Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 1205: Chapter 1204: Come save me! (1st update)

”You’re not coming with me?” Hearing Sophia’s words, Ye Haochuan immediately frowned.

Sophia helped him escape this time, and if discovered, she would definitely be severely punished, even risking her life.

”I can’t go with you. If I did, that would be as good as confessing. My family is within the influence of the Holy See. If I leave, they will be in danger.” Sophia said, her expression grave.

”But, if you’re found out, you...”

”Don’t worry, I chose a very hidden path, even the cameras can’t capture it. No one will know it’s me who let you go.” Sophia reassured him.

Only then did Ye Haochuan’s heart ease slightly. At least for now, Sophia hadn’t been exposed yet. Moreover, the cameras were always under Zhang Chong’s control; even if caught on camera, it wouldn’t matter.

”Dear Ye, hurry and leave. If you don’t go now, it will be easy to be discovered.”

”Wait, I need to make sure you’re safe first!” Ye Haochuan said solemnly.

As he spoke, a flash of White Spirit Moxa Flame swept over, burning Sophia’s clothes to nothing.

”Quickly change your clothes, the previous ones had some smells that will easily be noticed.” Facing Sophia’s shapely and delicate figure, Ye Haochuan’s face showed no unusual color.

Sophia also knew the situation was urgent and hurried to comply.

”I need to trouble you a bit more; I’ll knock you out so they won’t suspect you!” Ye Haochuan stated seriously.

Sophia felt touched in her heart that even in such a critical moment, Ye Haochuan was still thinking about her safety.

She suddenly kissed Ye Haochuan and said, ”After we part today, who knows when we can meet again. I hope it won’t be too long.”

”Don’t worry, it won’t be long!” Ye Haochuan gritted his teeth and gently struck Sophia’s neck, causing her to fall softly into his embrace.

He laid Sophia on the ground, making it look like she was accidentally knocked unconscious.

Racing in the direction Sophia pointed, he quickly reached the edge of the base.

Just after Ye Haochuan left that alley, Ross arrived with a group of members from the western Holy See. Seeing the traces Ye Haochuan deliberately left on the ground, they paid no attention to the unconscious Sophia and directly pursued him.

After this group passed, another crew swiftly emerged from the sewer. Leading them was none other than Gelin.

His face was unspeakably grim; when they arrived at the chamber earlier, the Holy Bead had already vanished. He could finally confirm that the entire Dark Church had been used as a decoy.

If they don’t catch this daring fellow, the fall guy will surely be the Dark Church.

”Should we still pursue? The Holy See’s people have already chased after him. If we go after them now, it might be useless, right?” an elder suddenly asked.

Gelin’s expression tightened as he said, ”Chase my ass, we’ve wasted so much time already, the Holy See’s reinforcements will arrive soon. If we don’t leave now, we’ll be in deep trouble.”

”Are we just going to let it go like this? We spent so much effort, lost so many people, and got nothing.” Another person said angrily.

Gelin was also frustrated, gritting his teeth, he said, ”You guys go back first. I’ll sneak over and check. If there’s a chance, I must capture that guy. To dare scheme against our Dark Church; just killing him would be too easy.”

With that, he pursued alone. The larger the group, the bigger the target; it would be harder to escape. By himself, even if the Holy See’s reinforcements arrived, he would still have a chance to escape.

...

Due to fearing that using the Flying Sword would expose his identity, Ye Haochuan could only sprint on foot. Mystifying Steps was already being performed at the fastest speed, not much slower than Sword Control.

But just as he reached the edge of the Holy See’s base, he found the path blocked by a Core Formation Stage knight.

Ye Haochuan had no choice but to stop, and as he paused briefly, Ross already arrived with others in pursuit.

His injuries hadn’t healed, and after a fierce battle, Ross looked extremely pale.

Seeing that he caught up with Ye Haochuan, he couldn’t help but feel elated, ”Damn you for using such despicable tricks, now face your death!”

Ye Haochuan’s expression condensed; he was just one step away, but they still caught up to him.

Now, there was no other option but to fight his way out.

However, just as he was about to summon the Divine Concealment Sword, he suddenly saw someone, and his eyes twitched as an idea formed.

”Your Highness, you finally arrived. I’ve successfully stolen the Holy Bead, come rescue me!”

Ye Haochuan’s sudden shout made Ross’s expression tighten. Following Ye Haochuan’s gaze, he finally noticed Gelin’s presence.

”Dark Church, truly all vile people! Hiding there, are you planning an ambush?” Ross gritted his teeth and said angrily.

Gelin’s face was also very unsightly. He only intended to hide on the side, wait for the battle to begin, and look for an opportunity to capture Ye Haochuan.

Unexpectedly, Ye Haochuan spotted him at once and even exposed his position. Now that Ross was on guard, it wouldn’t be so easy for him to act.

He wanted to tell Ross that this person had nothing to do with their Dark Church. But he also knew that at this point, no matter how he explained, Ross wouldn’t believe him.

Instead of wasting his breath here, it was better to take action now. Before the Holy See’s reinforcements arrived, acting might still allow him to seize Ye Haochuan’s Holy Bead.

Thinking of this, Gelin stopped talking and directly charged at Ye Haochuan.

”Stop him, don’t let him take the Holy Bead!”

At Ross’s shout, several Holy See members quickly surrounded him, trying to block Gelin.

However, among the people present, only Ross’s cultivation was comparable to Gelin’s. Now that Ross’s injuries had not healed, it was quite difficult for the others to stop Gelin.

With the aid of several Wind Spells, Gelin’s speed surged to the maximum, swiftly bypassing several knights. Then, with a Wind Blade, he knocked back several mages of the Holy See, quickly closing the distance to Ye Haochuan.

Ye Haochuan’s performance was complete; he proactively approached Gelin, assuming a posture as if he was seeking Gelin’s rescue.

Seeing this, Gelin was overjoyed and accelerated again, appearing next to Ye Haochuan in an instant.

He grabbed Ye Haochuan’s arm, quickly enhancing with Wind Spells, and the two swiftly took off.

”Don’t let them escape!” Ross, filled with wrath, shouted loudly.

But it was too late; Gelin’s speed was incredible, taking Ye Haochuan through a gap.

”Useless, a bunch of useless!” Ross couldn’t help but curse, ”What are you standing around for, hurry up and chase them?”

No one dared to respond, and quickly pursued.

However, compared to Gelin’s speed, they were evidently lacking. Before long, Gelin and Ye Haochuan were out of sight.
