After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

After spending 2 Euros on a ”travel guide” at the train station, Huang Kaiwen quickly found his destination.

He spent a great deal of money on a taxi.

Once he arrived at his destination and took a look around, Huang Kaiwen felt somewhat disappointed.

Is this it?

Established in 1692 and there’s still no acting department to this day?

If they asked me to go there, I wouldn’t want to.

An arts college without an acting department is not up to par.

After a call with the young lady, Huang Kaiwen flew back to Madrid.

The flight took more than 3 hours.

By 10 PM, Huang Kaiwen was back in Madrid.

By the time he got home, it was past 11 PM. As he entered, he saw the young lady busy in the kitchen.

”Dear, I’m sure you haven’t had dinner yet,”

the young lady said, smiling as she turned around.

”Yes, but why are you cooking yourself?”

Huang Kaiwen walked up behind the young lady and wrapped his arms around her waist, asking.

”I just wanted to make something for you myself,” the young lady said with a giggle, protesting, ”Stop it, let’s talk after dinner.”

”Next time, don’t cook Chinese food this late, it’s too much trouble. Just give me something quick to eat.”

”Okay.”

The young lady, pushing Huang Kaiwen away, said, ”You go out first, don’t disturb me while I’m cooking.”

”Did you see the news about your new teammate’s transfer?”

the young lady asked from the kitchen.

”No, did Real Madrid buy someone else?” Huang Kaiwen asked as he picked up the remote control.

”Yes, Cannavaro and Emerson, for a total of 30 million Euros,”

the young lady said with a mischievous smile.

”That expensive?”

”Because we had competition from Milan, Real Madrid had to pay a bit more, as part of the deal we made when we brought in Ibrahimovic,” the young lady explained.

Huang Kaiwen was stupefied.

First Barça jacked up the price,

Now Juventus uses you to inflate it,

And it’s always Real Madrid footing the bill.

So Calderon is just an easy mark in your eyes, huh?

Having deep pockets isn’t just talk after all.

They’ve already spent a fortune this summer, and yet they still came up with another 30 million Euros.

Some teams don’t even have that much for their entire season’s transfer budget.

During dinner, Huang Kaiwen asked, ”Juventus made so much money, didn’t they say anything about giving Milan a share?”

”No, but next time we sell a player to Inter Milan, they will coordinate with us,”

the young lady said with a laugh.

Huang Kaiwen nodded his head.

It seemed that Moratti couldn’t escape after all.

The Holy Alliance was still fraternizing despite being punished, Inter Milan’s future didn’t look bright.

”Beatrice said she and Kaka are planning to get engaged and wanted to know if you can come back to Milan then.”

”That shouldn’t be a problem. Tell them to pick a good day,”

Huang Kaiwen replied.

After all, Kaka’s engagement couldn’t be on a match day.

It shouldn’t interfere with anything.

That night, the two young people, who hadn’t seen each other for a while, dreamt of the future until they fell asleep in the early morning.

Huang Kaiwen wasn’t planning on going out.

Occasionally, sponsors would still come to the door to offer money.

...

Austria.

Capello was at his wits’ end.

He thought that Huang Kaiwen’s departure would reduce the attention on the team.

Too much media and fan attention was already affecting Real Madrid’s preparations.

Unfortunately, it didn’t.

When Huang Kaiwen left, it went unnoticed, and up until now, hardly anyone knew he had already returned to Madrid.

Because of this, Capello had to face the media and hold a brief press conference to explain to those reporters who followed Real Madrid daily.

In the hotel conference room.

Capello took the initiative to say, ”Kevin unwell recently, so he asked for leave and left early.”

”Fabio, will Kevin make it back for the season opener?”

”Will your tactics change following this?”

”Who will be Real Madrid’s main striker, and what position will Raul be playing?”

”Mr. Capello, some Real Madrid players have revealed that they’re not adapting well to your training style. Will you change it?”

”Why did Ronaldo choose to have surgery at this time?”

”...”

Overwhelmed by so many questions, Capello felt his head spinning.

He quickly waved his hands and said, ”There’s no issue between me and the Real Madrid players; we get along very well. As for Raul or any other player’s positions, that’s a matter of tactics, which I’m not going to disclose at this time. As to whether Kevin can make it to the season opener, I don’t know either.”

After that, Capello left the press conference with his assistant coach, feeling relieved inside.

Back in Italy, he always had to guess whether Huang Kaiwen would recover from his injuries in time. Now let La Liga’s other coaches worry about that.

As for Huang Kaiwen’s whereabouts.

The world’s media were all speculating.

Some said he had already returned to Madrid.

Others said he was in Milan City.

There were even some who speculated he had gone back to China for treatment.

It wasn’t until early August when Vienna Airport staff leaked that Huang Kaiwen had bought a ticket from Vienna back to Madrid that the debate over the matter gradually subsided.

...

”Ronnie, shouldn’t you be going home?”

Huang Kaiwen asked.

Seeing Ronaldo lying by the swimming pool, Huang Kaiwen felt a headache coming on.

This guy came straight to Huang Kaiwen’s house upon returning to Madrid.

His excuse was that Huang Kaiwen’s house had good security and he didn’t want to face interviews right now.

Huang Kaiwen thought to himself, with the ”Golden Prison Award”, how could the security not be good?

”We’re friends; you can’t kick me out,”

Ronaldo said pitifully with sunglasses on.

The young lady, laughing, said, ”Since you and Kevin are friends, stay here then. There are plenty of rooms in the house.”

Ronaldo smugly tilted his head towards Huang Kaiwen.

”Should we take him to Milan, his commercial value is high,”

the lady sitting on top of Huang Kaiwen, snuggling up to him, asked.

Huang Kaiwen slapped the young lady lightly and said with a glare, ”He needs to heal his injuries now. We’ll talk about it once he’s recovered.”

What’s going on with you?
