The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

After finally managing to leave under the gaze of all those eyes, Yuanyuan shut the door of the lounge, let out a breath and took a deep one. ”It was like walking into a pig farm.”

Little Taotie was also frantically inhaling and exhaling, as if trying to use this rapid breathing to expel all the weird smell it had just drawn into its lungs and give its chest cavity a full cleaning.

Jiang Si: ”Where to next?”

Yuanyuan grinned. ”Didn’t I say we’re going shopping?”

Jiang Si: ”...”

He regretted it a little. This was basically hoisting a rock just to smash his own foot.

When a woman goes shopping... it’s downright terrifying!

Sure enough, he watched Yuanyuan, a very burly fatty, rolling ”back and forth” around the mall like a plump ball!

”We agreed on this, you’re the one paying for all this stuff!” Yuanyuan said excitedly.

Jiang Si: ”Says who.”

”Right now I’m a guy. If I buy this kind of stuff people will think I’m into guys!”

Jiang Si snorted.

”It’s settled then!” Yuanyuan dragged Jiang Si off on a shopping spree, and her other hand never once let go of Little Taotie’s.

Little Taotie: ”...”

Little Taotie was being forced to go shopping, and on top of that, forced to be glued to Yuanyuan, not allowed to take even half a step away. Little Taotie was about to drop dead from exhaustion; those short little legs were starting to give out.

Little Taotie’s big eyes rolled once, then she raised her voice and said in the local language, ”Bro, I can’t walk anymore, carry me!”

Yuanyuan looked over at Jiang Si and lowered her voice. ”She’s talking to you.”

Jiang Si said blandly, ”I’m not his bro, I’m his mom.”

Yuanyuan: ”...”

She looked at Little Taotie, pointed at herself in disbelief. ”Me?”

Little Taotie grabbed Yuanyuan’s leg in a hug. ”Bro, I can’t walk anymore! Carry me~ carry me~ If you don’t I’ll make a scene, I’ll scream and yell!”

The onlooking passersby around them got anxious as soon as they heard that. A kid shrieking is seriously scary, nobody wants to hear it.

Passerby No. 1: ”Hurry up and carry her!”

Passerby No. 2: ”You look pretty sturdy, can’t even carry a little kid?”

Passerby No. 3: ”Quit dawdling!”

Yuanyuan almost incurred public wrath. She crouched down in frustration. ”Fine, get on.”

Little Taotie happily sprawled across Yuanyuan’s back.

Yuanyuan picked her up and quickened her pace, putting distance between them and the crowd.

There went her mood for shopping.

Little Taotie also got what she wanted—finally no need to tag along with Sister Yuanyuan and buy buy buy.

When they reached the seating area in the mall’s rest zone, Yuanyuan set her down.

Little Taotie sat on the chair, Yuanyuan stood, looming over her as she glared down and snapped, ”You did that on purpose!”

Little Taotie giggled. ”Didn’t want to shop.”

Yuanyuan snorted. ”Once the competition’s over, I’m still coming back to shop!”

Little Taotie yawned. ”I’m not coming!”

Jiang Si immediately added, ”I’m not coming either!”

Yuanyuan said irritably, ”I’m a guy right now, I can’t go browsing the women’s clothing section alone. You have to come! Both of you have to come!”

Jiang Si didn’t reply.

Little Taotie stared at the scenery and didn’t respond either.

Yuanyuan was furious!

So what if she’d just bought a bit more and asked Jiang Si to carry a bit more stuff!

So what if she saw some pretty clothes and told Little Taotie to try them on!

It’s not like she’d gone that overboard!

Seeing Yuanyuan’s face flush red with anger and veins bulge on her neck, Jiang Si gave a dry cough. ”It’s about time. We should head back.”

Yuanyuan wanted to sock him but held herself back.

A gentleman’s revenge can wait ten years! Once the competition’s over, she’d drag him to the mall and make him shop for at least three hours straight!

Jiang Si had no idea Yuanyuan was already plotting how to ”do him in.”

The three of them returned to the competition’s fast-food hall and saw the contestants already trickling into their seats. The countdown showed there were about ten minutes left before it would start.
