Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Major David pulled out his gun and pressed the muzzle of his gun against Reporter Chen’s forehead. ”Madam, you’re making me very angry now. It’s easy to kill a reporter on the battlefield. Are you afraid?

”Right now, are you afraid?”

Why wouldn’t she be afraid? This was the first time someone pointed a gun at her head. Reporter Chen was so afraid that her face turned pale. She was even more afraid than the day she was dragged into a room and locked up!

After all, she had seen the world. She calmed herself down and pretended to be calm. ”Please remember your identity. Don’t stain your blue helmet with blood. Don’t insult the word ’peacekeeping’!”

”Yes, you’re right. I have to remember my identity at all times. Otherwise, do you think you’d still be alive?”

Major David retracted his pistol. He had lost all his patience with this woman.

They had already replenished their equipment in the car. There were grenades, rifles, and bullets. With these weapons on them, they felt more confident.

It was a little troublesome with the Chinese soldiers. They didn’t have any equipment. The two Chinese soldiers who retreated with them just now only asked for night-vision binoculars. They didn’t ask for anything else.

Putting away his pistol, Major David contacted Xia Jinyuan. ”Buddy, we need to gather and evacuate together. There are too many rebels.”

When the cold muzzle moved away from Reporter Chen’s eyebrows, her face turned pale. She panted heavily. She was furious.

She was a reporter, a reporter who was in charge of reporting the battle in real time. She came to Libya to represent Wanhai, but she was threatened with a gun. If she didn’t shut up, she would be killed!

This was a personal insult to her and a disrespect to Wanhai!

She would definitely report everything that happened just now and punish the guy who held a gun to her head. She would definitely do it.

Xia Jinyuan could hear Major David’s angry voice, but he didn’t reply immediately. They squatted behind the cover and listened to the footsteps close to them. Everyone held their breaths, including the sensible little boy. He didn’t know what was happening, but he knew that the sounds he was hearing now were all gunshots. The people running around outside might be bad people.

He hugged his father’s neck tightly. He snuggled his small face into the crook of his shoulders, making him feel safe. His eyes were wide open, revealing fear that shouldn’t belong to someone his age.

The footsteps were messy as they quickly passed by the ruins. Xia Jinyuan, who was hiding in a building that had been destroyed by gunfire, looked around coldly and replied to Major David, ”Let’s meet up first and try our best to avoid the crossfire between the two factions.”

This was also Major David’s intention. He didn’t want to get involved in the firefight between the government forces and the rebels at all.

Major David heaved a sigh of relief when he knew that the Chinese soldiers had the same thoughts as him.

Why was he relieved?

During the retreat, the Chinese soldiers saved a family of three and brought them to their side. He was really worried that the Chinese soldiers would be kind and sacrifice their lives.

Now that his worries were gone, Major David felt that they would have a good time cooperating with the Chinese soldiers. Of course, it would be a good time for a group of tough men to cooperate.

”Very well! We’ll come and look for you now. Before we arrive, you need to hide well. Also, watch the child and don’t let him make a sound.”
