Capítulo 1532: Chapter 544: In the Spotlight (Part 2)

But this is a real salary, something tangible and visible!

In the future, when socializing, one casual remark in a chat, “My annual salary is only 1.8 million,” truly sets the tone.

Tang Song surely loves me!

It’s all Shen Yuyan, that seductive witch and green tea plotter, attempting to harm me, the newly enshrined Great Emperor!

She deserves to be punished!

Listening to their conversation, Shen Yuyan’s eyes flickered slightly, but she didn’t say anything.

The three sat around the meeting table, and June pushed a stack of documents towards her, her tone gentle yet professional: “Shirley, here are your onboarding documents, including labor contract, confidentiality agreement, non-compete clause, etc. Please take a careful look, and if you have any questions, feel free to raise them anytime.”

“Okay, thank you.” Shen Yuyan nodded slightly, taking the documents solemnly, her fingertips lightly touching the pages as if caressing something precious.

Having worked for over a year in a Fortune 500 multinational corporation, coupled with subsequent self-learning, she was quite adept at handling English contracts.

The main body of this contract was Rongliu Investment (Confluent Capital Limited·domestic entity), concise and clear, without any ambiguous wording.

No probation period, contract term is three years, with the position clearly marked as “Chairman’s Special Assistant.”

Everything perfectly met her expectations.

As for the salary part, she wasn’t concerned.

Being on such a top-tier platform, the salary was just the icing on the cake; the real draw was the attached resources and status.

Flipping to the next page, she casually glanced over it, but Shen Yuyan’s gaze paused, her heart trembling slightly.

Alright, I admit, I was superficial!

After taking a deep breath, she picked up the contract again, reading it word for word.

Annual salary of 1.2 million!

This is a Yan City salary of 1.2 million yuan!

Even the general manager of the Yan City branch of her previous employer, P&G, didn’t have such a high salary.

Her original expectation was a monthly salary of 30,000 to 40,000 yuan, which aligns well with the salary standards of financial institutions.

She hadn’t expected it to be so exaggerated.

Additionally, the contract detailed various subsidies:

Transportation allowance of 4,000 yuan, dining allowance of 4,000 yuan, communication allowance of 2,000 yuan;

The company provided a high-end apartment near the financial center, with the monthly rent fully covered by the company;

As an assistant, she could apply for a 100,000 yuan clothing budget annually for dressing needs at important occasions.

Travel standards were for business class, hotel accommodations were five-star or higher, and daily travel allowances during business trips were up to 2,000 yuan.

Furthermore, the company provided global high-end health insurance, 20 days of annual vacation, and ample paid sick leave…

The most astounding part was that after working for just three months, she could join the employee stock ownership plan, initially granting 0.1% equity options, with subsequent annual increments.

This is simply unheard of! For a top-tier private equity fund, such terms are almost impossible—unless tailored specifically for one person.

President Tang, you truly understand me!

As an entrepreneur, she valued the company’s equity incentives especially.

Even more exciting was that the company had a comprehensive internal training system, covering core skills like financial modeling, acquisition valuation, due diligence techniques, and even supported tailoring courses based on individual needs, with external experts invited to teach.

Shen Yuyan tried to maintain calm, but her legs couldn’t help but tremble slightly.

If she had had such an offer earlier, she’d never have considered entrepreneurship, no matter what!

A large platform, super-high salary, extensive network, instant class transition…

Yet her hard-fought entrepreneurship efforts, striving till the end, didn’t even grant her the qualification to sit in the investment negotiation room of a company like Rongliu Capital.

Thinking of this, she involuntarily glanced at Lin Muxue opposite.

As Chief Assistant, the treatment enjoyed by the other party must be even more generous.

From the first day on the job, Lin Muxue stood at a starting point far higher than her own, enjoying more resources and opportunities.

Compared to her, Lin Muxue was simply too fortunate.

As their eyes met, sparks seemed to flash subtly in the air.

…

“Alright, June, I’ve finished reading, no issues.”

“Swish, swish—”

Signing her name neatly and swiftly, Shen Yuyan exhaled deeply, putting down the pen, a polite smile on her face.

June nodded, taking the contract, while handing over a card: “Welcome officially to Rongliu Capital, here is your access card and office system permissions description.”

“Thank you, please take care of me in the future.”

“By the way, your workstation is outside the President’s office, convenient for communication with President Tang anytime.”

Shen Yuyan’s gaze inadvertently scanned Lin Muxue’s perpetually smiling face, “Xue, you go ahead, I’ll check my workstation.”

Her tone was gentle, but her eyes contained a subtle hint of provocation.

Under the table, Lin Muxue’s foot twisted, laughing: “You guys go ahead, oh June, I’ll take the contract to the office for you, you take Shirley to get familiar with the office environment.”

June paused and nodded, “Alright, then I’ll trouble you.”

Lin Muxue is Rongliu Capital’s Chief Assistant; in terms of position, she is much higher than her as the human resources director of the WFOE subsidiary.

Since the other party spoke up, she naturally couldn’t refuse.

Watching their figures disappear, the meeting room door closed.

Lin Muxue impatiently opened the contract, her eyes quickly scanning the salary benefits section.

Finally relieved.

Her biggest fear was that the other party’s salary would be higher than hers, which would imply that in Tang Song’s mind, the other special assistant was more outstanding and more important.

Thankfully it’s only a mere 1.2 million annual salary.
