The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 1031: Chapter 1031: Welcome to the Archaeology Department

“What’s wrong with you?” Little Taotie asked worriedly.

The director wiped the coffee stain with a tissue and quickly responded, “It’s nothing, go on.”

“Go on about what?” Little Taotie asked, puzzled.

“Continue talking about the male protagonist giving up being a Vigilante Thief to become Emperor.”

“Oh, oh!” Little Taotie tilted his head in thought: “The male protagonist is a General, which means he has military power. Isn’t military power a better advantage? He enters the palace, where there’s music and dancing, and nobody cares about disasters. So, he overthrows the regime and becomes Emperor, opens the national treasury, and distributes grain…”

The director listened and felt the plot was really thrilling! So exhilarating! Much more exciting than being a Vigilante Thief!

Founding Emperors always seem exciting, like Liu Bang, like Zhu Yuanzhang…

They rose step by step from the bottom to the throne, constantly being remade into films. Different versions always attract audiences, never failing.

However, this kind of storyline contradicts “Theft.”

The male protagonist of “Theft” is loyal to the country in the first half of his life, and protects the people in the latter half, always a patriotic and people-loving person, not the kind of hero who rules with brute force.

“Perhaps, many years later, you could make a movie like this.”

“Huh?” Little Taotie was a bit confused.

The director chuckled, “You can film the sequel. I’ll give you the rights.”

“A sequel?” Little Taotie was even more confused.

“The Female Secret Guard is still alive, the younger brother is also alive, don’t you think there should be a sequel? The Female Secret Guard killed the Vigilante Thief, the younger brother seeks revenge for his father and wants to kill the Female Secret Guard…”

“And then? And then?”

“And then… I’m getting old, can’t think further. When you grow up, could you continue it for me?”

Little Taotie hesitated, “I don’t know if I can.”

“You can, apply to the Film Academy’s directing department. I’m an external professor there, maybe I’ll have the honor to be your teacher.”

“Film Academy?” Little Taotie thought for a moment, then shook his head, “I don’t want to apply to the directing department, when I grow up I want to enter the archeology department!”

“What?” The director doubted his hearing, even speaking in dialect.

Beside them, Xiao Lingzhi also heard for the first time that Little Taotie wanted to study archeology when she grew up, and looked at Little Taotie in astonishment.

Little Jinzi laughed to herself, unable to understand anything, anyway she had no plans to go to college after graduating high school, hated studying!

Jin Yin, Chen Han, and Sheng Nan exchanged glances, it was the first time they learned of Little Taotie’s ambition.

The word “archeology” seemed completely unrelated to Little Taotie. They couldn’t understand why this young girl would think of pursuing archeology.

Beside them, a young lady thought: I’m from the archaeology department! What a coincidence! Archeology welcomes you! The charm of ancient artifacts is endless~~~

On the phone, the director processed this unbelievable news, still in disbelief, asked again, “Archeology department, are you sure?”

Little Taotie nodded seriously, her soft voice said, “Grandpa Xu from the museum told me the country has many antiques scattered overseas. I asked him how to find them, and he said there are too many fakes outside, best to study archeology so I can tell real from fake, bring real national treasures back.”

“And then you decided you wanted to study archeology?”

“Yes! I want to find all the ancient artifacts scattered overseas!” Little Taotie thought happily, after donating the rabbit’s head, Little Beast Bai Bai’s virtual form solidified much more. In the future, if she donates more ancient artifacts, Little Beast Bai Bai’s Primordial Spirit would recover faster!

The director felt Little Taotie was deceived by Elder Xu! The archeology department is so boring, only fits bookworms, not lively and adorable girls like Little Taotie!

He was a bit afraid, afraid that in a dozen years, when he meets Little Taotie again, she already turned into an old, boring scholar from the archeology department with thick glasses!
