After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

”Okay, thank you for joining the show today,”

the host stood up and said as he individually shook hands with Raul and Stefano, ”Thanks to today’s broadcast, I believe more fans understand the situation inside Real Madrid, and we also wish Kevin a speedy recovery. I never thought that a top player like Kevin would gamble with his career just to help Real Madrid defeat Barca. Through the process of yesterday’s match, I think most people understand why Kevin chose to take injections to play.”

”Yes, Kevin led us to win the derby, once again!”

Stefano nodded and said.

Several high-ranking Real Madrid officials sitting in the office nodded continuously while watching the honorary president and captain’s performance.

”Next, we need to step up our efforts to get the newspapers to report as much as possible on Kevin playing through the injury,” Calderon said. ”Such a player, who is full of love for the team, should get more praise.”

”I think so too,”

Baldano said with a grin, ”Juanito can be the symbol of the team, and so can Kevin. Apart from newspapers and television, we need to negotiate with the Madrid government and sponsors next, making sure they also increase their promotional efforts. Kevin’s success is Real Madrid’s success, and Real Madrid’s success is the sponsors’ success.”

”Absolutely, and it’s already March; we should negotiate with the sponsors about the increase in sponsorship fees for the next season. We’ve also selected a few transfer targets for the team this summer,”

Mijatovic said.

”Transfers require careful consideration, but the sponsors really should pony up more money, tell them it’s one price now, but it will be another after Real Madrid wins the championship. If they want to renew at a cheap rate, then they should stop haggling,”

Calderon said, twirling a pen in his hands.

”Do we still need to think about transfers? With Kevin on the team, Real Madrid can win with any player!”

Mijatovic said anxiously.

He had already negotiated his kickback, and if they couldn’t sign the targeted players, wouldn’t that mean a loss of a lot of money?

”Indeed, we need to think about it, you guys go back first,”

Calderon waved his hand and said.

After the two men left, a sneer appeared on his face.

Mijatovic only had that bit of kickback in his eyes.

Kickbacks from sponsors are much more, and compared to transfers, they are easier to handle and harder to expose. That’s a better way to make money.

And most of the sponsorship was targeted at the team’s number ten. During the summer transfer, shouldn’t they consider the attitude of number ten?

Pepe and De Jong, as Capello had mentioned before, were good.

They got their kickbacks, their level was not bad, and in key moments, they could support number ten. That’s the kind of transfer that pleases everyone.

Calderon leaned his head on his hand and sighed.

He, Ramon Calderon, had given so much for the club.

Given the chance, he would certainly kick out Mijatovic, that uncultured country bumpkin!

In the afternoon, after the young lady got up, she staggered over and sat next to Huang Kaiwen.

Seeing the newspaper, she asked worriedly, ”Real Madrid players have psychological issues, could they harm you?”

”What the papers say is nonsense, they’re all ordinary people; not that great, but not bad either. Don’t let the papers mislead you; don’t you understand journalists?”

Huang Kaiwen said.

”That’s true, it seems I worried for nothing,” the young lady said with a smile, ”But you never really know with these things, it might be best to have them checked out.”

Huang Kaiwen: ...

Did he explain himself for nothing?

Huang Kaiwen playfully slapped her and said, ”Don’t mess with that nonsense, they’re all my friends.”

”I got it!”

The young lady stuck out her tongue and said, ”They performed well during the game, so I’m planning to give them a little reward.”

”What reward?”

Huang Kaiwen asked curiously.

”I’ve prepared some endorsement contracts for them.”

The young lady took out the contracts from her bag and handed them to Huang Kaiwen.

”They look pretty good,”

Huang Kaiwen nodded and said, ”You handle it.”

”Sure, I’ll have my secretary coordinate with their agents. If there’s a conflict with their current contracts, we’ll switch to other types of endorsements, making sure they all can earn more money,”

the young lady said, beaming with a bright smile.

Previously, she had been upset about Huang Kaiwen’s transfer to Real Madrid.

Now, she saw that Real Madrid wasn’t without its merits.

When her Kevin was fouled, Real Madrid’s players showed great courage.

Barbara felt that Milan could learn from Real Madrid’s advanced experience and strengthen the team spirit.

Milan isn’t bad, but Barbara thought that Milan’s players were too gentle in the past two years.

Before Huang Kaiwen’s transfer to Real Madrid, she hadn’t noticed anything, but now, with outstanding players like Ramos and De Jong for comparison, she felt that Milan’s previous performance was lacking.

Usually, they would argue without really getting physical, nothing like Real Madrid’s players.

When Kevin returns to play for Milan, they must align with Real Madrid in this regard.

If it comes to it, they could even poach a few players from Real Madrid.

Huang Kaiwen and the young lady discussed the other benefits for their teammates.

If they were providing endorsement deals for teammates, they shouldn’t act aloof. They needed to let their teammates know that ’Yellow Ball King’ genuinely appreciated everything they had done.

Otherwise, spending the money and still offending people would be the least interesting outcome.

Even though he knew the young lady could handle things well, Huang Kaiwen felt the ’five tiger generals’ around ’Yellow Ball King’ could not be treated lightly.

In the evening, Angel Villar, the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, personally attended a press conference.
