Urban Seduction: Housewives Club

Chapter 1934 - 263: The Arrogant Little Cousin 4

When Wang Yueʼs hand touched her forehead, Chen Pengʼs little face suddenly turned red. She quickly stepped back and exclaimed, ”What are you doing? Trying to take advantage of me?”

”Iʼm just treating your injury,” Wang Yue said helplessly. ”You little girl, what advantage could there be for me?”

”You… Iʼll have my sister Yao Yao beat you up!” Realizing that her own sister might not be enough of a threat, Chen Peng brought up her bullying cousin.

”Enough, you two!” Chen Xi stopped their arguing and then asked Wang Yue, ”Wang Yue, do you have anything planned for this afternoon?”

”My plan for this afternoon is to spend time with you,” Wang Yue replied with a smile.

Chen Xi smiled sweetly. ”Then letʼs go out and have some fun. Staying at home all the time can be quite boring.”

”Okay, okay! Iʼll come too!” Chen Peng clapped her hands in excitement.

”Just a tagalong,” Wang Yue said disdainfully, looking at Chen Peng. He had originally planned to win over Chen Xi today, but it seemed there was no chance now.

”Iʼm going out with my sister, not with you. If youʼre that capable, then donʼt come,” Chen Peng retorted defiantly.

Chen Xi, who was already accustomed to the way Wang Yue and Chen Peng interacted, didnʼt bother to mediate between them. She got up first and headed outside.

Wang Yue and Chen Peng quickly followed her, exchanging looks that clearly said, ”Youʼre just a tagalong!”

At the parking lot, the three of them got into Wang Yueʼs hovercar.

After starting the vehicle, Wang Yue asked, ”Xiao Xi, where do you want to go?”

”To the amusement park,” Chen Peng answered promptly. This guy not only looked like a child, but he also had a childlike mentality.

Chen Xi simply wanted to go out with Wang Yue; she didnʼt have any specific plans in mind.

Hearing her sisterʼs suggestion, she nodded and said, ”Okay, letʼs go to the amusement park.”

Wang Yue certainly didnʼt want to go to an amusement park, but since Chen Xi had suggested it, he wouldnʼt refuse. He immediately drove the sisters away from the Chen family estate.

Along the way, while driving, Wang Yue listened to the chatter of Chen Xi and Chen Peng. His previously restless mood quickly calmed down, and even his erect penis softened.

In life, there are many other wonderful things besides sex and desire. At least at that moment,

Wang Yue was influenced by the innocence and purity of these two sisters.

Amusement parks havenʼt changed much compared to hundreds of years ago. After all, human survival was already difficult under the threat of fierce beasts, so people naturally didnʼt pay much attention to entertainment.

Now, as a master at the eighth level of the Gui Zhen realm, Wang Yue wasnʼt interested in the new and exciting attractions at the amusement park; they couldnʼt stir any emotions in him.

However, Chen Xi and Chen Peng had a great time there, especially Chen Peng, who loved the more thrilling rides like rollercoasters and space ships.

It was really puzzling how a martial artist like her could be so interested in things that only excited ordinary people.

Since it wasnʼt a holiday, there werenʼt many people at the amusement park, which was convenient for Wang Yue and the others; they didnʼt have to queue up after buying their tickets.

In fact, the Chen family owned shares in this amusement park, and they were even the largest shareholders. However, Chen Xi and Chen Peng didnʼt reveal their status as the daughters of the Chen family.

Unfortunately, their attractive combination of a handsome man and a beautiful woman was very noticeable. Despite their young age, they became the center of attention wherever they went.

So it didnʼt take long before the management of the amusement park realized that they had arrived.

A few managers even went over to try to be helpful, but Wang Yue sent them away.

After trying out all the thrilling attractions, Chen Fen was still not satisfied and suggested, ”Second sister, letʼs go to the horror house.”

”Whatʼs there to enjoy in there?” Wang Yue replied in exasperation.

Not to mention that they were all martial artists with much stronger senses than ordinary people, so they would never be able to perceive the eerie atmosphere inside the horror house.

As for courage, Chen Fen certainly had more than she did; even if there really were ghosts in that house, who knows who might scare whom?

However, Chen Fen insisted on going, and Chen Xi was willing to indulge her.

As expected, the three of them soon entered the horror house, which was filled with strange noises.

Being in such a place where scary things could appear at any moment, fear was simply out of the question.

But Chen Fen was extremely excited; she would scream in delight whenever she saw a ”ghost.”

Wang Yue and Chen Xi held hands and followed closely behind Chen Fen, exchanging affectionate glances from time to time.

It was quite a ”romantic display,” but fortunately, Chen Fen was impervious to such things; otherwise, she would have been ”fed” by their affection long ago.

About halfway through their visit, a shrill scream suddenly came from ahead. Chen Fen, who was walking at the front, wasnʼt scared by any ghosts; instead, it was that sound that startled her.

Immediately afterwards, curiosity took hold of him. Without saying a word to Wang Yue and Chen Xi, he ran straight in the direction from where the sound was coming.

Wang Yue and Chen Xi quickly followed behind. Although there was no danger likely to be present there, they still felt an instinctive desire to protect Chen Fei.

As for Chen Xi, there was no need to say more – the relationship between the sisters, including their cousin Chen Yao, had always been very strong.

As for Wang Yue, although he often argued with Chen Fei when they met, in reality, he treated her like his own little sister and loved her deeply.

Thanks to Chen Feiʼs fast running, the three of them soon arrived at the source of the sound – only to find themselves utterly speechless.

Not far ahead, three figures were hugging each other tightly; they must have been frightened by something.

Wang Yue could see clearly that the composition of those three figures was the same as his own group – one man and two women. He recognized the man; it was Zhang Qingtian, the person he had dealt with before.

