space

Thinking of this he could not help but frown a bit.

For those who studied the Law of time and space, this place would be a good place to study the law of time and space. ”Essence” he mutters to himself. That is the more important thing ”Did Samara brought him here to help him reach Essence Creation?” he seems to be asking himself. But the more he thinks about it, the more he doesnʼt feel that it make sense.

To break through to Essence Creation, the foundation should be stable. Will is not even in Divine Comprehension realm right now

If Samara anted Will to break through to Divine Comprehension, Azief believed that would make sense. Will himself has already accumulated enough energy and understanding to break through to Divine Comprehension realm

But if Samara wanted to help him break through to Essence Creation, it would have the risk of making the foundation weak.

It is not like Azief doesnʼt know that some people break through fast. In the earlier realm, you could easily break through fast.

But that would sacrifice your potential to go higher. If you take shortcut in the Energy Disperse stage, usually your limit would Disk Formation realm

It is the same thing f you take shortcut in Disk Formation realm. It could even cut your realm and you could never break through to Divine Comprehension realm

This is of course not absolute. Some people manage to break through their limit using pills or magical fruits that they found. But that is not a perfect solution.

In Essence Creation one could feel the laws and rules of the world and the Universe around them. And they could perform miraculous feat

Azief for example could easily control life and death and he could even sense soul, the most mysterious thing there is in any living beings.

From Divine Comprehension to Essence Creation, is to understand the essence of the laws and powers you have.

Azief for example choose a different method.

Others have to create clones or avatars of themselves equivalent to the laws that they have comprehended in Divine Comprehension.

Azief for example have thirteen law avatars. He fused them all, divided them and forge two Avatar that represented the peak of law and rules

And then he created the Essence Avatar of Chaos and Essence Avatar of Harmony ”Do the Saviʼkrian also have their own method?” Azief thought to himself. He thought of it for a second and then sighed.

This essence of time and space would be perfect for Will if he wanted to form an Essence

Avatar. ”Maybe Samara would know more” Azief donʼt think that Samara would harm Will. But if she did, then, she would make a very dedicated enemy.

Azief did not yet explore the entire temple and he had just seen a few scribbles, a few paintings, walk a few s and he could already tell that this temple is a treasure trove.

There is all kinds of secrets waiting to be unveiled. There is history, there is knowledge, there is power.

He close his eyes, smiles and release his Divine Sense. He himself believe he had changed from who he is in the past. In the past, his pursuit is relatively simple.

There is still desire to compete for fame and fortune. But now, after seeing his own future, he is more interested in learning all the knowledge he could find.

That is why he smiles

He feels happy.

His Divine Sense sweep the walls and as his Divine Sense slowly sweep the walks, his forehead creased ”Ah, this is interesting” he mutters to himself. Every inch of the wall and the ground beneath his feet is being surveyed in detail

And slowly he could feel it.

This aura.

This aura is not only there and static. ”It is quite active”

It also distorted Space time. He could not see it with his eyes. But in his Divine Sense he could see it.

Spiralling, breaking and reforming the space. For some reason, when Azief saw this, he could not help but feel like there is something he could learn from here.

Reforming, breaking and forming again

Like Creation......and Destruction. He thought to himself.

He was almost entranced by it but then he shook his head and he opens his eyes. ”Hoh. This temple has a way of messing with your mind” he thought to himself. But at the same time, Azief also understand why so many laws and so many confusing things could happen to him while he is inside this temple

In that moment when he uses his Divine Sense to survey this area of the temple, he could feel an aura pushing his Divine Sense back

There is resistance. And that confirms it for him.

This temple has a will of its own. Azief could recognize it because he could feel the same kind of will that exist on Earth

His constant battle with the Heavenly Will makes Azief very much certain that this temple also has a will of its own.

Earth has the Heavenly Will and the Will of the World. He knows the birth of these will and knows their aura.

And this temple also has that kind of Will. ”This is one of a kind aura” Azief thought to himself.

An aura, a kind of rule or law that could disregard Karmatic Cause and Effects, disregards

Time, Fate and Destiny.

And he could feel something inside him moved.

The Wheel of Rebirth and Reincarnation that is always inside of him, in a way, is reacting to it

He could feel souls. The feeling of it was subtle but he could feel resentment and anger etched in every lines of scribbles, of paintings and murals. ”Souls of the Saviʼkrian beings killed by the Destroyer?” Azief thought to himself. He believes that he got it right

But he could not communicate with these souls.

Probably because they are trapped in these very walls of this temple.

Their Time....trapped in this Temple.

Souls are very powerful.

That is from his superficial understanding.

One might think that if you have more souls, you have more power. But the thing is not all souls are equal.

There are souls so powerful that it could light up an entire Universe. But there are also worthless souls.

Even if you reap millions of these souls, you could not even lit up a light bulb.

It is the purity of the soul that determines how powerful a soul is. The most powerful and the most pure is of course, the soul of a newly born child. >
