Re-Birth Of A Genius. Creator/Destroyer

Chapter 1888: Final Charge at the Stronghold

Samʼs control shook the plan of the giants. They are unable to proceed further.

*BOOM*

*BOOM*

One after another the energy beams that were shot almost had a hundred percent hit rate. The charging giants had an exceptionally hard time to react. As for ranged giants, they practically felt useless.

Even if their timing is perfect and the charging giants dodged with very large movements, the hits are still coming at them.

They could only grit their teeth and wait.

The only problem is that Samʼs hits are not as strong. If they are just as strong as Mitraʼs hits, then he would have already killed all of them.

After some time, the captain couldnʼt take it anymore.

He contacted the ranged team and gave new set of instructions.

The ranged giants immediately created their own set up.

*WHOOSH* *WHOOSH*

Arrows that are almost as big as spears were shot from them. They tore through air and reached the formation in no time.

*BOOM*

A big explosion occurred as they clashed with the formation. The whole area a shook as all the arrows landed at the same time.

Sam looked at the attacks coming towards them and smiled. All of a sudden, the ʼhumansʼ that are guarding the stronghold from the other direction also moved to the front and this time, they aimed at the ranged giants instead of the charging giants.

*BOOM*

Just like that the final hope the giants held was gone.

After testing it a few times, Sam didnʼt waste any time and finished them off. He killed half of them, captured the other half, and dumped them in the circle in the middle. He made one of them send a message.

”We lost. We were captured. Please save us.”

That is the whole message and within just ten minutes, this message prompted a meeting in the Giantsʼ camp.

”What the hell is happening? How can a stronghold prepare in less than an hour have that much power? Even the elite unit is taken down? How is that even remotely possible?”

One of the elders asked in exasperation.

”That is not the point. What do you think will happen, if those people started marching on us from the rear? We would be in big trouble. There is also not much forest left behind us to help us with the charge.

We would become helpless.”

”So, what do you suggest?”

”Letʼs attack. The charge from humans, on the front reduced. They might have figured out that the forest is their enemy too, but that gives us an advantage. They wouldnʼt be able to attack us before figuring out what the forest held in store for them.

I am pretty sure that is why they are attacking us from rear.

Right now, they are unable to build into a full scale camp. We can take advantage of this and deal with them. Letʼs go with full force.”

Once this suggestion came up, there are not many opposers. Even the ones that opposed it had a hard time combating the point with a reasonable alternative. The giants decided to launch a full scale attack on the rear.

When Sam saw the movement through his surveillance, he couldnʼt help but chuckle at this.

”The plan is finally coming to fruition. This is great. I think we can leave and go to the Eastern front after this.”

”Are the giants falling into the trap?”

”They fell into the trap. They are moving more than half of the forces to launch a full-scale attack. I guess they are hoping to completely destroy us before we could grow any more than we already have.”

Mitra wanted to ask some questions, but Sam cut him off and said.

”Please donʼt ask anything, I am sure you will be a lot more excited when you see this by yourselves.”

”Alright, if you say so.”

Sam and Mitra both got ready. Mitra had one important task to accomplish in the next wave of attacks and that is to use two transference scrolls at the same time with impeccable timing.

Because, once he misses the timing, Sam would most likely die.

One hour later.

Sam and Mitra are looking at their respective crystal tablets. They can see that an army of giants are swarming towards them. They gathered a fair distance away and they could see the giants that are trapped in the middle.

They must have thought that they are out of attack range based on their reports.

Sam didnʼt mind that though. Because they are going to move forward in a short while anyway.

He came out of the hole and arrived near the captured group of giants. He picked the leader of the elite squad. The one with the highest level of Divine energy.

He was about to take him away when he remembered something.

He raised his right hand and a projection of his hand appeared. It is large. Large and bright enough to be seen from miles away in the morning sunlight.

The hand morphed into an image of a middle finger and it is aimed at the giant army that is slowly surrounding the stronghold.

They were furious. With their pride, they are easy to provoke. But Sam didnʼt expect that it would work that well. All of them started attacking instantly.

Sam looked at them and laughed as he disappeared with the Elite Team captain.

He made him stand up in the pit while he took out a cylinder.

”What is this thing?”

”Something I am working on recently.”

The cylinder is very small and it has various sections on it that move independently. And all of these sections have various inscription patterns.

He clicked a button on the face of the cylinder and it started hovering above the sphere that is connected to the formation outside.

The circular sections started moving. As they moved, they aligned together and created a large fire elemental attack.

All the puppets outside shot the fire attacks at the giants.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Since there is a large swarm of giants, it is almost impossible for those attacks to miss.

The sections still kept on moving, with a different alignment, a different fire elemental attack came out. This time, the attack is not a pure fireball, instead it is a jet of fire, and myriad of flaming jets were shot out from the puppets.

The cylinder kept on changing.

Another shot, this time the attack is a lightning bolt.

Followed by wind-blade tornados.

Followed by lightning bolts.

Followed by Ice storms.

Followed by Light beams.

The attacks kept on rolling and Sam didnʼt even have to make a move.

Mitra watched all of this happen with his mouth wide open.

He looked at Sam and then at the cylinder alternatively and said.

”What the fuck is this? Are you planning on building killing machines?”

”I canʼt help it.”

”Do you know, just by selling these machines, you can accumulate enough wealth to make a realm jealous and you can build so many times that no one would want to mess with you, even if they try to kill each other?

You can just live a leisurely life while cultivating.

I cannot believe that you lived as a hermit in a forest.”

Sam almost laughed out loud at this.

”Come on Mitra. You still donʼt think that I belong to your planet do you?”

”You are not?”

”No, I am from a different place. I only came here for this war.”

”I knew it, you are some kind of killer psycho that craves war, arenʼt you?”

Sam looked at him and said.

”That is a very big statement to throw at a guy who can build the killer machines that could flatten your planet.”

”So why are you here?”

”I am on a mission. To help you guys with the invaders.”

”Who sent you on that mission?”

”That is something you donʼt need to know. It is way too big of a rabbit hole for you to carelessly dive into. It is better if you donʼt know too much.

Anyway, are you ready? We need to be careful with what is about to come. The cylinder is about to be done.”

”Alright. I am good. Letʼs go.”

Sam waited as the cylinder finished the attacks. He took it off and made the Elite Giant float above the sphere.

He closed his eyes and the divine energy spread into the Giantʼs body. The energy became chaotic. The giant felt this foreign energy invading his body, but he couldnʼt do anything. The shackles on him are not letting him have any control of his own energy.

Right now, Sam is making him unstable just like how he did with a spirit stone.

The energy inside the giant became volatile with every passing second.

When the giant army outside the stronghold noticed that the ʼhumansʼ are not attacking, they immediately charged in.

But after two minutes.

The Elite giant was ready to explode.

”Now.”

Sam signaled and Mitra immediately and used the two transference scrolls. Sam and Mitra disappeared, while the giantʼs divine energy exploded as a whole along with his body.