The two women, however, were ordinary people and quite attractive. It seemed that this guy was taking advantage of the relaxed atmosphere there to try to pick up girls…

After all, when women are scared, they tend to seek comfort in the arms of men.

Unfortunately, Wang Yue wouldnʼt get to enjoy such a situation – after all, the two girls beside him were both martial artists.

Although Chen Peng couldnʼt see the faces of Zhang Qingtian and the others clearly in such dim light, he could still tell that there were three people there, not some strange object.

Feeling deeply disappointed, he turned around and said, ”Itʼs boring; letʼs go.”

One of the women, huddled in Zhang Qingtianʼs arms, seemed either to be arrogant by nature or had become more so after joining Zhang Qingtian.

Hearing Chen Pengʼs young, childish voice, she immediately shouted, ”Where did this wild girl come from? Get out of the way and donʼt disturb us!”

Chen Peng was immediately angered: ”I didnʼt do anything to you, yet you shout at me like that.”

As the little princess of the most powerful family in Jinling, although Chen Peng didnʼt like to use her status to bully others, she wasnʼt someone who could be mistreated easily. She snapped back, ”Keep your mouth clean!”

”Ha, so youʼre getting aggressive now,” the woman sneered. ”Little brat, do you believe I can kill you without your master even saying a word?”

”Donʼt be so angry; letʼs have some fun together,” Zhang Qingtian said suddenly. ”Little sister, your voice is nice. Come here, let your brother take a look at you.”

Now it was Wang Yueʼs turn to get angry. Chen Peng was his sister-in-law; how could he allow someone else to flirt with her?

”Zhang Qingtian, are you itching for trouble again? Canʼt you wait any longer?” Wang Yue said sternly.

Zhang Qingtian shuddered. He had heard that voice before, but it was imprinted deep in his bones. He hated it and feared it to the extreme.

In panic, he quickly turned on the lighting function on his wrist communicator.

When he saw the faces of Wang Yue and the other two, he trembled again and forced a laugh, saying, ”Young Master Wang, Miss Chen, and Miss Chen… What a coincidence.”

”Now you can see what I look like, right?” Chen Peng said coldly.

That arrogant woman still hadnʼt realized the situation.

Perhaps she thought that Zhang Qingtian couldnʼt deal with her, or perhaps she was irritated by the fact that the sisters from the Chen family were far more beautiful than her. She asked, ”Brother Tian, who are these two bitches?”

”They are your ancestors!” Zhang Qingtian shouted, slapping the woman across the face. She spun several times on the spot and lost half of her teeth.

”Young Master Wang, Miss Chen, and Miss Chen… I donʼt know this woman well; we were just having fun. Sheʼs just a whore who comes out to sell herself.”

After dealing with that woman, Zhang Qingtian quickly tried to distance himself from her.

Although he believed that it wouldnʼt be long before Jinling became his familyʼs territory, it wasnʼt yet the time for that; a true hero doesnʼt accept losses right away.

Seeing Zhang Qingtianʼs cowardly behavior, the other woman, who had been hiding in his arms, felt terrified. Fortunately, it wasnʼt her who had spoken up just now.

And from Zhang Qingtianʼs manner of speaking, she recognized the man and the two women before her.

She felt sorry for her sister: daring to call the two princesses of the Chen family ”bitches”… Her life was probably over now.

Wang Yue naturally despised such petty behavior. Since Zhang Qingtian had already dealt with that woman and silenced her, there was no need for him to intervene.

”You seem quite in the mood for fun, Zhang Qingtian,” Wang Yue said with a smirk.

”Just having some casual fun,” Zhang Qingtian replied, pushing the woman in his arms aside and forcing a laugh. ”I never expected to meet all of you here; what a coincidence.”

”Indeed, a coincidence. Go ahead and continue having fun,” Wang Yue said, tired of talking with Zhang Qingtian, and waved his hand, ready to leave with the sisters from the Chen family.

”Young Master Wang, wait a moment,” Zhang Qingtian called out. ”Our family is holding a gathering tomorrow night. A prominent figure from Tianhai will be attending. Would you like to come and join us?”

Another prominent figure from Tianhai? Wang Yue couldnʼt help but think of Li Chonghe, who had now become fertilizer. He understood that this so-called ”prominent figure” must be someone from a faction that was cooperating with the Zhang family.

Zhang Qingtianʼs invitation was nothing but an attempt to use a prestigious name as a cover to show off his power.

Since Wang Yue also wanted to learn more about that faction, he nodded and said, ”Okay. Then please send me an invitation before tomorrow night.”

Zhang Qingtian laughed and said, ”Thereʼs no need for an invitation if Young Master Wang attends. Just come directly.”

”Alright, see you tomorrow night,” Wang Yue said, waving his hand and leaving with Chen Xi and Chen Peng.

Once Wang Yue was gone, the smile on Zhang Qingtianʼs face disappeared, replaced by a look of viciousness and satisfaction, ”Iʼll make you pay for this tomorrow night!”

”Take her with us; letʼs go,” Zhang Qingtian ordered, looking at the woman who had been knocked out by his slap.

The other woman didnʼt dare say a word; with great effort, she helped her sister up and began to chase after Zhang Qingtian, who was already far away.

”Wang Yue, that Zhang Qingtian is inviting you – he definitely has no good intentions. Be careful,” Chen Xi warned after they had walked for a while.

”No problem. As long as itʼs not one of those top-tier experts from Tianhai, Iʼm not afraid,” Wang

Yue said with a smile. ”Xiao Xi, if youʼre not at ease, come with me tomorrow.”

Chen Xi was tempted, but after thinking for a moment, she shook her head and said, ”Go find Chu Mo tomorrow; let her come with you instead.”
