Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox

It took her a few days to be rescued from the grasps of Nero, but she was successful!

”Phew.” Witch Aiko breathed a sigh of relief.

”Shall we?”

Two ravishing girls were waiting for her in bed.

”Hehe~” Witch Aiko giggled.

”Be gentle~” The Ancestral Beast covered her body.

”I’m nervous...” The Nightmare Owl gulped nervously.

”I will be rough~” Witch Aiko giggled even more.

”Alright, let’s start the contract.” Witch Aiko smiled.

”En.” The girls smiled at her.

Witch Aiko took her hand and hovered it above the bed. This place was comfortable, so if something would go wrong, she could remedy it immediately. And even if nothing went wrong, it’s better for them to be on a soft surface.

’I won’t make the same mistake as before.’ Witch Aiko nodded her head, but the next time she opened her eyes. They were on a soft lake’s surface.

With each step, there would be a small ripple that would never vanish.

”This place...” The Ancestral Beast felt threatened. Everything she had just built was stripped in this place.

”Sis?” The Nightmare Owl came over. Their ripples were completely drowned, it took them only a few steps to completely vanish.

In front of them was an ethereal being, not of this world. Its might far surpassing anything they have experienced so far.

The lake... right, the lake was sealing its presence almost completely, what was leaking right now was a tiny fraction of its power.

”How different.” Aiko smacked her lips before turning towards the Twins.

”Are you willing to accompany me, until your Soul and Body gives up?” It was a sinister suggestion, lacking any warmth. No, it didn’t have a warmth to begin with, since this was only a speck of something unfathomable.

”Will my sister be fine?” The Nightmare Owl pursed her lips.

”En, I will never harm her in any way, even if you refuse.” Aiko smiled at them.

The Nightmare Owl looked at her Sis.

”You have graced us with your presence. Not only solving the issue of our Clan, but also allowing us to soar with you. This is an unimaginable opportunity, and we apologise for our unsightly demeanour.” The Ancestral Beast apologised first.

”There is no need to apologise.” Aiko somewhat understood. The chains around her body, all because they would get hurt otherwise. Her Soul grew too much, all thanks to that [Soul Domain].

”Do you have names?” Aiko paused for a brief moment. ’Please say yes. Please say yes.’

”No. Those burned with us when our Clan was devastated.” The Ancestral Beast didn’t want to use her old name because it died with her Clan.

’Goddammit!’ Aiko was still dignified, but inside her mind she was thrashing around. ’What do you mean no name?! I have to make up another one and for twins?! You are asking too much gorgeous Sis!’

”If it’s not too burdensome...” The Ancestral Beast paused. ”Mistress can choose a name for us.”

Her sentence had two implications. The first one, she admitted Aiko as beautiful and willing to warm her bed. Second, any name that she chooses will become their destiny, eternally bound to her.

”Hmmmmm...” Aiko sighed inside her mind. ”Okay, okay.” She gave up, not even thinking about the implications. Why think when she had to come up with more names!?

”Okay.” The lake’s surface rippled. Energies gathered around the twins.

”Let’s go with this, you are sisters, so just a simple name wouldn’t do.”

Aiko first turned towards the ’younger’ sister.

”Your name will be Jing Yi. You were always a bit odd, but very cheerful. As such, ’serene’ and ’joyful’ should fit you.” Aiko nodded her head, then she turned to the ’older’ one.

”Your name will be Jing Yao. You were always a bit mysterious and refined. As such, ’serene/calm’ and ’precious jade’ should fit you.

”Thank you, Mistress.”

”Thank you, Mistress.”

[Beast Familiar:

[Xinyue - Animal (Contracted Heavenly Doe)], [Jing Yi - Animal (Contracted Harmony Owl)], [Jing Yao - Animal (Contracted Sacred Owl)], [Divine Silk and Fate Weaving Jumping Spider (Spirit Beast?)], [Yuqi (Divine Stage)]]

[Once you reach the Human Body Stage, you will be able to ’build’ your Beast Familiars’ fates.]

[For now please keep them happy and cared for as that will affect their future.]

Aiko ignored that message for the time being.

”You don’t have to thank me.” Aiko smiled gently. ’Hehehe, save one, get one.’ She was giggling to herself in her mind. ’Ah, but does that mean I won’t be able to see their pretty faces...’ She pouted slightly.

”Is something that matters, Mistress?” Jing Yao asked Aiko, she was not, but a tiny owl.

’W-what-?’ Aiko almost fainted. ’S-s-s-s-so cute-!’ She squealed as she picked them up.

”???” The twins were confused about what was happening, but they were no longer scared.

This place was no longer cold and unforgiving, but warm and welcoming, as if they became part of the family...

-----

”She had done it again.” One voice sighed.

”Hey! More cuties are always welcome!” Another clicked her tongue.

”There are already so many of us...” Another voiced his worry.

”Then go get her.” The second one clicked her tongue. They could not leave, at least not with their bodies, so their Princess having new family members was always good.

”...” The others didn’t say anything, but they would still welcome anyone new.

-----

Witch Aiko woke up. It felt like she had a nice dream, seeing some kind of group bickering between each other.

She stretched her lascivious body, hearing some peeping below her.

