After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

The young miss has other things to take care of, and Huang Kaiwen is also supposed to return to his country.

The Olympic Village opens on the 27th, but most athletes have already been training for a long time.

Coming back this late is exceptionally rare.

On the way to the airport, Huang Kaiwen turns on his phone.

Nokia phones are sturdy on the outside, but their internal functionality is just average these days.

The moment Huang Kaiwen powered on the phone, it acted like it crashed, ringing non-stop and unresponsive to any buttons.

He removed the battery and restarted it, only to find an inundation of text messages and missed calls.

Especially from Ramos, whose texts were non-stop.

That guy went on vacation to America, those international texts made the Yellow Ball King feel pained.

Huang Kaiwen proactively called back, but found that Ramos had already turned off his phone, so he could only text Ramos back, telling him not to be impulsive.

The main reason he hadn’t handed over the recording to The Sun newspaper yet was because of concerns about Ramos.

If Ramos did something rash, even without the recording being exposed, there would still be room to maneuver.

Florentino wouldn’t easily damage the club’s interests.

But that’s only if the player doesn’t act excessively; if Ramos were to do something outrageous, who knows if Florentino might let the 40 million Euro Ramos rot on the sidelines.

Huang Kaiwen responded to teammates’ texts.

An anxious Raul called directly.

”What the hell is going on?!”

Raul asked angrily on the other end of the line.

Without the captain’s armband, Raul’s temper was rather impatient.

”Don’t you understand that old guy, he wants Real Madrid to be great because of him.”

Huang Kaiwen laughed as he responded.

No need to worry.

Calderon’s legacy is definitely going to be cleaned up next.

Although Yellow Ball King took the first step, the others are also in danger. Huang Kaiwen still remembers the newspaper revealing that Florentino’s restoration had only five untouchables, mostly focused on the defensive and goalkeeping lines.

Marcelo can only be said to be lucky; there wasn’t a suitable star left-back. If Evra were younger or Ashley Cole didn’t have so many scandals, Marcelo wouldn’t have had the chance to stay at Real Madrid.

Raul said after a moment’s silence, ”So you thought about this beforehand and made me renew my contract early?”

”Didn’t you want to retire at Real Madrid? A 5+1 contract should be enough for you to stay until retirement.”

Huang Kaiwen laughed as he replied.

Calderon wasn’t entirely useless.

Florentino came in aggressively.

Originally dragging Raul and others’ new contracts, they were signed immediately, with some concessions made.

He also had his tricks.

He managed to stay at the club, allowing Raul and Guti to retire at Real Madrid, keeping a good reputation.

If he couldn’t keep them, it would disgust Florentino a bit.

Now Florentino is probably numb, with Raul and Guti’s combined wages over 12 million Euros.

Both on 5-year contracts.

If he really didn’t want to leave, there’d be no way to clean up.

”Now it’s becoming troublesome, Jose has reacted strongly.”

Raul said on the other end of the line.

”Then talk him through it.”

Huang Kaiwen said.

”I don’t even know what to say.”

Raul sighed as he spoke.

He was also very upset.

But due to the conflict with Aragonés,

he had matured quite a bit over the years and wasn’t as impulsive. In the past, Raul might have proactively approached the newspaper to expose this.

”Let’s leave it at that, try to calm everyone down.”

Huang Kaiwen smiled as he said, ”I have things to do, I’ll hang up now.”

Just as Huang Kaiwen hung up the call, he received a call from Capello.

”Kevin, I resigned.”

Capello said straightforwardly.

”Why?!”

Huang Kaiwen asked in surprise.

Florentino definitely didn’t like Capello.

Whether it’s style or the Calderon tag on Capello.

Florentino disliked all of it.

But without successfully signing Mourinho, Florentino shouldn’t have moved the meritorious coach.

Besides Mourinho, only Ferguson or Wenger could appease the fans.

Fans didn’t like Capello’s style, but they’d be even more upset with someone new who couldn’t win championships.

”Nothing much, I don’t like his way of doing things. He could make others leave, so I could also leave voluntarily.”

Capello smiled as he said on the other end of the line, ”I’m planning to take a break. Coaching a big club like Real Madrid is too exhausting. Laura and I are planning to travel to Asia.”

”Alright then, Coach, enjoy your trip. I’m just about to board the plane.”

Huang Kaiwen said.

After hanging up, Huang Kaiwen figured that Capello’s resignation might be related to his departure.

But these things were beyond his control.

Next up is preparing for the Olympics.

Initially, Huang Kaiwen wanted to choose equestrian; it’s quite niche with not too strong opponents.

The Yellow Ball King often rides horses, which counts as some training.

Unfortunately, equestrian is held over on Hong Kong Island, making it impossible to participate in two events in given time.

After boarding the plane.

Huang Kaiwen skipped the games and slept directly, to adjust his jet lag.

While he was still in dreamland, news of his transfer shocked all of Europe.

Marca: ”Although Florentino said it was Kevin’s own choice, Kevin never said anything about this. During the previous championship celebration, Kevin didn’t express any desire to leave the team. Kevin’s departure is clearly tied to Florentino. Kevin and Capello leaving successively is the best proof. Our new club chairman is collapsing the Real Madrid dynasty.

Many sponsors are in talk with Real Madrid, and the club’s commercial revenue will be heavily affected in the near future.

Yesterday, some fans stormed Florentino’s residence. The police didn’t manage the situation well. Florentino was hiding in the cellar, not discovered. How he plans to restore his image in fans’ eyes remains unknown.”
