After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

This time should be considered brunch.

”Sir, today’s newspaper.”

Albert handed the steaming newspaper to Huang Kaiwen.

Huang Kaiwen slowly flipped through it, and Real Madrid, having just won the Spanish Super Cup, was indeed the protagonist of the newspapers for several days.

”Marca”: ”Real Madrid has become an unprecedented quadruple champion, and if they claim the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup next, they can become the first six-title winner in football history.”

I was just thinking about Barcelona.

Looks like I’m fucking going to snatch it from Barça again.

I feel a bit sorry for my good friend, the Football King Messi, but I’ll increase his endorsement fee first. If it comes to it, we’ll just go on to win championships together in Milan.

”AS Newspaper”: ”Heinze, who wants to transfer to Liverpool, is being coldly treated by Manchester United, and Real Madrid has hope in signing Heinze to replace the departing Carlos. Real Madrid indeed should reinforce their defense—Cannavaro has been underperforming, the free-agent Metzelder may not have the ability to play as a starter at Real Madrid, and with Ramos on loan, Real Madrid needs substitutes for two positions. Miguel Torres has already proved he lacks the ability to be a starter for Real Madrid, and Cissinho likewise. Before the transfer window closes, Real Madrid needs to add at least one center back and one right back.”

”World Sports News”: ”It’s a shame that Kevin has given up on snooker. O’Sullivan said in an interview that he would welcome Kevin as a competitor. Kevin prefers to stay in his comfort zone, rather than challenge another domain’s king. Fans hoping for Kevin’s success in a new field might have to wait a long time.”

Huang Kaiwen continued to browse until he came across The Sun newspaper.

He looked up at Albert.

Albert said, ”There’s a report about you on there, sir.”

”Alright.”

Huang Kaiwen saw The Sun’s report about him and Shakira on the front page.

”Real Madrid has invited Shakira to be a guest performer several times. This time for La Liga’s opening match, Shakira will no longer be a guest performer but will attend as a special guest to watch Real Madrid’s season opener. In an interview, she also expressed that she is a fan of Real Madrid and Kevin. According to information we obtained from inside Real Madrid, Shakira’s favor with Real Madrid is because of Kevin.”

The article was full of speculation, which Huang Kaiwen of course didn’t mind.

The Sun often cast him with different leading ladies.

Although this time they guessed the right person, it was still just speculation. If they had evidence, The Sun would have already exposed it.

What followed was news about several Great British players.

Rooney is still the talk of the United Kingdom because of a previous scandal with a 50-year-old cleaner.

In Huang Kaiwen’s memory, such news about Rooney seemed to have never ceased.

Then there was Ashley Cole, who was suspected of cheating, leaving his wife Cheryl and messing around outside.

In a corner, there was also news about Atletico Madrid coach Javier Aguirre meeting with a Korean expat, The Sun speculated Atletico Madrid might be preparing to bring in a Korean player.

Because of the news.

In the afternoon, Huang Kaiwen sent Neo to pick someone up at the airport.

Although Huang Kaiwen wasn’t afraid of rumors, it wouldn’t be good to be photographed with Shakira again in the heat of the moment.

After three in the afternoon, Shakira appeared at Huang Kaiwen’s house.

Queen Aladdin handed Huang Kaiwen a box and said, ”A gift for winning the Laureus Award.”

After Huang Kaiwen unwrapped it, he found a Rolex inside.

It was the brand that left the deepest impression on Huang Kaiwen, influenced by Xiangjiang movies.

For a long time, Huang Kaiwen thought gangsters on the run would have a bunch of Rolexes strung on their arms.

After a casual glance, Huang Kaiwen took off his own watch and put on the new one, saying, ”It looks pretty good.”

”If you perform well, I’ll give you another one next time.”

Shakira said, snuggling up to Huang Kaiwen.

Huang Kaiwen: ...

It sounded like some major deal.

To prepare for any situation that might arise, in the evening, Huang Kaiwen specifically asked Albert to prepare oysters and sent Capello a message in advance for a day off.

Only when he got up the next day did Huang Kaiwen realize how wise it was to ask for leave in advance.

When he stretched and went downstairs, Shakira was doing yoga in the living room in front of the television.

”What’s this program? I’ve never seen it before?”

Huang Kaiwen asked.

”It’s a DVD I brought myself, convenient for doing yoga in the hotel.”

Shakira said.

”No wonder.”

Huang Kaiwen nodded.

After Shakira finished exercising, Huang Kaiwen sat on the couch and randomly selected a program to watch.

Not long after, Shakira’s head popped out from Huang Kaiwen’s embrace. She was formidable on stage, but in reality, she had a very petite figure.

”I’ll be in Madrid for 5 days.”

”Five days... Then we should make the most of it.”

Huang Kaiwen said, looking down and smiling.

Shakira smacked Huang Kaiwen on the chest and said, ”Are you planning to keep me in the room for five days?”

”You can also go to the swimming pool or the backyard if you’d like!”

Huang Kaiwen said with a smile and then ran off.

Shakira swung her fists chasing after him, but was grabbed by Huang Kaiwen, hoisted over his shoulder.

Struggling in vain, the less-than-five-foot-tall Shakira couldn’t break free from Huang Kaiwen.

To prevent her from getting bored in the room, Huang Kaiwen carried her to the swimming pool and dumped her in.

The splash of water overflowed the edges of the pool as the waves followed the breeze.

...

August 25.

Shakira finally escaped the clutches of the Yellow Ball King.

Huang Kaiwen and his teammates met up, and in the late afternoon, the whole team went to the Bernabéu Stadium together.

Capello took Raul to attend the pre-match press conference.
