Chapter 554, This Skill Shows No Respect for You

In the middle of the room, there was only a giant complex Array.

At this moment, the Array had already been activated in advance by Gu Han using the provided materials. Lu Fan only needed to come to the very centre, and the Array would start his Profession Change.

After Lu Fan sat down in the centre of the Array, the Array brightened, and gentle rays enveloped Lu Fan’s body, permeating his skin like a pool of spring water, soaking through his entire body.

Following this, Lu Fan only felt himself entering a profound and mysterious state, his entire being floating up, as if his Soul had left his body. A path of light appeared above his head, guiding him, and he flew along this path.

Following the path of light upwards, Lu Fan felt that he had broken through some kind of restriction. Following this, thunderous roaring sounds came from within his body. He was evidently evolving, with his body ready to accept an even more powerful strength.

Next, Lu Fan clearly felt Dragon Roars continuously coming from around him. Because he was so familiar with his Dragon Children, he could easily distinguish that these Dragon Roars were coming from Xiao Ye, Xiao Cui, and the others.

All of Lu Fan’s Pet Dragons, even Ye Sha, who was summoned using Xiao Cui’s Skill and did not occupy his Pet Sub-Space, appeared around Lu Fan.

Of course, this did not include the Holy Bone Corpse Dragon Kings.

Lu Fan guessed that this was because his Third Profession Change had awakened Profession Characteristics that were closely related to his Bloodline Power and that of his Pet Dragons.

Although the Holy Bone Corpse Dragon Kings were already Dragon Kings, they were ultimately not a pure Dragon King, but rather one that had evolved to become a Dragon King. Though they were strong, there was still some difference in their Bloodline compared to true Dragon Kings.

The Holy Bone Corpse Dragon Kings did not have pure Dragon Blood. They were mostly created from the power of the Ancient Gods, which was why they could not activate Lu Fan’s Profession Characteristics.

Even so, Lu Fan was very much looking forward to seeing what his Profession Characteristics would be like after his Third Profession Change, and what Skills he would gain.

Around Lu Fan, Dragon Roars rose and fell, and then all these sounds entered Lu Fan’s body, as if all the Pet Dragons had merged with Lu Fan into one.

Lu Fan felt the blood inside his body heating up, as though it had absorbed streams of powerful strength, causing it to boil, as if it would burn right through his body!

The immense pain made Lu Fan involuntarily groan. His physical body was still sitting in the very centre of the Array, and although he had not moved at all.

Strange phenomena occurred frequently.

Not only were there Dragon Roars rising and falling within his body, but faint blood mist also leaked out from his pores.

This blood mist assembled into various Giant Dragons. If someone who knew Lu Fan were to see this, they would discover that these Giant Dragons were precisely Lu Fan’s Pet Dragons.

Outside the room, Gu Han had been watching the activity inside the whole time.

As a teacher, she naturally had to pay attention to her student’s Third Profession Change process. If any accidents occurred, she would have to intervene.

After all, the Third Profession Change process was slightly different from the Second Profession Change. The Second Profession Change was meant to determine the direction of one’s Profession Characteristics, while the Third Profession Change determined how far one could go after further advancing in that direction.

Therefore, many would try extremely hard to feel their Profession Characteristics during their Third Profession Change, and as a result, they exert too much force or focus on the incorrect, straying from the right path. Once that happened, their current path might crumble, and they could completely lose all their Profession Characteristics, becoming a failed Player.

Gu Han’s role was to prevent such tragedies from happening.

And now, Lu Fan’s Third Profession Change was producing frequent strange phenomena, and he himself looked to be in extreme pain, which made Gu Han’s heart race with anxiety. She hesitated whether or not to terminate Lu Fan’s Third Profession Change ceremony.

If it had been someone else showing such expressions during their Third Profession Change, she would definitely have rushed in immediately to stop the Array.

But the person undergoing the Third Profession Change was Lu Fan, and with someone like Lu Fan, theoretically anything could happen during their Third Profession Change.

Gu Han dare not disturb Lu Fan, for fear of ruining things.

Just as Gu Han was struggling with this dilemma, Lu Fan’s body suddenly changed again.

Only to see Lu Fan abruptly open his eyes, and an extremely strong aura, as if it had substance, transformed into an air of dark current that rushed outwards.

Gu Han saw that Lu Fan’s pupils had actually transformed into Dragon Eyes, emanating an aura of murderous intent!

At the same time, the dark current had already swept over, with Gu Han being the first to be hit by this current.

Lu Fan immediately sensed that Gu Han had been affected by him and quickly reined in the dark current.

However, by then it was already too late. Even though Lu Fan promptly dispersed the current, Gu Han had still been affected by a trace of this power that had leaked out. She was sent flying and momentarily lost consciousness.

[This is bad!] Lu Fan inwardly cursed, springing forth like an arrow released from a bow. He immediately embraced Gu Han, placed her on the ground, and then summoned Xiao Cui to release Spring of Life to heal Gu Han’s injuries.

With Xiao Cui’s Level 9 Spring of Life, the Healing Effect was astonishing.

Although Gu Han had been affected by that outburst and was seriously injured, Lu Fan had withdrawn the power in time, so it was not fatal.

Therefore, under the Spring of Life’s Effect, Gu Han quickly regained consciousness, and her complexion gradually became rosy at a visible rate. She appeared to be recovering quickly.

“Teacher Gu, I’m really sorry. I don’t know much about the Third Profession Change, and I didn’t realise you were nearby…” Lu Fan quickly apologised.

Gu Han was naturally not a petty person and waved her hand saying, “It’s alright, I know you didn’t do it intentionally.”

“By the way, what was that just now? Was that a Skill? How is it so powerful?”

“It is a Skill.” Lu Fan smiled sheepishly. “I’ve already successfully completed my Third Profession Change and gained two Skills.”

“The power surging within me after my Third Profession Change made me want to release some of it, so I chose to use a Skill. I did not realise you were nearby. I almost hurt you by accident.”

“What kind of Skill is that? It seems to be an Area of Effect Skill…” Gu Han became interested upon learning that Lu Fan had successfully completed his Third Profession Change and gained two new Skills.

Lu Fan appeared hesitant, and after pondering for a long while, he stammered, “Teacher Gu, I can actually share the name and Effect of this Skill with you through my Attribute Panel. But to be honest, the name of this Skill… is somewhat disrespectful towards you…”

“Huh? Disrespectful to me? What do you mean?!” Gu Han was puzzled.

“Well… never mind, Teacher Gu, you can see for yourself. Just don’t get angry.” Lu Fan smiled and eventually shared the Skill he had just released through his Attribute Panel for Gu Han to see.

After seeing it, Gu Han’s face turned bright red.
