The Hidden Extra: The Lazy Prince Refuses to Ascend The Throne

Nine hundred thousand kilometers from the Eastern Kingdom of Izanagi lies a dense forest.

The forest is thick and vast, with large mountains stretching horizontally from east to west.

It is approximately eight hundred thousand kilometers long, providing a habitat for many terrifying monsters and wild animals.

Furthermore, within a radius of seven hundred kilometers, there are no human settlements, making it one of the most isolated areas on the continent.

However, deep within the forest, there is a settlement belonging to another race—the Elves.

They are a very secretive race and rarely appear before the world.

Even so, everyone in the kingdoms and empires on this continent acknowledges that they are one of the strongest races that should not be underestimated.

At this moment, inside a towering tree, a woman sat cross-legged in silence.

The woman was extraordinarily beautiful. Her face was perfect, her nose was pointed, and she had long golden hair that reached her back.

There were two small braids on the right and left sides of her hair, accompanied by gold-colored hairpins hanging at the back of her head.

However, she wore a green blindfold, so the color of her eyes was completely invisible.

Nonetheless, the most striking thing was not her appearance but her ears.

They were pointed and sharp—very different from those of the average human.

The woman was one of the High Elves and also one of the Seven Singularities—the Singularity of Life, Seria Caelion.

Seria took a small breath and exhaled. She opened her eyes beneath the blindfold and muttered, ”Luna, where are you exactly?”

Her expression turned sad, depressed, and filled with anger.

Her beloved granddaughter, Luna Caelion, had been missing for months.

For an elf like her, that amount of time might be short and meaningless.

But that didn’t mean she could stay calm and relaxed. Her granddaughter had been missing for that long, and it was possible that she was living in hardship out there.

As a grandmother, how could she possibly stay calm?

Her daughter had also been searching for Luna, but to no avail. They lived on the far side of the continent, and it was impossible to find Luna among the billions of living creatures here.

”Even with my power, I cannot find her,” she whispered. ”I am truly a grandmother who is... useless.”

For the first time since she became one of the seven Singularities, she felt this sense of helplessness.

”In the Eastern Empire of Izanagi, I didn’t sense her aura at all. Could she have gone to another kingdom or empire?” she wondered.

This continent was vast. It was impossible for her to find Luna so quickly unless she left her hiding place.

Frankly, she wanted to, but she couldn’t. There was an agreement among the Singularities to never leave their hiding places.

Otherwise, it would violate the established laws and could trigger unnecessary disputes.

It was not impossible that it could trigger a battle capable of destroying the world.

”Huh...” Seria shook her head. ”This is really... troublesome.”

Just then, a voice suddenly appeared in her right ear.

”Singularity of Life, I need your help.”

Seria was slightly startled. The voice belonged to the Singularity of Flame.

”What’s going on?” she asked.

”The Singularity of Chaos and the Singularity of Death are fighting. If left unchecked, it could trigger an even greater disaster. I’m busy and can’t go now. Please stop them. I’ll send you the location coordinates.”

Without waiting for a response, the Singularity of Flame cut the connection, leaving the Singularity of Life confused.

”A battle between the Singularity of Chaos and the Singularity of Death? What is really going on? Why are they fighting?” Her eyebrows furrowed deeply.

The relationship between the Seven Singularities was not very deep. There were many conflicting interests among them, which was why there was an agreement to not disturb the balance of the world.

Yet in the case of the Singularity of Chaos and the Singularity of Death, she had absolutely no idea why this was happening.

Pushing aside her confusion, she stood up and said, ”I don’t care about that. But those two have really gone too far. I’m going to take action right now.”

She made a slashing motion toward the front. Instantly, a gate appeared, and she stepped inside it, then disappeared from view.

...

Boom!

Boom!

The battle between Nolan and the Singularity of Death raged fiercely.

The two exchanged attacks, splitting the sea and vaporizing it.

Fortunately, there were no living creatures or landmasses nearby, so their battle caused no casualties whatsoever.

Still, they held back most of their power to prevent even greater destruction.

Bang!

Nolan landed a powerful blow to the right side of the Singularity of Death’s face.

His body shot forward like a bullet and spun like a top, then slammed into the sea with tremendous force.

”Tsk! That feels so satisfying,” Nolan muttered as he rubbed his right palm.

He had long harbored a grudge against the Singularity of Death but had never had the chance to vent it.

Luckily, he had it now, and he wouldn’t let it go so easily.

Boom!

The Singularity of Death emerged from the sea and shot upward, then floated with his wet coat.

His gaze, which had previously seemed relaxed, turned cold.

”Singularity of Chaos, you have broken the rules!” He growled angrily, mixed with a sense of shame.

In a one-on-one fight, especially in terms of physical strength, he was far inferior to the Singularity of Chaos. Being beaten by him made him deeply ashamed.

”Come on, man, no need to use such clichéd lines,” Nolan said with a small chuckle. ”I’m sure you’re bored too, right? So let’s fight.”

Whoosh!

His figure disappeared and reappeared right in front of him.

He raised his fist, aiming it directly at his mask.

But this time, the Singularity of Death wasn’t careless.

When Nolan’s punch hit him, his body turned into a crow and reappeared behind him.

He spun his body and kicked Nolan’s left side of the head.

Buzz!

His kick only hit the air because Nolan’s figure had already disappeared.

”Taste this!”

A playful voice sounded from above him. The Singularity of Death tried to dodge, but his body was held in place by the space controlled by Nolan.

Boom!

The powerful kick struck the top of his head and sent him crashing down.

Splash!

The seawater split, and the Singularity of Death’s body hit the rocks below, shattering them.

”Hey, what happened? Why are you so weak?” Nolan laughed mockingly.

”Weak? Did I hear that right?”

A cold voice came from behind him.

Nolan felt the aura of death rushing toward him at a terrifying speed.

The space around him froze, and his figure suddenly appeared a hundred meters away from his previous position.

He looked ahead and saw the Singularity of Death floating while holding a long black scythe.

Both of his eyes were locked onto Nolan with hatred.

”This time, I will truly defeat you!”
