Urban Powerhouse: Chaos Supreme

Early the following morning, Lin Mo had someone book the earliest flight possible.

Long San personally drove to the airport to pick up Lin Mo.

As soon as Lin Mo got into the car, Long San expressed his concerns with a worried face:

”Mr. Lin, the Su Family has issued a final ultimatum to our Die Mo Pharmaceutical. They said that if we don’t submit to them by 9:30 this morning, then they will destroy our entire company and kill the Lord of Heaven as well.”

Lin Mo’s eyes were cold as he responded indifferently, ”It doesn’t matter. I’ve come back to personally wipe out the Su Family.”

Hearing this, Long San nodded emphatically. It seemed that no matter what happened, as long as this seventeen or eighteen-year-old youth was there, no great matter seemed troublesome anymore.

Just as Lin Mo and Long San were about to enter the doors of Die Mo Pharmaceutical, several bodyguards dressed in black extended their hands to stop them:

”Stop, no unauthorized persons allowed to enter!”

With his hands in his pockets and a slight frown, Lin Mo asked, ”What’s going on?”

Long San gave a wry smile and explained, ”Mr. Lin, these bodyguards aren’t from our company, they must have been arranged by the Su Family.”

Lin Mo nodded and commanded in a flat voice, ”Take them out.”

”Understood.”

Long San rubbed his fists and then, with a flash, rushed towards the bodyguards.

The bodyguards reacted quickly, instinctively preparing to dodge, but Long San didn’t give them a chance.

In an instant, the men were on the ground, howling in agony.

”You have improved,” commented Lin Mo flatly.

”Heh, that’s all thanks to Mr. Lin’s care,” said Long San with full respect.

Meanwhile, on the second floor of Die Mo Pharmaceutical.

There stood about forty to fifty suit-clad bodyguards and a middle-aged man who exuded a powerful aura.

”Lu Haotian, have you made up your mind?”

The middle-aged man sat arrogantly in the CEO’s chair inside the office, looking at Lu Haotian with a tone thick with threat.

Lu Haotian’s face was grim as he solemnly said:

”In this life, I, Lu Haotian, have only one master, and that is Mr. Lin!”

”Apart from him, no matter how capable anyone else is, I, Lu Haotian, will never obey.”

The middle-aged man sneered in response:

”Heh, Lu Haotian, you really don’t know how to appreciate favors. Do you know who rules over Shu Province now? It’s Young Master Su’s world, and as for that Mr. Lin you speak of, the era of Shu Province no longer belongs to him.”

”Also, let me tell you the truth, that Mr. Lin you hold in such high regard is probably already dead by accident.”

”While Young Master Su still has the patience, if you merge your Die Mo Pharmaceutical and all the assets under your control into Young Master Su’s name, maybe you can still have a decent position to occupy.”

”I’m asking you one last time, do you submit to the Su Family, or do you choose to die along with that Lin Mo you follow?”

Lu Haotian faced death with resolve, his eyes determined: ”I’ve said it, I, Lu Haotian, will only follow Mr. Lin in this life. Kill or slice as you will. If I, Lu Haotian, so much as frown, then I’m not a Lu!”

”Good, very good!”

The middle-aged man sneered with contempt and waved to the forty or fifty suited bodyguards nearby, ”Trash it!”

Upon receiving the order, the bodyguards didn’t hesitate to grab their sticks and began smashing wildly inside Die Mo Pharmaceutical.

Outraged by this scene, Lu Haotian exploded in anger, ”Bastards!”

Just as he was about to intervene, the middle-aged man snorted with disdain and then flicked his finger.

A stream of Gang Qi shot out from his finger, brutally forcing Lu Haotian’s body to bend.

”Kneel!” commanded the middle-aged man, looking at Lu Haotian with a triumphant sneer on his face.

Then, Lu Haotian’s face turned an even deeper red, and his knees began to bend uncontrollably, as he was forced into kneeling.

Watching Die Mo Pharmaceutical being smashed to pieces, Lu Haotian clenched his fists tightly and roared,

”Damn bastards, just wait, if Mr. Lin comes back, none of you will die a complete corpse.”

Hearing this, the middle-aged man sneered with utter disdain, ”Still counting on that Mr. Lin to come back and save you? For all you know, he’s already met his end in hell.”

However, no sooner had his words fallen when suddenly, an icy voice sounded, ”Is that so?”

When that sudden, indifferent voice was heard, everyone, including the middle-aged man, turned to look at the door.

There stood a teenager, about seventeen or eighteen years old, who looked young. But with his hands clasped behind his back, he carried an air as if he were looking down upon all living beings.

”Mr. Lin!”

”Mr. Lin is back!”

In that instant, every employee of Die Mo Pharmaceutical, and even Lu Haotian, felt an overwhelming surge of emotion that brought them to tears.

They knew that Die Mo Pharmaceutical was facing a life-or-death crisis. And just then, Lin Mo had returned at the critical moment.

How could they not be excited?

Seeing this scene, the middle-aged man slightly furrowed his brows. The arrival of this young man gave him a sense of grave danger.

It was because the young man emanated an aura that almost made even him, a seasoned fighter, feel the urge to kneel.

But soon enough, the middle-aged man calmed down, his gaze icy as he stared at Lin Mo,

”So you’re the Mr. Lin they speak of?”

Seeing that Lin Mo didn’t respond, the middle-aged man spoke again with an icy tone, ”Kid, it looks like the people Young Master Su sent failed to take your life. Since you’re not dead, instead of finding a good place to hide, you dare to return to Shu Province?”

”Everyone, get him! Take down this brat!”

The middle-aged man waved at the suited bodyguards.

However, before the bodyguards could even make a move, in the blink of an eye, Lin Mo was inexplicably right in front of the middle-aged man.

And with one hand, he lifted him up by the neck.

The bodyguards were stunned by this scene. As for the middle-aged man, his pupils dilated with sheer terror. He was a Martial Arts Grandmaster, yet Lin Mo had so effortlessly caught him by the throat.

”You... don’t mess around. I’m a favored man of Young Master Su. If you dare do anything to me, you’re dead.”

The middle-aged man’s pupils were filled with horror, trying to intimidate Lin Mo using the Su Family’s name.

But just after he finished his words, he realized just how foolish that action had been.

Crack!

As soon as he spoke, Lin Mo snapped his neck with a crack and then tossed his body aside like a dead dog.

All suited bodyguards were petrified at the scene.

They shook uncontrollably, unable to comprehend what had happened. After all, the middle-aged man was a genuine Martial Arts Grandmaster, and Lin Mo had just killed him in an instant, allowing no chance to resist.

To Lin Mo, killing them would be even simpler than stepping on ants.

Without any hesitation, all the suited bodyguards knelt down,

”Spare us... Lord, please spare us!!”

Lin Mo glanced over everyone and asked indifferently, ”Who’s in charge here?”

Upon hearing this, all the bodyguards were momentarily taken aback. A particularly tall man stood up, shaking,

”I... I am.”

Thump, thump, thump!!

The next second, when he looked back, all the bodyguards behind him were dead, each with expressions of sheer terror on their faces.

In an instant, the tall man wet himself.

Lin Mo looked at him coldly,

”Go back and tell your master that I, Lin Mo, will personally come to take his head.”

”Yes, yes, yes...” The tall man trembled so violently he was nearly cramping up, his eyes filled with boundless fear, as he scrambled away from the place.
