Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Whoosh~

Descending down from the sky with the blue deer following behind her, Shu Yao landed a short distance away from the person from the Sky Empire before walking over.

”This is… A Domain Lord!”

Of course, given that she had not hidden herself from anyone while descending, her presence had instantly caught the attention of the person from the Sky Empire. In turn causing him to freeze up while staring towards Shu Yao approaching him in disbelief.

From this reaction alone, Shu Yao could easily understand that this person from the Sky Empire did not expect for there to really be any Domain Lords inside the Flying Sword Sect or the Spring Flower Sect and that was even when he had been told that there was indeed two Domain Lords present by the people, he had been asking on the streets of the Flying Sword City…

This was not even mentioning the winged tiger demon beast that not many people knew about! After all, even if it was just Xuan Hao’s pet, it was still a Domain Lord Realm demon beast!

”Hello, I’m the current sect master of the Spring Flower Sect… Are you perhaps someone sent by the Sky Empire?” Seeing that the person from the Sky Empire was still frozen and had yet to respond to her, Shu Yao took the lead as she introduced herself while also asking whether he was sent by the Sky Empire.

Even if she was almost a hundred percent certain that the man in front of her was someone from the Sky Empire, she still decided to ask him just to be sure. After all, with his strength at the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm, there was no way he would dare impersonate someone from the Sky Empire. Especially considering that they were currently inside the Sky Empire…

”Ah, y-yes! I’m from the Sky Empire!” Acting all nervous after realizing that the person in front of him was indeed a Domain Lord, the man from the Sky Empire answered quickly. Only regaining some of his courage after mentioning that he was from the Sky Empire.

”So… For what reason have someone from the Sky Empire come? Is it perhaps related to the sect alliance?” Not wanting things to drag on, Shu Yao directly asked this.

The faster things finished and the person from the Sky Empire left, the better… Not to mention, she still had to look after the blue deer that was currently floating in the air a few feet above them. Having been hidden away by the power of her domain.

At least, it seemed like the blue deer had not discovered anything odd and was still just playing around by itself. Allowing her to speak with the man from the Sky Empire without worrying about it causing any trouble.

”Yes! I’m here regarding the sect alliance! However, we should properly go somewhere more private first…” Hearing what Shu Yao said, the man from the Sky Empire had already recovered from his earlier shock of discovering that a sect located in the border region actually had a Domain Lord supporting it, as he answered her full of confidence befitting of someone belonging to a massive empire like the Sky Empire.

”Indeed…” Nodding her head in agreement with the man from the Sky Empire, Shu Yao secretly contacted Elder Song about a good location before making her way towards an isolated pavilion close to the entrance of the Flying Sword Sect. The man from the Sky Empire following behind her, while the blue deer unknowingly floated behind them, still busy playing around in the air above them.

Inside, Shu Yao could not help feeling thankful that the blue deer still seemed to be an innocent young child. Not yet easily bored of simple things like playing around in the air by itself.

Although the feeling of moving around in the air was indeed something fun to do the first time around, one quickly got used to it. Even she had played around for a few minutes in the air after breaking through to the Domain Lord Realm…

”This is it…?”

Ah? Yes!”

Interrupting her train of thoughts as they reached the isolated pavilion Elder Song had informed her about, the man from the Sky Empire quickly found a place to sit down after hearing her confirmation.

Whoosh~

”First of all, take this, it’s an identification token, you will need it in the future when going to the capital of the Sky Empire for the sect alliance, without it, you won’t be able to enter the imperial capital!”

Taking out a small token from his interspatial ring before handing it over to her after sitting down, the man from the Sky Empire quickly told her what it was for before patiently waiting for her to put it away.

From a glance, it could clearly be seen that he was respectful towards Shu Yao. Not something surprising considering she was a Domain Lord, and he was only a Nascent Soul Realm Expert.

If something really ended up happening, the man from the Sky Empire understood that it would almost certainly end with his death! For this reason, he made sure to not act rude towards Shu Yao…

If Shu Yao was a Nascent Soul Realm Expert, he would not have acted this kindly towards her, something Shu Yao understood very well, as she had already experienced just how arrogant the people sent by the Sky Empire were when she had first been invited to join the sect alliance…

”Now, for the reason why I’m here…. I have come to inform your sect that the sect alliance will be set in place soon and your sect will have to send someone to the imperial capital for this reason. The same is true for any of the other sects that will be part of the sect alliance!”

Listening to what was said, Shu Yao could not help frowning. Feeling that the person in front of her should not only have come to tell her that the sect alliance would be established soon, and the sect needed to send someone to the imperial capital.

”Hm? When is this…? I imagine that it should still be a few years off considering that a lot of the sects invited only have a Peak Nascent Soul Realm Expert leading them. For someone like that to reach the imperial capital from the border region of the Sky Empire… It would at least take two to three years’ time even with the help of flying demon beasts!” However, in the end, she did not ask about any of her doubts, as she had a feeling that the person in front of her would not answer her and it was not like she could force him given his identity as someone from the Sky Empire…

”Indeed, the sect alliance establishment with the help of the imperial family will take place three years from now. Normally your sect would have to send someone towards the imperial capital immediately to make it in time… But from the looks of it, that is not needed.

If you don’t mind, could I get some information on your sect? As it looks like our information is not up to date. Given that your Spring Flower Sect and the Flying Sword Sect is merging together from what I learned, it would also be helpful if we could get the name of the new sect noted down for when you join the sect alliance in the future.”

Answering some of her doubts, the person from the Sky Empire didn’t intend to talk more about the reason he was sent to the Flying Sword Sect and instead just asked about the name of the new sect that would be born from the Flying Sword Sect and the Spring Flower Sect merging together.

”Sure… The name will be the Star Shattering Sect!”

Not seeing anything wrong with giving him the name that the different elders from both the Flying Sword Sect and the Spring Flower Sect had decided on, Shu Yao answered him honestly.

”I see… The Star Shattering Sect…” Nodding his head as he noted it down the name, the man from the Sky Empire soon took out a few more things for Shu Yao before explaining a few general things about the sect alliance that she already knew about.

Like this close to half an hour passed before the man from the Sky Empire left in the direction of the Seven Fates Sect.

A part of Shu Yao was about to inform him that the Seven Fates Sect also had a Domain Lord, but in the end, she decided against it. Not for any malicious reason, but just because the man from the Sky Empire had been quite annoying to the people in the Flying Sword City before she arrived.

Coo?

Over the last hour or so, Shu Yao had grown to like the blue deer more, as it was obedient and didn’t cause any trouble. Even when it had grown bored of playing around in the air, the small blue deer had patiently waited for her to finish her conversation with the man from the Sky Empire. Only making a sound after he had disappeared.

”Hm… How about this, we will go back to the Seventh Star Peak and get something delicious to eat, what do you think?”

COO!
