…

After visiting the company’s Wall of Honor, Ren Mingyuan led the group into a solemn and serious conference room.

Each seat had a nameplate and a bottle of mineral water in front of it.

After sitting down at her own seat, Shen Yuyan looked across at the nameplates.

They were all leaders of Win-win Technology, including the finance manager, legal affairs, and director of administration and support.

It all looked very formal.

“Please wait a moment, juniors. Our company’s investment team is sorting out materials and will be here shortly,” said Ren Mingyuan with a smile before he left the conference room.

The door to the conference room closed.

Zhang Tianqi, Hou Shaoyuan, and Shen Yuyan all breathed a sigh of relief and began to discuss quietly.

Win-win Technology’s main sales channels are offline, through partnerships with home furnishing, appliance, and decoration companies for distribution.

The target for Youjie Housekeeping this time is also because they urgently need to expand their online channels.

With the successful cooperation model as a foundation, they chose the housekeeping platform as an entry point.

In other words, both parties needed each other.

This was also the fundamental condition for them to sit at the negotiation table together.

But there were many housekeeping platforms that needed financing, and with capital being king, they were still in a passive state.

After a thorough discussion,

Hou Shaoyuan twisted open a bottle of mineral water and handed it over, “Yuyan, have some water.”

“Thank you.” Shen Yuyan took it, drank a small sip, and thought deeply about the upcoming negotiation terms.

“Buzz buzz buzz—” Her cellphone in her pocket suddenly vibrated.

Shen Yuyan took it out to look.

[Qingqing: “Yanyan, Tang Song will soon be at our company to talk about investment. How is it going on your side, smoothly?”]

Shen Yuyan pursed her lips and replied, “Everything is going smoothly on my side, don’t worry about me. You have such a good relationship with Tang Song, and it’s because of you that he’s investing. You have to be bold and get as involved as possible.”

[Qingqing: “Okay, okay, I’m going down to meet him, I’ll cling on shamelessly!”]

After replying to Xu Qing’s message, Shen Yuyan set her phone to silent and sat up straight.

She herself was very optimistic about the short drama market.

Once the investment was completed, Qingqing would have 2% of stock options as an incentive.

Although there were some restrictions on cashing in the options, as long as Mortals developed smoothly, Qingqing’s future was basically set.

“Creak—” The glass door of the conference room was pushed open.

Then, a line of 7 people walked in.

Shen Yuyan and the other two quickly stood up, their expressions becoming solemn.

After they exchanged a few cordial words, they settled in their respective seats.

Soon, Shen Yuyan received the third draft of the investment letter of intent from Win-win Technology.

Seeing the still suppressed valuation inside, her brows furrowed tightly.

Quickly, the negotiation meeting unfolded.

“Previously you felt that the VAM Agreement was unreasonable, so after communicating with the management team, we revised it,” said Ren Mingyuan calmly. “Of course, we also added some investor rights, such as liquidation preference…”

The finance manager added, “The promised investment of 6 million yuan will be transferred in two installments. The first payment of 3 million yuan will be transferred to your company’s account 7 working days after signing the investment agreement.

Rest assured, we are only doing this to ensure that Youjie Housekeeping will use the funds for company operations and expansion.

One month later, as long as your performance meets the targets, we will transfer the remaining 3 million yuan on time.”

Shen Yuyan’s face remained calm, but her heart was somewhat thumping; a tinge of unease crept in.

The success of the financing entirely hinged on the transfer of funds.

Without the money in the account, everything was meaningless.

However, looking at the performance requirements above, they were much better than the previous VAM Agreement.

As long as they received the funds, they could quickly expand their scale. The number of users and transaction volumes agreed upon in the contract should be no problem.

She also knew the current situation of the investment market, and getting unconditional investment was practically impossible.

Looking at the three people discussing softly on the other side,

Ren Mingyuan’s face revealed a faint smile, and he spoke sincerely, “Our company’s smart home management APP has already opened a housekeeping service section.

These users are families that have purchased our company’s products and have a very high demand for housekeeping services.

I am very optimistic about this segment and will personally lead the team in development. When the time comes, there will be a million-level high-quality traffic diverted to you.

Just like our company’s slogan says, [Smart integration, hand in hand for a win-win].

This is the future I hope to see, and it is also my expectation for Youjie Housekeeping.”

…

Yuhua Business Building.

“Ding—” The elevator came to a slow stop on the first floor.

Xu Qing, carrying her work badge, walked out of the elevator grinning from ear to ear.

Crossing the office building’s entrance, the humid and stuffy air hit her face.
