Realized Game: I Hoarded 10 Billion Defense Towers

The competition began the moment he entered the Secret Realm.

WHOOSH~

On the mini-map, as the plane beneath him flew onward, a thin white line began to trace its path across his black mini-map. Shen Fei understood this meant the fog of war was being explored and his field of vision was expanding.

KRA-KOOM!

He had just been wondering if he should continue to ride the plane and use its speed to help him map the area, but he never expected bolts of lightning to suddenly flash out of the fog, striking the transport plane in rapid succession. The sudden, massive bolts of lightning rocked the transport plane. Even with its lightning protection, the once-steady aircraft was sent lurching from side to side.

ROAR!

The lightning strikes hadn’t even ended when a massive Golden Eagle burst from the fog. It followed up the assault, swiping viciously at the transport plane.

CREAK~

SCREECH~~

The Golden Eagle’s talons tore a huge gash in the transport plane’s fuselage. Instantly, a fierce wind howled through the cabin, forcing Shen Fei back.

”Holy crap!”

The sudden turn of events sent Shen Fei scrambling. He understood that this sudden chaos was a way of urging him to leave the transport plane immediately...

”Like hell I will!”

Riding the transport plane was a very fast way to reveal the map, and besides, Shen Fei wanted to uncover more of the Secret Realm’s secrets. So, even though lightning and a Golden Eagle were destroying the plane to rush him into jumping, Shen Fei was in no hurry. He had a parachute pack that had appeared on his back the moment he entered the Secret Realm, and his Defense Tower Summoning was also completely unrestricted. Therefore, even if the plane exploded, Shen Fei wasn’t actually worried...

The most important thing is to clear as much of the fog as possible before the plane is destroyed.

His goal was to find the arena hidden on the island.

So of course, the faster I can clear the fog, the better...

KRA-KOOM!

KRA-KOOM!

ROAR!

ROAR!

ROAR!

Since Shen Fei wasn’t in a rush to leave, more lightning and Golden Eagles appeared one after another. All sorts of attacks bombarded the area around him. In less than ten seconds, the transport plane he was on was reduced to a tattered wreck, clearly on its last legs.

CRACK!

At the last moment, another Golden Eagle appeared and struck one of the plane’s wings. With a final WHOOSH, Shen Fei’s starter transport plane finally disintegrated in midair.

”You think you can get away?!”

As the transport plane broke apart, Shen Fei immediately began to fall. Seeing the Golden Eagles that had torn his plane to shreds trying to fly away, Shen Fei, plummeting from high in the sky, directly summoned a Fish Net Tower out of thin air.

With a SWISH, the moment the Fish Net Tower appeared, a sky full of nets shot out toward the fleeing Golden Eagles.

SQUAWK~

SQUAWK! SQUAWK! SQUAWK~~~

Ensnared by countless large nets, one of the rapidly departing Golden Eagles instantly lost control. It flapped its wings frantically, plummeting from the sky in a panic...

”Get over here!”

He recalled the Fish Net Tower, which had fallen faster after unleashing its attack. Shen Fei then manipulated the nets binding the Golden Eagle, yanking the creature directly toward him.

THUD!

Shen Fei performed these maneuvers while plummeting rapidly. Two seconds later, he landed hard on the massive Golden Eagle’s back.

SQUAWK~~

SQUAWK~~

SQUAWK~~~

The Golden Eagle, which was basically an NPC with the goal of forcing players off the plane, never imagined it would one day be caught itself. With Shen Fei riding on its back, the nets around its body dissipated. The Golden Eagle then frantically righted itself and began to struggle desperately. It wanted to throw Shen Fei off its back... But unfortunately for it, that was impossible!

Wearing his Tower Master equipment, the high-HP Shen Fei wasn’t the least bit afraid of the Golden Eagle’s bucking. After taking countless punches to the head, the dazed Golden Eagle finally became obedient...

After skimming over the ground of the massive green island, the Golden Eagle climbed, carrying Shen Fei back into the sky.

Before entering the Secret Realm, in order not to affect his father’s and Uncle Sun’s Combat Power, he hadn’t taken the Xiangqi [Horse] piece when the two of them saw him off.

Now that the original transport plane has been destroyed, I’ll just catch this Golden Eagle and use it as a temporary flying mount. They did say the rules in the Secret Realm are free-form, so this Golden Eagle should be fair game to catch.

And sure enough, Shen Fei now had his very own special mount...

WHOOSH~

Steering by grabbing the massive Golden Eagle’s head, Shen Fei sped across the skies of the Secret Realm. And so, the fog on his mini-map was rapidly being cleared. The island’s outline began to emerge before Shen Fei’s eyes...

As his island exploration percentage increased, he noticed that his individual competition score, displayed above the mini-map, was also rising rapidly...

Hmm?

As he rapidly rode the Golden Eagle through the air to reveal the map, Shen Fei saw that the island’s terrain below was varied. On a massive island in an unknown location, the topography was divided into many different types. Shen Fei saw both high mountains and rivers, as well as dense forests and grasslands. He even saw deserts, wastelands, icebergs, and all sorts of other terrains.

All players worldwide had been teleported into the same large map, measuring 2,000 km by 2,000 km. Its interior, however, was further divided, with the island itself split into various terrains of different appearances...

SWISH!

Just as he registered that the terrain was divided into all sorts of different biomes, Shen Fei suddenly saw a sharp, flaming arrow shooting viciously up at him from below.

”What the—!”

”That’s a dirty move! How dare you sneak attack me!”

As he sped through the sky exploring the map, Shen Fei had, of course, seen the other players on the ground below, each showing off their own unique skills. But since he was in a hurry to scout the map, he hadn’t paid any of them any mind.
