Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Sitting down inside his room as the door closed behind him, Xuan Hao closed his eyes and focused on the current situation inside of his dantian as his nascent soul in the shape of a miniature version of himself opened its eyes.

The current situation inside of his dantian was peaceful and nothing major was happening as the qi inside flowed around the nascent soul without showing any sign of something being wrong.

”Seems like nothing is wrong here… I just have to find a way to successfully evolve my pseudo sword domain and breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm safely…” Observing his dantian and seeing that nothing had happened, Xuan Hao let out a sigh of relief as he turned his attention back to his constantly growing pseudo sword domain.

Quickly, a terrifying sword domain spread out with him as the centre as the entire room was suddenly engulfed in a sea of swords that seemed to grow more and more chaotic.

”My soul is not strong enough to support my domain if this keeps going…” Sensing the increasingly chaotic nature of his domain, Xuan Hao immediately found out what would happen if his domain continued to grow stronger.

Crash!

”Not good! I can’t stay here for much longer!” Seeing his sword domain suddenly shatter a nearby table, Xuan Hao tried his best to reign it in again as he stood up and left his pavilion.

But this alone could not last for long as Xuan Hao clearly felt like his pseudo sword domain was about to break free and run loose at any moment. This was also the reason why he had decided to leave his pavilion as he headed to a small mountain range located a few hundred miles away from the Flying Sword Sect to find a solution to his current predicament.

BOOM!

The moment he sat down meditating on one of the mountains, Xuan Hao no longer tried to restrain his pseudo sword domain as it freely spread out and destroyed his surroundings.

”Hm… What should I do…? To reach the Domain Lord Realm, I will first have to evolve my pseudo sword domain to a sword domain… But that is not even the most dangerous part… Hah…” Sighing to himself as he thought about the way that the Untold Swords Mantra recorded to breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm, Xuan Hao could not help but feel a deep sense of fear as he watched his pseudo sword domain destroy everything around him.

For someone in the Nascent Soul Realm to advance into the Domain Lord Realm, they would first have to evolve their pseudo domain into a domain.

Xuan Hao did not really worry too much about this fact as he was certain that he would be able to do it, even if his pseudo sword domain did not follow the path that the Untold Swords Mantra had noted down.

The reason for this was that to evolve a pseudo domain into a domain, all he would need to do was wait until it stopped growing and then he would naturally be able to guide his pseudo sword domain to evolve into a sword domain.

The problem with this however… Was the fact that his pseudo sword domain was still growing, and its strength had already surpassed what his soul could currently endure, even causing him to lose control of it…

Why did this matter…? Because the next step after evolving your pseudo domain into a domain was to fuse it together with his nascent soul. After that, he would be a Domain Lord Realm Expert!

”Hah… If just I had a way to increase the strength of my soul. Sadly, the purification pill can only be used once…” Letting out a depressed sigh as he watched his pseudo sword domain grow stronger and stronger as it fully integrated together with his sword intent, Xuan Hao suddenly felt a bit helpless.

Whoosh~

The pseudo sword domain suddenly stopped growing as it fully integrated with his sword intent.

For a moment, everything went quiet as the pseudo sword domain suddenly calmed down and peacefully covered everything within a few miles as the devastation brought to the surroundings were revealed for all to see.

Looking down at it, Xuan Hao felt his heart tighten as he could only be thankful for the fact that there was not anyone around to be caught up in his pseudo sword domain.

Fwoosh!

The pseudo sword domain suddenly seemed to have imploded as it began retracting back towards Xuan Hao with a speed many times greater than it had grown with before.

Psh!

As the pseudo domain suddenly retracted back to only having a circumference of one hundred meters, Xuan Hao suddenly felt an enormous pressure descend down on him as he couldn’t stop himself from throwing up a mouthful of blood.

”Looks like the pseudo sword domain officially evolved into a sword domain… But this is just too much… How do I even fuse this together with my nascent soul…?” Muttering this to himself as he felt his own domain bearing down on him, Xuan Hao had no idea what to do as he clearly knew his nascent soul would not be able to survive if he attempted to merge it together with his sword domain…

But… I can’t give up like this…

Thinking this, Xuan Hao took out the small grain sized source crystal that he had gotten from the stone snake back in the Spring Flower Sect’s territory.

He still did not really know much about the source crystal and how useful it would be given how small it was, but he still decided to use it to hopefully help him when breaking through to the Domain Lord Realm.

Things had not really gone as he had expected, and he could not afford to wait until he reached the Domain Lord Realm before using the source crystal… After all, if things continued like they did now, he would likely end up dead when trying to fuse his nascent soul and sword domain together…

Chomp~

Eating the source crystal around the size of a grain of rice, Xuan Hao suddenly felt a weird feeling of freedom as he felt himself merge together with the heaven and earth. The world suddenly became silent, and the pressure brought upon him by his sword domain disappeared.

”What is this… This feels amazing!”

Everything that troubled him before suddenly became clear as he reached out and felt his sword domain covered in countless flaws and other imperfections.

Merging together with his sword intent had caused a large number of flaws to pop up as Xuan Hao waved his hand and began to fix the different flaws in his sword domain.

During this process, Xuan Hao completely forgot about his worries as he meticulously sorted out the flaws in his sword domain, that in turn caused it to grow even stronger.

”Hm! This should be good enough!” Finished removing the different flaws and other imperfections in his sword domain, Xuan Hao slowly guided his nascent soul as it left his body and floated above him.

Coming to a standstill, Xuan Hao’s nascent soul was shining in a brilliant silver colour as it looked like the soul of an immortal that had descended down into the mortal world.

Whoosh~

Waving his hand, Xuan Hao effortlessly guided his sword domain as it once again began retreating.

This time however was different, as the sword domain began fusing together with his nascent soul and under some strange power did not harm it in the slightest as both of them seamlessly became one.

The sword domain completely disappeared from the world as only the silver-coloured nascent soul in the form of Xuan Hao remained quietly floating above him.

”Hah…”

Letting out a breath of relief upon seeing this, Xuan Hao did not slow down in the slightest as his nascent soul returned back into his dantian.

The most dangerous part of the breakthrough could be said to have finished.

Whoosh~

After his nascent soul returned to his dantian, Xuan Hao suddenly felt an enormous rush of qi coming in from above him.

Crack~

The qi descending down from above was extremely beneficial and was of a way higher quality compared to what he absorbed before.

Soon he felt himself being filled to the brim and before long his dantian underwent a drastic change and expanded by several times its former size. Announcing that he had directly reached the Domain Lord Realm!

But this was not the end as the qi continued to descend from above.

First Stage Domain Lord!

Peak First Stage Domain Lord!

Second Stage Domain Lord!

His cultivation continued to improve until it came to a stop at the second stage of the Domain Lord Realm!

He had directly skipped through the first stage of the Domain Lord Realm and directly reached the second stage!

The qi descending from above stopped shortly after he reached the second stage, causing Xuan Hao to open his eyes and look around himself.

Xuan Hao suddenly felt the world looked completely different from before as he felt the space around him clearly.

Just taking a single step forward, he could…

”Fly…”

Looking down beneath himself as he stood in the air above the mountain without his sword beneath him, Xuan Hao suddenly felt a rush of excitement.

The feeling of freedom after breaking through to the Domain Lord Realm and being able to fly, it was almost like a restriction of sorts had been removed. Freely moving through the air without any obstructions and the pure excitement of standing in the air by himself, was completely different compared to when he used his sword to hover or fly through the air.

At this moment, Xuan Hao truly felt like he had taken his first step towards becoming an immortal…
