Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 4604: ChallengeEditor: Henyee Translations

”Zeng Can, forget it. Let’s not talk about it anymore.” Another girl from the same dormitory was afraid that they would quarrel, so she persuaded her softly, ”They’re just talking. They haven’t done anything. Just a reminder will do.”

”You’d better not mess around. It’s not good to tease the instructor. Don’t let us be punished with you in the end.” Zeng Can glared at the boys who wanted to play cheap tricks before turning around.

The boys who were caught weren’t in the mood to say anything else for a moment. They were embarrassed to be taught a lesson by a girl, but they couldn’t argue with her. If they argued with her, they would be the unreasonable ones.

”Forget it. The method just now didn’t work. Let’s not do that. It’ll be embarrassing if word gets out.”

”That’s right. Forget it, forget it. Let’s just go through military training obediently. Since the female instructor is good-looking, we should bear with it. Everyone is the same. We’ll go through hardships together.”

The boys, who were still excited just now, became dispirited once more. Thinking about it again, they felt that writing a love letter to win over their beautiful instructor... was an extremely bad idea.

”No, Yu Ji, what else can we do? Voice your ideas.”

The boy who was called out turned his head instinctively and looked at the girl. Seeing that the girl wasn’t paying attention, he exhaled softly and said with lingering fear, ”Lower your voices. Don’t let them hear you. Zeng Can is in the same dormitory as the instructor.”

”Ah, she won’t complain, right?” A boy immediately jumped up in shock. He couldn’t get into trouble!

The skinny Yu Ji pushed his glasses up his nose bridge. He was still sweating. He whispered, ”There’s someone in our dorm who’s a Taekwondo national runner-up. Let’s make him compete with our instructor. In the afternoon, we’ll go back to the dormitory and ask the instructor to make a bet with Tao Yi. If he wins, the instructor will go easy on us. What do you think?”

The boys’ eyes lit up when they heard this. No one objected. They all nodded.

This method could work!

Tao Yi, who was being targeted by other people, was surrounded by his classmates. They were also discussing how to make the military training less tiring. In the end, the heavy responsibility would gloriously fall on Tao Yi.

A girl said worriedly, ”I’m confident Tao Yi will win.. I’m just afraid that he can’t control his strength and end up hurting the instructor. What will happen then?”

”The instructor is a military school student. She won’t get hurt so easily.”

”The squad leader will only be sparring with the instructor. They won’t really fight. Nothing will happen. Don’t you often see soldiers in the military unit sparring on television? Nothing happens then either.”

Tao Yi had the same thought too. He smiled and said, ”I’ll control my strength so that I won’t hurt the instructor. Now, we have to see if the instructor will accept the challenge. If the instructor accepts it, we can spar.”

As an instructor, Ye Jian naturally accepted it with a smile. ”The national runner-up of Taekwondo? Not bad. Let’s have a match during the afternoon break.”

Ye Jian accepted the challenge readily. Hence, the entire class erupted in cheers. The students from her class, who had been standing in military posture for 20 minutes, wanted to know what had happened.

The one who shouted the loudest was a boy. The boy immediately made a request. ”Instructor, if we win, shouldn’t you give us some perks?”

Just you wait!

Ye Jian raised her eyebrows and asked, ”How do you want me to do that?”

”We hope that we can have more rest so that our military training won’t be so tiring! The weather is too hot! We can’t take it anymore!”

”Yes, Instructor. If we win, you can’t train us so strictly.”
