After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 2317: Chapter 589: All of Them Are Traitors

When coaches still want to give players attitude?

Then what are you relying on to make players convinced?

He knows somewhat about Van Marwijk’s situation.

Damn.

Even a World Cup runner-up coach can’t control the players.

Things aren’t that simple.

After a European Cup, Nesta instead had some hesitation about his coaching path.

In the evening, Huang Kaiwen was about to go back and have dinner with Lily, but Van Ostiven and Cruyff stopped him.

The two called Huang Kaiwen to the restaurant.

None of the three were there for dinner.

”The team’s performance is good this time, Kevin, your merit is the greatest.”

Van Ostiven said.

”It’s all the players’ effort.”

Huang Kaiwen replied.

”Now the whole nation is waiting for the championship, do you think we can win?”

Van Ostiven asked.

As the chairman of the Football Association, winning a championship during his term is an achievement.

It’s the same worldwide.

”I can’t say about this, Spain is too strong.”

Huang Kaiwen said directly.

If you average 90 points against an average of 98, there’s certainly a chance, but there are several scoring around 80 on our side, the weaknesses are too obvious.

He keeps adjusting tactics just to cover up these weaknesses.

Cruyff noticed the silence and immediately said, ”Spain is indeed strong, their midfield control is there, being able to play this far is already very good.”

Huang Kaiwen continued eating by himself.

There’s nothing much to say at this point.

Even changing a famous coach, no one can guarantee to defeat Spain.

Cruyff ate a few bites and then put down the knife and fork.

After getting older, the appetite isn’t as good.

He actively said, ”I saw Frank Rijkaard’s interview today, he’s somewhat inappropriate.”

Huang Kaiwen put down the tableware along with him.

Cruyff had something to say.

”I think he should be criticized a bit, and put in his place.”

Cruyff said.

”Just criticized?”

Huang Kaiwen asked with a smile, picking up a lighter from the table, helping Cruyff light a cigarette.

Cruyff looked at Huang Kaiwen, not speaking.

Huang Kaiwen chuckled inwardly.

This old man has been in high positions too long, in such a complex place like Barcelona hasn’t really learned political maneuvering.

Huang Kaiwen said, ”I heard the Glazer Family prescribed how many votes players receive, how many jerseys they can give, away expenses and so on. Barcelona probably has similar regulations, after all, they have to give members an explanation. When Mr. Rijkaard occasionally kills the opponent, will it exceed spending when calling room service at the hotel?”

The club has many rules in these aspects.

Ranging from transfers to various expense reimbursements.

No football coach fully abides by these rules.

Encounter a generous owner, like Abramovich truly not caring.

If it’s like the Glazer owner, you send one jersey to a fan, they demand money immediately.

Huang Kaiwen doesn’t believe Rijkaard has no issues.

It’s just the team looking at performance without minding.

Cruyff also understood Huang Kaiwen’s meaning.

He smiled and said, ”Barcelona indeed should audit, ensures the club’s purity. Plus, those were Laporta days, Mr. Rosell definitely very interested.”

”Then I wish you success.”

Huang Kaiwen lifted the wine glass and drank it in one go.

Nodding in gesture, stood up.

After Huang Kaiwen walked away, Van Ostiven asked, ”Are you really going to do this, isn’t Frank too pitiful?”

”Everyone must pay for what they do.”

Cruyff lit another cigarette, said, ”I don’t know how many years I’ll live, the kids at home aren’t promising. Even if I stand by Frank’s side, he at most when I’m dead says a few good words. But just look at Kevin. The fans sending him to Munich got a new car, the motorcycle cop will have a grand wedding, who wouldn’t want a generous friend?”

Van Ostiven suddenly realized.

He only considered Rijkaard was also a Netherlands legend.

Too naive.

The thing itself wasn’t an issue, it was Rijkaard himself looking for trouble.

The most crucial part, Rijkaard offended people he shouldn’t have.

Damn.

Van Ostiven silently apologized.

At this time, he also had to stand on the side of justice.

...

Next morning.

Huang Kaiwen saw Cruyff’s words in the Ukrainian ”Facts” newspaper.

This is the highest circulation newspaper in Ukraine and is the only one able to cover nine regions.

Cruyff severely criticized Rijkaard in the newspaper, he said, ”Frank Rijkaard believes he’s a wise man, actually he is only relying on bodily instincts to live. At the time in Barcelona, we had a powerful lineup, but he didn’t make any achievements in European tournaments, constantly getting Barcelona massacred. His conflicts with some players also weakened the team’s strength.

He was too self-centered, causing the locker room to become his personal show, yet the upper management gave him so much support, he still didn’t give enough returns. In the end, Barcelona couldn’t tolerate him anymore and fired him.

But he still hasn’t realized, he isn’t some top coach, let alone an outstanding commentator. From the Turkish league to the Saudi Arabian National Team, he has already distanced from mainstream football, this is a reflection of skill, I don’t know how he dares comment on the Netherlands team entering the finals.

And regarding character, at this moment the Netherlands is united as one, hoping the team can be cohesive. But Frank is now going against the current, this isn’t suggestions or advice anymore, I even suspect whether he took Spanish money.”
