Charm point maxed out, inheriting game assets

Chapter 194: Chapter 166 Qin Yingxue, Luo Bin, Mo Xiangwan Chapter 194: Chapter 166 Qin Yingxue, Luo Bin, Mo Xiangwan Director’s Office.

Tang Song sat in the soft and comfortable executive chair, his gaze sweeping around the room.

His first impression was that it was big, very large in area.

Besides the office desk and bookshelf, there was a reception area, a private rest room, and a private meeting room.

It was akin to a suite.

Just now, accompanied by Zhang Chengyuan and others, he had already gained a complete understanding of this office.

Totaling 56 active employees.

The majority of them had been dispatched from the Xiang River headquarters.

It included various branches like the Trust Management Department, Investment Department, Risk Management Department, Finance, and Affairs.

It could execute the decisions of the Trust Committee entirely.

Of course, this so-called committee was essentially his one-man show.

This trust company had been established for 3 years now.

Through the efforts of the trustees (Kate Trust) and the company’s Investment Department, the ROI had been maintained between 10% and 13%.

The annual net profit was over 12 million US dollars.

It couldn’t compare with the large trust organizations, but as a private family trust company, it was already considered medium-sized.

Excluding management fees, reserve funds, and operating costs.

In recent years, more than twenty million dollars in profits had been invested in charitable causes.

Since the office was based in Yan City, the focus was mainly on Yan Province.

It has helped many students in difficulty, patients with diseases, special groups, and so forth.

Relationships with the Yan Province authorities and various leading universities were very good.

This was also the main content of the office’s previous work.

“Dong dong dong—” The heavy solid wood door was gently knocked.

Tang Song straightened up and said aloud, “Please come in!”

Folowing that, Zhang Chengyuan stepped inside.

He placed several documents in front of him, “Chairman Tang, these are the three beneficiary contract proposals drafted by the committee at the establishment of the trust. Please have a look. Of course, you are free to modify the content of the contracts.”

Tang Song nodded and reached out to take them.

Zhang Chengyuan bowed and said goodbye, carefully closing the office door behind him.

After skimming through the four contracts briefly, Tang Song had a rough understanding in his mind.

These matched the three options that the system had given to Qianqian.

The basic profit distribution for each was: 1 million, 1.5 million, 2 million.

In addition, there were incentive policies and comprehensive support services.

For example, at the highest tier, one could enjoy many specific rights, wellness and leisure resources, as well as educational and career development incentives.

Very comprehensive.

But the terms were also very strict, with specific regulations concerning the beneficiary’s personal life, work, debts, and reputation. Once a beneficiary breached the contract, the distribution of profits would be immediately suspended or reduced.

If a serious breach occurred, not only would it be terminated immediately, but the distributed equity would also be recouped.

This was different from the usual family trusts; it was more like a management contract for a “lover.”

In fact, this could be seen from the name.

“Slover,” where “lover” means lover.

In other words, the entire trust company was for the purpose of managing romantic relationships on his behalf, serving himself and the beneficiaries.

Tang Song only hesitated for a moment before making his decision.

A partner was too important, and it involved the evaluation of the charm value.

Even if she was affectionate enough, loving enough, and kind enough now, people change.

A 19-year-old beautician was just too inexperienced, lacking a comprehensive understanding of the world and human nature, still in a stage of growth.

In the future, she would encounter all sorts of people and a variety of affairs.

If there were no constraints after suddenly receiving a large sum of money, it would be difficult to ensure she wouldn’t go astray.

After all, even in reality, where there are married couples, there are times when they turn against each other.

This contract, although stringent, could also protect her well and prevent her from taking the wrong path.

Having thought through all of this, Tang Song’s trace of guilt also dissipated.

Picking up the handset, he dialed Zhang Chengyuan’s office number and began to arrange for the first beneficiary contract signing.

Some things he found inconvenient to say in person, and the best way was still to entrust it to someone else.

…

At noon, Tang Song invited several of the company’s managers for lunch to enhance their mutual understanding.

He then drove to the Cloud Stream Building.

After parking the car in the underground parking lot, Tang Song stepped out of the car.

As he locked the car, he instinctively looked back.

The all-white Bentley Continental lay dormant in the dim basement, conspicuously elegant like a sophisticated beauty.

His fingers traced over the exquisite logo as Tang Song carried his briefcase toward the elevator lobby.

Not far away, a black Volvo’s door opened, and a man and two women got out.

Tang Song’s gaze paused as he saw Lin Muxue step out from the rear.

She wore a standard office lady uniform, light pink linen blouse, knee-length pencil skirt, flesh-toned stockings, and high heels.

The clothes fit her figure perfectly.

With prominent curves and long legs, she walked with a gentle sway, tall and alluring.

Tang Song lingered for a moment on her exceptional waist-to-hip ratio and walked into the elevator lobby with a smile.

After returning from an investment negotiation meeting, he had exchanged a few words with her on WeChat. Seeing that there was no significant response from her, he did not make further contact.

While waiting for the elevator, Lin Muxue and her companions laughed and talked as they entered.

“I heard that other flavors at that grilled fish restaurant are not bad either. Muxue, shall we go again tomorrow? Try the sauce-flavored one you’re interested in,” Gu Cheng stood erect, speaking magnetically and appearing gentle and refined.

Li Xuejiao patted his shoulder and laughed, “Brother Gu, what do you imply, planning to leave me out?”

Gu Cheng stroked his glasses on the bridge of his nose, “Xuejiao, I’ll treat you to cake this afternoon, give me some credit.”
