Gender-swapped Beautiful Girl, the Godly Rich System Takes Me to New Heights!

254: There is no way out.The Flight Attendant was taken aback, thinking she was talking nonsense out of panic: ”Ma’am, please trust the Captain and the crew; we will handle it! Please go back!”

At this moment, the Cockpit door opened, and the First Officer poked his head out, his expression solemn, clearly alerted by the commotion outside.

Seeing Lei Jun and Lei Ying following closely behind, he frowned and asked, ”What’s going on? Please return to your seats!”

Lei Jun looked straight at him and spoke quickly but clearly.

”The aircraft has a control line failure in the right elevator or rudder, accompanied by unstable hydraulic pressure, right?”

”The current shaking is the pilot fighting against the failing control system. Based on the current altitude and speed, if no special measures are taken, the plane will fall into an uncontrollable dive or roll within twenty minutes.”

The First Officer and the Flight Attendant beside him were stunned.

This young Silver-haired Girl not only accurately stated the professional technical terms for the malfunction but also pointed out the approximate location of the failure and the imminent danger!

This was definitely not something an ordinary passenger would know!

”How... how do you know?” the First Officer asked, losing his voice.

Some passengers near the First-class cabin also heard Lei Jun’s words; although they didn’t understand the technical terms, the description of an ”uncontrollable dive or roll” was enough.

Who was this girl?

How did she know all this?

”There’s no time to explain now,” Lei Jun said decisively. ”Let me into the Cockpit; I have a way to land the plane safely.”

”What? You?” The First Officer looked Lei Jun up and down. She was too young and impossibly beautiful. Although she had a calm demeanor, she didn’t look like an experienced pilot at all, let alone someone who could handle such an extreme malfunction.

”Ma’am, this is very dangerous. Please do not interfere with the crew’s work!”

He refused, but his tone was no longer as firm as before, because Lei Jun’s performance just now was too unusual.

Lei Jun knew that without proof, it would be hard to gain their trust.

She glanced back at Lei Ying.

Lei Ying immediately understood, ran to the luggage area, took out a hard-covered credential case, and handed it to the First Officer.

The First Officer took it suspiciously and opened it; his eyes widened instantly.

It was a Pilot’s License, and the photo was indeed of the Silver-Haired Girl before him, Lei Jun.

The license type, issuing authority, expiration date, and other information were all there, appearing completely authentic and legal.

Most importantly, the issue date... was indeed less than a month ago!

”You... you really have a license?” the First Officer’s voice was dry, but he was still in disbelief. ”But you’re only... how old are you?”

”Eighteen,” Lei Jun answered calmly. ”I’ve had my license for less than a month.”

”Eighteen? Less than a month?”

Before the First Officer could speak, the Flight Attendant and several passengers who overheard cried out in shock.

The sliver of hope that had just risen was instantly submerged by even greater despair.

An eighteen-year-old girl who had only had her license for a month said she could handle a serious mechanical failure that even an experienced Captain couldn’t manage and land safely?

This sounded more like a fairy tale than the malfunction itself!

The Captain had clearly heard the commotion outside as well; he called the First Officer back through the intercom and asked about the situation.

After the First Officer’s brief report, the Captain’s heavy sigh was even faintly audible.

He let the First Officer pilot the plane.

Then, the Cockpit door opened, and the Captain walked out.

He was a man who looked to be in his fifties, with a resolute face, but at this moment, his brows were tightly knit, and his forehead was beaded with sweat.

He looked at Lei Jun, then at the license in her hand, his expression extremely grim.

”Ma’am, I understand your desire to help. But the situation is more serious than you imagine.”

His voice was hoarse.

”It’s not just a control issue; some instruments are also showing abnormal readings. I have eleven years of experience flying passenger planes, I’ve flown various routes and handled many emergencies, but this time... even I find it very difficult, and I’m almost certain we can’t land safely at the nearest airport.”

He looked at Lei Jun, his eyes filled with exhaustion and despair.

”You’re only eighteen and have had your license for less than a month. Even if you are exceptionally gifted, experience and proficiency are crucial in the face of such an extremely complex malfunction. I... I cannot entrust the hundreds of lives on this plane to a... child with almost no actual flying experience.”

He spoke with difficulty, but his stance was clear.

He didn’t believe Lei Jun.

The Captain’s words threw everyone into despair.

Indeed, if the Captain with eleven years of experience couldn’t do anything, what could an eighteen-year-old girl do?

The atmosphere of despair grew even heavier.

”We have no time to hesitate!” Lei Jun raised her voice slightly, her gaze sweeping over the Captain, the First Officer, and the panicked passengers around them.

”Captain, tell me, given the current situation, do you and your crew have a definite, successful response plan? Can you guarantee a safe landing?”

The Captain’s lips moved slightly, and he finally shook his head in pain, whispering, ”The probability of success is... very low. We are trying various contingency plans, but...”

”Since you aren’t sure, why not let me try?”

Lei Jun interrupted him, her tone resolute.

”Think of it as a last-ditch effort! At least my diagnosis of the malfunction was accurate, which proves I have the necessary knowledge! Every second is precious now; we can’t afford to waste time!”

”But...” The Captain was still struggling. Rationally, he knew Lei Jun had a point, but his emotions and sense of duty prevented him from making such a risky decision.

At this moment, Su Qing and Su Ya summoned their courage and squeezed through.

Su Qing said urgently to the Captain.

”Mr. Captain! Please trust Miss Lei! Her flying skills are truly, truly incredible! We’ve encountered thunderstorm weather before, and it was Miss Lei who flew the plane and brought us to safety! She can do it!”

Su Ya also nodded repeatedly: ”Yes, Miss Lei is no ordinary person; she’s very capable!”

The Captain looked at these two young girls, who were clearly Lei Jun’s companions, and gave a bitter smile.

He thought they were just speaking for their employer or exaggerating an experience with ordinary turbulence.

Escaping a thunderstorm?

A girl who just got her license?

This sounded more like a story made up to be more persuasive.

He shook his head, clearly not believing it.

Seeing the distrust in the Captain’s eyes, Lei Jun knew that conventional persuasion would have limited effect. She had to apply more pressure while providing clearer confidence.

She took a deep breath and stared at the Captain with eyes like torches, speaking extremely fast but with every word clear and powerful: ”Mr. Captain, look at everyone’s eyes!”

She gestured to the gazes around them, filled with complex emotions like fear, hope, and despair.

”We have no way back! Your hesitation is consuming the last chance! I promise you, I would never joke with my own life, let alone the lives of everyone on this plane! Since I’ve dared to step forward, I have a certain level of confidence! Please hand over control to me! Now!”
