New Age Of Summoners

’However, the reward is good.’

Even though the mission was dangerous for Twilight, it’s worth the risk.

Currently, the dragon is in low-level rank 5 and if the mission is completed, then with the help of the reward from the mission, the beast will reach high-level rank 5 spirit beast.

So, Ajax felt it was worth it.

’Hmm...how should I execute the mission?’

Soon, Ajax started thinking about how to complete the mission with minimum risk.

’System, can a powerful being from the Zrochester province stop me from entering the five elemental world?’

After thinking for some time, Ajax asked the system about something.

Since he could just release the dragon to destroy one of the properties belonging to the top sect and store it back into his inner world before escaping into the five elemental world, he wanted to know whether the leading figures of the Zrochester province could stop him or not?

If they could stop him, he had to think about something else; otherwise, he could just proceed with it.

As for why he can’t store the dragon in his inner world and act ignorant in front of the leading figures of the Zrochester province is because they could sense the dragon’ energy fluctuations on him.

If they could sense that, then he would be hunted by everyone except for Vagrant cultivators who believed he had a powerful master.

’Ding,

There are some chances of leading figures using some powerful techniques to restrict the host from using any type of portals.

’Sigh’

Seeing that system notification Ajax sighed a little as he racked his brains to find another way to complete Twilight’s mission.

’Wait for a second. Should I upgrade my hollow mask?’

He was still on the back of the dragon which was flying towards Gaimont’s territory and all of a sudden, he thought of something but he felt a little hesitant.

The hollow mask is a mask that can not only hide his cultivation but it can also hide his scent.

However, it can’t hide his cultivation and scent from the eyes of the elite general realm. So, he thought of upgrading it from low-level heaven grade to high-level heaven grade using the mid-grade upgrade stone along with the success stone.

But the problem is, he wanted to use those two stones to upgrade the battle-axe he got from Stephen draton.

’Looks like I should wait for some time to upgrade the battle-axe.’

Since he already had the inheritance sword and a legend grade spear which was currently resting, he thought he could wait for some time to get a high-level battle axe.

’It’s decided then. Before I change my mind, I will upgrade it.’

He didn’t waste any time as he took out the hollow mask from his inventory and the two stones, the upgrade stone and the success stone.

’Ding,

Do you want to upgrade the hollow mask?

’Yes.’

He nodded his head at the system notification.

’Ding,

An upgrade stone and a success stone are consumed, Please wait until the upgrade is completed.

Along with the system notification, the hollow mask in his hand started shining with bright light.

’Ding,

Hollow mask’s upgrade is completed. Please check the full details.

The bright light shone for a few minutes and by the time he reached Gaimont’s territory, Ajax got the ’upgrade complete’ system notification.

’Swoosh’

’Twilight, after some time, you are going to become famous.’

He jumped from the dragon before transmitting his voice to the dragon.

Even though the mission just asked him to destroy something related to the top sects, whether it is one or two properties, it doesn’t matter to become famous.

So, he informed the dragon about it.

’Roar’

Understanding Ajax’s words, Twilight roared as loudly as possible to show its excitement.

The roar caused a huge uproar in Gaimont’s territory; however, before anyone could see the source of the roar, Ajax summoned the dragon back into his inner world before looking at the hollow mask’s information.

....

While he was checking the hollow mask’s information, the spirit beast kings under Skaros noticed Ajax flying through to the sky.

’Let’s finish the matter of our king first and later, we can always invade the humans to get the pureblood dragon.’

The only reason why Ajax didn’t get any obstructions while travelling through the air was because of the first spirit beast king who ordered the other spirit beast kings to not attack him for now.

Even though the pure dragon is useful for them, it is not as important as their current mission. Moreover, each and every spirit beast king (except for Gaimont) had awakened the bloodline that is not related to dragons. So, they didn’t pay much attention to Ajax and listened to the first spirit beast king’s word.

....

In Gaiimont’s territory,

’Ding,

        Item name:- Hollow mask.

        Grade:- High-level heaven grade.

Effects:-1) Can hide the cultivation from anyone below the king realm.

                    2) Can change the presence of the user into an entirely different human which makes it impossible for anyone below the king realm to find out.

        Special effect:- Vanish mode.

Vanish mode:- A special skill that can only be used once a day which helps the user to turn invisible.

Note:- When the user is in Vanish mode, he can’t use any attacks. If he uses any attacks, the special effect will be cancelled.

’Woah’

Even though the effects were what Ajax had expected, the special effect was not within his range.

’This is what I want.’

Actually, the hollow mask was one of his methods to help Twilight to complete the mission; however, he didn’t think that the hollow mask alone is enough for him to finish the mission.

’Nevertheless, I should prepare another alternative method to escape from the leading figures.’

Still, he felt having an extra plan is always a good thing and thought, ’I will wrap up the things with Darbaudr’s cultivation before checking my second plan.’

Taking a deep breath, he stored his hollow mask in his inventory and walked towards the cave where Darbaudr was resting.

His plan was to remove all the seals from Darbaudr’s spirit consciousness and help him to return to his peak cultivation stage.

At the time, he will have two strong companions to help him fight against the assassin sect.

Currently, Ajax had put the thought of revenge on hold because the assassin sect was not going anywhere and during this time, he can increase his cultivation to a sufficient level and increase the strength of his summons.

’At that time, even the king of the spirit beast kings will leave this world. So, I can use Gaimont’s army along with my army which will become very powerful by that time.’

Ajax rubbed his hands in excitement.

After six months, he would have nearly 200 battle beasts, all his summons will reach at least level 5 elite general realm and his own cultivation might reach level 6 or level 7 general realm.

So, thinking about all these things, Ajax could not help but look forward to that day.

’Huh? Looks like Darbaudr is still sleeping.’

Ajax checked the cave in which Darbaudr was resting and sensed that Darbaudr was still sleeping which meant he was still in the elemental world.

’Let’s check my backup plan to finish the mission then.’