’Kyyyyaaa~’ Witch Aiko immediately hugged those two cuties. They were much cuter than the doe, but also so, so tiny!

The owls had similar colours, just mirrored patterns. If you placed them next to each other, it would create a seamless transition.

Both of them had white feathers, with a touch of silver, and black. They were beautiful and cute.

’N-no-’ Witch Aiko was aroused. She really, really, really wanted to know what would happen to the fire birdie if she contracted her!

’Restrain yourself. Restrain yourself.’ Witch Aiko was hugging those two cuties happily.

...

”Phew.” It took a whole day for Witch Aiko to calm down, but even then she was still glancing at the cute Owls.

”Okay, you will go inside. You can still talk, right?” Witch Aiko smiled.

”That is impossible, we are still ani-” Jing Yao stiffened. Question marks floating above her head about how this was possible.

”Okay, good. You can introduce yourself as my pe- Beasts. Contracted Beasts and you will be fine.” Witch Aiko smiled. The Demonic Foxes should be welcoming since these two were now part of her family.

’I wonder how the doe is faring...’ Witch Aiko pondered, but didn’t try to verify anything. There was something else she had to take care of.

”I will loot this place!” Witch Aiko’s eyes twinkled, while those two small owls were concerned...

...

”Nero wants to come with a cutie...” Nero had puffed up cheeks.

No matter how much Aiko tried, she could never get rid of her. While Nero was not the fastest, quite literally built like a tank, she had a great nose, so it was only a matter of time before Aiko would be found.

”Why do you want to come with me so much-” Witch Aiko stiffened.

”Fluffy~” Nero was once again glued to her tails.

’I apologise to everyone that I slept inside their tails...’ Witch Aiko was receiving the taste of her own medicine...

”Fine, fine, you can come, but there are a whole lot of Foxes around.” Witch Aiko tried to discourage her, but it didn’t seem like she got it.

”Okay~” Nero smiled. She was taller than Aiko, almost like a mountain.

”Ugh...” Witch Aiko sniffled. Why was she so small?

...

Witch Aiko walked through the forest. She made sure to keep the twins inside her tails, since they were no longer immune to poisons.

’Ah, she also told me to bring this pouch...’ Witch Aiko wondered why Storage Pouch and not Storage Ring or Spatial Ring.

’Seeds?’ There were many seeds and appraising them netted quite the surprise.

’All of these are similar to energy to what was inside the garden-!’ That’s right, the Ancestral Beast gave Aiko seeds so that she could set up her own poison garden. And while it would never be as perfect as hers, it would allow her to establish a baseline, upon which she can expand everything.

’There is...’ Witch Aiko’s lips twitched. ’So much to do...’ She sniffled gently.

Nero was following her, but the more she walked towards the meadow, the greater distance between them.

”Hm?” Witch Aiko glanced at them, but Nero was simply peeking at her from behind the tree, before swiftly ’disappearing’.

”...” Witch Aiko pursed her lips. She shouldn’t laugh at this, but it was so funny seeing her tail just peeking out from behind the tree.

’Hmmm... Should I become a bit childish?’ Witch Aiko felt like those were the funniest times.

’Right, let’s start with messing with everyone.’ Witch Aiko thought proudly.

Little did she know that everyone would love her for that...

...

”I’m back~” Witch Aiko hummed.

”Welcome back.” Her companions greeted her, but the meadow was quite silent.

”Did something happen?” Witch Aiko tilted her head.

”You happened.” Mei chuckled. With such a body, how many wet dreams will happen tonight?

”Oh, oh.” Witch Aiko ignored that sentence. ”Look at these cuties~” She pulled out those two small owls and showed them to everyone.

Mei and Danji stiffened. They could smell competition from miles away, but...

’They are cute.’ Mei frowned. They were a lot cuter than she was.

’They are small.’ Danji touched her bosom, measuring it.

*Pffft*

Dai Lu choked on her tea when she saw how gorgeous those two would become.

”Master.” Dai Lu turned seriously towards Mei.

”What is it?” Mei never said this to her like this, most of the time she was joking, but addressing her as Master, meant that the situation was serious.

”You will lose if you don’t take care of yourself.” Dai Lu narrowed her eyes.

”???” Mei didn’t know where that came from.

”Are these the Ancestral Beast and-?” Danji stepped forward. She wanted to get to the bottom of this.

”En~” Witch Aiko hummed happily.

”This one is Jing Yi, the Nightmare Owl and this one is Jing Yao the Ancestral Beast.” Witch Aiko introduced their names.

Everyone felt silent since those two small owls glowed when she told them their names.

”You-” Mei sighed. ”You have named them, right?” Seeing this change, that means that the Twins will also undergo change...

”En~” Witch Aiko smiled. ”I really liked these sisters.”

”You really have to work hard.” Dai Lu gripped Mei’s shoulders stiffly.

”Yes-?” Mei was even more confused.

”Wait, wasn’t the Nightmare Owl male?” Danji’s lips twitched. First the doe turned into female and now even a fucking owl?! Why?! Was she not enough?!

”Yeah, I was also surprised, but they are so cute~” Seeing Witch Aiko squeal about them, nobody had a heart to say anything about this situation, but it was obvious that Danji was concerned about her standing.

Meanwhile, Dai Lu was pleading to Mei that she had to become much more beautiful...
