Death… And Me

Chapter 3626: Need To Learn How To Control

Rifindio tried to get up with some difficulty, but even though he went through an incredible transformation, his entire body, soul, and core felt extremely sore. ”I can barely move here...”

Rean laughed. ”Hahaha! I’ll give you a hand.”

He first used his Light Element and Divine Energy to clean Rifindio’s body of that filth liquid, then with Kentucky’s help, they pulled Rifindio from that area. Only then did they put Rifindio down, everyone looking at him with curiosity. Just what happened to him?

Rifindio obviously knew he had to give an explanation. However, he glanced at Grititi, Royer, and Elsie. They weren’t really part of his group, and he couldn’t reveal much.

”Change to Divine Sense Message if you have something our bait can’t hear,” Royer said, catching Rifindio’s meaning.

Grititi’s mouth twitched, but he couldn’t do much. ”Hmph!” Then, he walked away and waited somewhere else.

Truth be told, Royer and Elsie also didn’t hear anything. Rifindio only talked to the twins’ group. ’Someone contacted me inside the Cocoon, saying that I’m Triaglia’s chosen.’

’Chosen?’ Rean pondered a bit. ’Weren’t you her plaything? Chosen to be her plaything then.’

Rifindio wasn’t in the mood for jokes. ’Stop that. What matters is that he said that the Cocoons reacted to me, pulling me inside. The guy who contacted me didn’t say why, though.’

Rifindio then proceeded to explain the entire situation, making his companions confused.

’So, you are some kind of chosen by Triaglia, the Cocoons gave you a huge boost of cultivation, transformed your bloodline, and even allowed you to feel and integrate the Celestial Laws of Blood, is it? He also mentioned that you wouldn’t be the only one.’ Roan summarized the whole explanation.

Rifindio nodded. ’Yes. That was basically everything.’

Kentucky looked at Rifindio, especially at his teeth. ’The Celestial Laws you have are not in your soul, but your teeth. That’s unusual. Ours are inside our souls.’

’You guys also have Celestial Laws?’ Rifindio was taken aback.

The twins’ group never told Rifindio about their Celestial Laws. First, because there wasn’t really a need for it. Second, they didn’t have much use for it at the moment, so what difference would that make?

Rean then told him what he knew. ’So, basically, you will comprehend the four Sublaws of Blood during your Space-Time Realm. During the Divinity Realm, you will fuse these four normal laws into the Major Laws of Blood. Only after that will the Celestial Laws of Blood come into play. At the Peak Stage of the Divinity Realm, which can only be achieved after fusing the four normal sublaws, you will also fuse the Celestial Laws of Blood you acquired into that mix. Doing that will allow you to comprehend the Celestial Laws of Blood.’ (Chapter 2853, near the end)

’So that’s why I was able to identify these laws but couldn’t comprehend them,’ Rifindio spoke, understanding the situation. ’I can clearly see the Laws of Blood now, and I can start comprehending them. Yet, the Celestial Laws of Blood in my teeth I can see as well, but I simply can’t understand anything. I just know they are there.’

’Exactly,’ Rean nodded. ’From the looks of it, even though your Celestial Laws aren’t inside your Soul, they will be used in the same manner. We also can’t comprehend our Celestial Laws at the moment. We already completed the requirements to try, but our cultivation was lost, and without the necessary cultivation, we can’t fuse our Celestial Laws either.’

’This is so crazy...’ Rifindio thought about everything that happened. ’Does that mean I just need to reach the Peak Stage of the Divinity Realm now? Once I do that and fuse the Celestial Laws in my teeth into my Major Laws of Blood, will I reach the Celestial Realm?’

’If that was so easy...’ Kentucky shrugged. ’That is only the first step.’

’First step?’ Rifindio was confused again. ’What’s the next step then?’

’That’s what we are looking for in this Golden Palace,’ Roan commented. ’For us, the only thing we lack is cultivation. We already comprehended all the laws and can fuse the Celestial Laws we have. The problem is that we don’t know what to do next.’

’Alright, I get it.’ Rifindio was now interested in it, too. ’Still, what about the rest? Triaglia’s chosen? Then there are others chosen? Chosen for what? Who?’

’I don’t know for what,’ Celis had a theory, ’but I can guess that the other chosen are most likely from the other Universes. I mean, the Golden Palace never opens for experts from different Universes at the same time, right? Yet, it happened now. We also know Triaglia, one of these Universes’ Owners, is involved. So the other chosen must be from the other Universes. I would be surprised if that wasn’t the case.’

No one saw any flaws in Celis’s theory. ’Simply put, we are still lost.’

Rifindio looked around, now feeling something in the environment. ’Are these...?’

’Yes,’ Rean nodded, knowing what he was talking about. ’They are Celestial Laws. The Golden Palace, and even that portrait back them, have Celestial Laws in them. It’s just that they are so faint that they aren’t of much use to any of us. Well, even if they were of any use, we all lack the cultivation to use them for anything.’

’In any case,’ Roan observed, ’you gained a lot from this interaction. We don’t know what this is about, but it doesn’t seem like a bad thing. At least, not for now.’

Kentucky was still curious. ’Rifindio, what about your transformation, especially your bloodline? It is not that mutant bloodline anymore. In fact, the way I see it, you have no need for my blood anymore. Yours is pretty powerful on its own.’

’As powerful as our Celestial Bloodline?’ Rean asked.

’Not that strong,’ Kentucky shook his head. ’If we talk about levels...Oh, that’s it. It’s a Regal Bloodline. His bloodline is now at the same level as my old Regal Bloodline. I’m sure of it.’

’Regal Bloodline!’ Rifindio took a deep breath. Who also had a Regal Bloodline? Triaglia, the Regal Camazotz Bat that is! Wait, Kentucky’s bloodline was even higher than that?!

”Hey, how long are you going to talk,” Grititi returned, feeling annoyed. They didn’t want to tell him anything and were wasting his time here. He was afraid that a portal was open and they would lose it.

Rifindio turned in Grititi’s direction. Does he even know how important this moment was for him? ”Shut up! We are trying to figure things out!”

*Tud!*

In the next instant, Grititi kneeled on the floor in Rifindio’s direction, completely subservient.

”Uh?” Grititi was taken aback. He was kneeling? Why was he kneeling?

Everyone looked at him with weird expressions. Was Grititi that kind of bat before? Even Rifindio was confused at that scene.

”Hahaha!” Kentucky laughed and patted Rifindio’s back with his wing. ”You had never had such a bloodline before, so you obviously have no idea how to control it. Look at what you’ve done. Grititi can’t even keep his head up anymore.”

Grititi immediately drove his Divine Energy, and that bloodline pressure Rifindio let escape was countered to a certain degree. Finally, he got up, looking at Rifindio like he was looking at a ghost. He felt that kind of bloodline pressure before, and that was from Triaglia herself! ”You... Could it be...”

”Ahem...” Rifindio tried to control himself. Too bad that he was terrible at it, just like Kentucky was back then. His bloodline power was in full display, and it was extremely effective against Bat Races. ”I don’t know what you are talking about.”

”Your ass!” Grititi didn’t believe that for a second!
