”How is it possible, his strength has increased again!” Mosquito was once again pushed back by the recoil of the Bluish Defense!

His expression was one of shocked fury. Jia Yan’s combat power was continuously increasing in the midst of their battle as if it had no limit.

Previously, Mosquito’s attacks could easily harm Big Mosquito, but now even with his full-force attacks, he could only inflict a small amount of damage, and he couldn’t break through the Bluish Defense anymore!

”Hmm!” In the midst of the battle, Big Mosquito, also known as Jia Yan, had also noticed this. He finally felt a sense of relief regarding his increased power, as this was the first time he felt he had a chance to defend himself properly. Before, he had been constantly on the verge of death, and any attack from Mosquito could have been fatal if it hit his vitals.

The greatest advantage of mutation is that the first thing to be enhanced is the defensive power. Jia Yan had been waiting for so long, and it seemed like his defensive power had finally mutated to a level that the opponent couldn’t easily penetrate.

He stretched out his foreleg, although he only had his left foreleg left, but now it was much tougher than before and could withstand a collision with the opponent.

Bang!

After the collision, Jia Yan went flying backward. It was clear that he still couldn’t match the other’s strength. However, Jia Yan was thrown towards the port of the corridor, and with that force he now flew even faster!

”Lord Pai Lan, we’ve come to aid you!”

The members of Lan’s Guard flying from behind shouted to Pai Lan. They had been chasing for a long time before finally catching up to the battle zone of the two Strong Ones, and naturally, they wanted to show their worth.

”Be careful, his power has increased again!” Mosquito shouted back to them, then he took the lead and attacked Jia Yan.

Jia Yan really didn’t want to fight at that moment, as his body was truly suffering. He was supposed to stop and let his body fall into a deep slumber to continue mutating, but because of the formidable enemy, not only could he not slumber, but he also had to keep his body active. This hindered his mutation, and pain was constantly attacking his body.

But the relentless pressure from the opponent forced him to keep fighting.

”Die!” Mosquito launched an attack. Jia Yan’s speed had picked up, and he was the only one who could easily get close.

Anger filled Jia Yan’s eyes. The opponent’s pursuit was too insistent; he couldn’t see even a slim chance of escape.

He had no choice but to face the battle!

He also stretched out his foreleg. At this moment, Jia Yan felt some frustration at having lost his right foreleg. If he still had it, his combat power would have increased by a lot. Although he still would not be able to defeat Mosquito, it would have been easier to evade his attacks.

Bang!

After their clash, Jia Yan’s Bluish Defense bore another scar, and he was sent flying faster than before.

”Jia Yan, die!” A high-rank member of the Star Space Level from Mosquito’s subordinates had somehow made it to Jia Yan’s rear. He wielded his personal weapon and struck fiercely.

Boom!

Jia Yan, caught off guard, was hit squarely.

”Damn it, his defense is incredibly strong.” Seeing that even though his attack had landed, Jia Yan’s increasingly hard Bluish Defense now firmly withstood his blow, the monster roared with a mix of shock and rage.

The others pursuing Jia Yan found his defense to be troublesome. Not to mention comparing their strength to Mosquito’s, even against this Galactic Level Peak being, they had a huge gap. Now, their attacks aimed at Jia Yan achieved no effect; instead, they allowed him to use the rebound force to rush forward through the corridor even faster.

Boom, boom, boom!

In this area of the corridor, surrounded by various huge pipes, there was the elevator that Jia Yan had previously used. And with twenty or thirty such elevator pipes, it was evident how many there were in this place.

However, even without using the elevators, the battling pair were moving not only faster than the elevators but also much faster than they could fathom!

Before mutating, Jia Yan could surpass Earth’s sonic speed by fifty times. Now, he wasn’t sure how fast he was moving, only that the scenery around him kept changing instantaneously. He occasionally collided with objects blocking his way, but he still maintained incredible speed.

Escape!

This was the only thought in his mind.

The Condensation Fluid, caused by the mutation, started to appear on the surface of his body. Although most of it was blasted away or scattered by the attacks of the few Strong Ones, some stubbornly remained. And to resist external attacks, more and more Condensation Fluid combined with the surface of the Bluish Defense, making it just as tough as the Bluish Defense itself.

”What kind of monster is this?”

As they fought and chased, some members of Lan’s Squad began to collapse under the stress. They witnessed Jia Yan’s defense repelling their attacks time after time, and despite showing no profound combat energy, his bizarre defense led them to view this monster as terrifically fearsome.

”The exit of the corridor is just ahead. Don’t let him escape the corridor at all costs!”
