Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Chapter 1560  Flying to Safety~

Having come to a decision on what to do in his extra objective that involved potentially recruiting the female cultivator attempting to reach the Dao Seed Realm, Xuan Hao didnʼt make his presence known to the two combatants, but instead used his profound understanding of the Dao of Space to silent move himself and his disciples further away while at the same time using his domain to hide them from any of the Soul Ascension Realm demon beasts around.

As for the wandering cultivators who had been preparing to take advantage of him causing chaos to escape, Xuan Hao casual used his qi to grab hold of them and throw them in the direction of the closest human city without any of the demon beasts or the female cultivator noticing it.

Even if the group of wandering cultivators were in for a rather interesting experience of being flung through the air by someone in the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, there was no reason to believe they would end up dead given that Xuan Hao had held back quite a bit when he threw them in the direction of the city-

”Aaaaaaaaah!”

”Mama…!”

”Iʼm going to die!”

At least he believes he restrained himself enough…

Ahm…! To scream so childishly, I didnʼt even put that much strength into it when I threw all of you. Not to mention, you should all feel grateful to me for saving you!

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao turned his attention away from the wandering cultivators screaming in the distance as they flew above the mountain range at a speed that would leave even a Dao Seed Realm cultivator terrified. Especially so with the constant screaming causing no small number of cultivators and demon beasts inside the mountain range to look up and shiver in fear believing some kind of terrifying flock of demon beast was flying past them.

…

”Huh? What was that just now? Did one of the demon beasts perhaps manage to see through my disguise and decide to approach?”

At the same time Xuan Hao disappeared with his disciples and launched the group of wandering cultivators in the direction of the nearest city while doing his best to conceal their presence from any of the powerful demon beasts and the single human cultivator present, the human cultivator in question, seemed to notice the change taking place behind her.

However, when she turned around, she didnʼt find anything out of the ordinary and the demon beasts kept their distance from her. Not daring to take one step closer due to the uncertainty about her strength.

Under normal circumstances, this would have been enough for her to confirm that nothing was wrong, but she just so happened to notice a leather bag rolling slowly down the side of one of the mountains currently in the process of being destroyed due to her battle with the turtle demon beast.

Inside the mountain range with countless cultivators coming and going, even this wasnʼt odd, as the battle could have revealed this hidden leather bag.

But… The thing that ended up making her suspicious was the fact that the leather bag was filled to the brim with spirit stones. Reaching the point where some of them rolled out of the bag while rolling down the side of the mountain.

Considering how many demon beasts were around in the mountain range and the clear fact that this simple leather bag didnʼt conceal the presence of the large number of spirit stones, such a thing should have been impossible. The demon beasts of the mountain range would long since have descended upon the spirit stones and devoured them.

Meaning that this leather bag had only been left there recently. Pointing towards someone else having been at the side of the mountain just a short time ago.

As for her accidentally killing them with the shockwaves and remnant power from her battle with the turtle demon beast? It was possible, but unlikely to happen without her noticing it, as her domain was currently the dominant one in the direction of the mountain with the leather bag filled with spirit stones on it.

”Something made the owner of that leather bag disappear without me even noticing…?”

As she silently muttered this to herself while continuing her offensive towards the turtle demon beast, the female cultivator could not help showing a somewhat fearful expression on her face. Changing from the calm one that had been seemingly ever-present on her face during her battle with the turtle demon beast.

Nevertheless, this expression only appeared for a split second before she reverted to her original calm expression. Unnoticed by the demon beasts surrounding her. Allowing the slipup to at least not have any major consequences for her current battle.

But at the same time, the realization that there might be someone or something far more powerful than around was nothing short of terrifying considering her current weakened state.

The only thing that allowed her to calm down somewhat was that she had just discovered a gate leading to either a secret realm or a mystic inside a collapsed cave of the mountain with the leather bag on it. Making her guess that there was also a chance that the cultivator and owner of the leather bag might have fallen into a temporary passage that had formed close to the gate of the mystic realm or secret realm due to the battle taking place right next to the gate affecting the spatial stability of the gate itself.

Although this was rather unlikely, it was not impossible… And she also personally wished that this was the case, as it would be the best option in her eyes.

Boom-boom-boom!

In the end, there wasnʼt really anything she could do about it other than finish up the battle with the turtle demon beast faster even though she had wanted to draw it out for a bit longer and get to safety as fast as possible so she could make her breakthrough in peace.
