New Age Of Summoners

1907  New Contracted Spirit Beasts

”Rosaline, with the title Ghost Naga Queen, the ex-ruler of the Wind Region of the Floating Island respectfully greets the Master.”

”Oberon, also known as the Abyssa Drake Lord, the ex-ruler of the Earth Region of the Floating Island respectfully greets the Master.”

As soon as the two beings saw Ajax, they respectfully introduced themselves and politely greeted him.

One of them was a woman who looked to be in her mid-thirties and looked exceptionally beautiful. She possesses an otherworldly allure and a single look from her could easily captivate others.

As for the other, he was a middle-aged man with black-coloured dragon shells here and there on his body. Every time he took a breath, he was emitting a thin black mist.

However, such formidable figures were respectfully standing in front of Ajax and even bowed to him while they introduced themselves to Ajax.

”I am glad you surrendered on your own and saved me from the trouble of issuing the official challenges for the duels again and again.”

Even though Ajax sounded arrogant with those words, he was stating the facts because travel from one region to another would take quite some time.

Moreover, after fighting the ruler of one region, Ajax needs to recuperate for a few days before fighting the next ruler to conquer his/her region.

Of course, Ajax could issue an official challenge and even for that, he needs to recuperate for a while before issuing a new challenge.

”We are glad to have saved the master from going through such troubles.”

The two ex-rulers heaved a sigh of relief in their hearts before saying that.

The main reason why the two ex-rulers hurriedly surrendered to Ajax was because they were worried that Ajax might issue an official challenge to them.

In an official challenge, even if the loser was spared by the winner, the Spirit of the Floating Island would kill him and it was within the rules.

Since Ajax was so powerful that he was able to kill Aveline in his own territory and in an official challenge, there was no doubt that Ajax could easily win against them.

Thus, they heaved a sigh of relief when they heard Ajaxʼs words.

”Anyway, letʼs complete the last step in the process of the ʼMaster-Servantʼ relationship.”

Even though Ajax had other things he wanted to discuss with his new subordinates, he wanted to complete the main thing first.

Once he leaves his Spirit Imprint in their Bestial Consciousness, Ajax can let his guard down and talk through things with them.

”Yes, Master.”

Rosaline and Oberon nodded their heads.

Since they had already accepted their fate as Ajaxʼs subordinates, they no longer hesitated about it and readily agreed to it.

”So, who wants to go first?”

Ajax was satisfied with their response and nodded his head before asking it.

”Master, please leave your Spirit Imprint in my Bestial Consciousness first.”

As soon as Ajax asked, the Ghost Naga Queen was the first one to speak and even walked closer to Ajax.

ʼ...ʼ

Oberon, the Abyssal Drake Lordʼs reaction speed was much slower than Rosaline and other than remaining silent, there was nothing he could do about it.

As someone who lived for thousands of years, he didnʼt feel it was right to fight for such a simple thing in front of their master.

Hence, he let Rosaline go first to form the contract with Ajax.

ʼSwooshʼ

Ajax placed his hand on Rosaline and with a single thought, his Divine Spirit Consciousness entered her Bestial Consciousness.

ʼHiss~ʼ

Inside the Bestial Consciousness, a huge transparent winged snake was lying and when it saw Ajaxʼs Divine Spirit Consciousness, it gently hissed.

”Master, please leave your Spirit Imprint on me.”

The huge transparent winged snake gently asked Ajax to mark the Spirit Imprint on her.

”Okay.”

Ajax was not shocked to see the huge transparent winged snake because it was the Bestial Consciousness Form of the Ghost Naga Queen.

Without wasting any time, Ajax released a few units of the Divine Essence of Nature that latched onto the transparent snakeʼs head.

ʼDing,

Congratulations to the host for successfully forming a contract with a powerful contracted spirit beast.

ʼDing,

You can check the information on the spirit beast once you leave her Bestial Spirit Consciousness.

As soon as he finished marking the Spirit Imprint on the Ghost Naga Queenʼs bestial consciousness, the system notifications appeared, congratulating him.

ʼEven though the system went back to its upgrade, the default system notifications wonʼt stop coming.ʼ

Ajax silently muttered to himself and continued, ʼAnyway, it is good to have these default system notifications which confirm whether I left my Spirint Imprint correctly or not.ʼ

ʼNow, itʼs time to form the second contract.ʼ

With a single thought, Ajax excited the Ghost Naga Queenʼs Bestial Consciousness and entered the Abyssal Drake Lordʼs Bestial Consciousness.

As for the information about the Ghost Nage Queen, Ajax decided to check it once he completed the contracting process with the Abyssal Drake Lord.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼThis is his Bestial Consciousness Form?ʼ

The moment Ajax entered the Abyssal Drake Lordʼs Bestial Consciousness, he saw his Bestial Consciousness Form and was shocked.

It was because the Abyssal Drake Lordʼs Bestial Consciousness Form was a small black-coloured dragonling.

ʼWhy is it so small?ʼ

Looking at the fist-sized dragonling in front of him, Ajax could not help but wonder about it.

From its title and the human form of the Abyssal Drake Lord, Ajax had never expected the Bestial Consciousness Form to be so small and cute.

”Master, it is because of a special cultivation technique that lets my Bestial Consciousness re-cultivate again and again.”

Looking at the surprised look on Ajaxʼs face, the cute Bestial Consciousness Form explained the reason behind its current look.

”Currently, my Bestial Consciousness Form is in its infant stage and as I cultivate, it will change.”

Oberon thought about it for a moment and added, ”Currently, it is my 9th time re-cultivating my Bestial Consciousness Form and once I complete my re-cultivation 10 times, the awakening of my Divine Bestial Rules will increase by at least 5 percent.”
