After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 1697: Chapter 463: The Legend of Paul in Sicily

The boos from the Stadio San Paolo are getting louder.

Apparently, the fans of Naples have already forgotten the times with Huang Kaiwen.

Of course.

Back then, Huang Kaiwen’s efficiency wasn’t as high as it is now.

Their three-defender system seems as fragile as paper in front of Huang Kaiwen.

Mazzarri even doubts if there’s something wrong with his system, otherwise losing two goals in just over a minute doesn’t make any sense.

Guardiola seemed to see himself because he wanted to try 3241.

Unexpectedly, Naples is showing him live what it means to advance wingbacks who can’t get back.

This is also a very noteworthy problem.

Think carefully.

Back then, Ancelotti’s Maldini and Cafu might have been more suitable for this system.

Suddenly, Guardiola felt a bit envious of Ancelotti.

Though Ramos can be considered good in attack and defense, sometimes he can’t get back after advancing, and Zambrotta on the left-back, considering his age, can’t compare with Maldini.

Looking at it this way, Ancelotti’s roster is still superior.

No wonder AC Milan could win consecutive championships back then.

Cavani and Hamsik looked at each other in disbelief.

The two of them have been in excellent form today, working hard for so long to score two goals against AC Milan.

Yet, such an advantage was erased in less than two minutes.

Hamsik, who joined the Serie A teams around the same time as Huang Kaiwen, only felt a chill down his spine.

Because he clearly remembers.

Back then, he thought Huang Kaiwen, as a winger, scored just a bit too much.

Looking now, it’s not just a bit much; over six years, he’s transformed from an average player to a core among the top in Serie A, but Huang Kaiwen’s scoring efficiency has surpassed from the wings to the center!

Hamsik secretly glanced at Cavani.

If Huang Kaiwen stood in front of him, he certainly wouldn’t be like this erratic guy; getting 20 assists in a season shouldn’t be difficult.

When the Milan players returned to midfield.

Hamsik realized a problem.

Previously, his view of top players was somewhat superficial.

Now it seems that only players qualified to play for AC Milan are truly top players.

Naples restarted the game, and Cavani immediately passed back.

As soon as Hamsik got the ball, Torres dashed over, and he quickly passed back again.

Christian Maggio received the ball and touched it with his right foot, and just like that, Huang Kaiwen was already by his side.

Maggio turned around first, trying to pass the ball, and Huang Kaiwen immediately adjusted his position.

Although Huang Kaiwen didn’t completely block Maggio, he still put a lot of pressure on him.

Such positioning was obviously to prevent a cross pass, giving no opportunities to advance.

Maggio was utterly flustered.

As a player born in ’82 in Italy, he recently joined the national team.

But he had heard from the veterans in the team about Huang Kaiwen’s evaluation.

With such a caliber of player standing before him, his psyche already began to waver.

Maggio extended his left foot half a step forward, shielding the ball and waiting for support from a teammate.

”Pass!”

Upon hearing a somewhat unfamiliar voice, Maggio instinctively turned his head, immediately sensing a problem.

Darn it!

The shout came from Torres.

Taking advantage of this, Huang Kaiwen snatched the ball from his feet.

Gargano, who was coming to support, charged directly towards Huang Kaiwen.

Huang Kaiwen shifted the ball horizontally with his left foot, pretending to go down the middle; as Gargano moved alongside, Huang Kaiwen immediately used his right foot for a slight push.

With a snap,

The ball went to the left side, and Huang Kaiwen suddenly accelerated, squeezing past Gargano.

The defense line players of Naples all moved to this side; midfielder Pazienza had to rush back towards the penalty area to cover.

Huang Kaiwen continually pushed the ball with the instep and moved slowly along the left-wing with small steps.

But Gianluca Grava dared not charge in directly; Huang Kaiwen’s explosiveness was too intense!

Never mind that Huang Kaiwen’s dribbling pace was slow now, but Grava could guarantee that the moment he rushed in, Huang Kaiwen would blow past him with his explosiveness.

Aronica wasn’t coming over for backup quickly enough either.

Grava maintained his stance and retreated cautiously as Huang Kaiwen executed half a step-over into the penalty box; he didn’t even dare to stick out his foot.

At that moment, Huang Kaiwen suddenly accelerated, flicking the ball left with one touch from his foot, prompting Grava’s instinctual move.

But Huang Kaiwen quickly cut back with his right foot, dodging Grava decisively, leaving Grava sprawling heavily in the penalty area.

Close at hand, De Sanctis sensed trouble and promptly dove to stretch his foot.

Prepared for this, Huang Kaiwen cut once more, bypassing directly, turning near the end line, and calmly slotting a push shot.

Aronica, who had rushed back covering the goal line, launched himself to block the shot, but it was a step too late; the ball smoothly sneaked to the right side of the goal, hanging on the side net.

”Goal!!!”

”GoalGoalGoal!!!”

”Kevin Goal!”

”Kevin has performed the craziest of acts, showing us how effortless it is to turn the tables on the opponent.”

”Naples players have already performed quite well in the face of Kevin, looking at their moves, they have realized Kevin’s strength and are striving to find solutions.”

”It’s understandable not to find a solution, after all, it’s a universal conundrum.”

”Like a primary school student not being able to solve higher mathematics, it’s normal that they can’t find a way to defend Kevin.”

”Even defenses from Chelsea and Manchester United, or previously Maldini’s team facing a Real Madrid with Kevin, still found little they could do.”
