Second Life as a Soldier

Happy New Year everyone,

This was the reason for today’s chapter delay 🙂 I wanted to share something important with you all.

I am launching my Patreon at 12:00 AM, right as we welcome 2026. I wanted this moment to mean something to me. A new year, and a promise to myself that I will keep working on the universe we are building together in Second Life as a Soldier.

Here is my Patreon link: /Soldier_Of_Avalon

I will be honest, I am nervous and excited at the same time. This is a personal milestone for me. This story started as a hobby, something I wrote simply because I enjoyed it. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just that and became a real passion. I spend far too much time thinking about this world, its rules, its battles, its people, and where Edward’s journey will go next.

None of this would have happened without the support I received here on NovelFire. That support is the reason I even felt confident enough to take this step.

Patreon will have three tiers:

Recruit of Avalon

3 chapters early access

Royal Army Captain

If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from NovelFire. Please report it.

6 chapters early access

Royal Army General

12 chapters early access

Chapters will release three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, following the same schedule as NovelFire.

Future Plans (please take this part with a grain of salt)

I want to be upfront here, these are ideas, not promises.

First, I am thinking about creating a Discord server. I have never run one before, so I am still figuring out what it takes to manage and maintain it properly.

Second, for the Royal Army General tier, I want to increase the backlog when I can. I used my holidays to build the current one, and once they are over, I honestly do not know if I can consistently write more than three chapters a week. If I do manage to write extra chapters, they will go there first.

Lastly, if I do start a Discord, I would really like to create a members-only space where we can just geek out about the world. Engineering, biology, chemistry, alchemy, how things actually work behind the scenes. I already do this with a small group of friends, and I genuinely love those discussions. I would love to create a corner for readers who enjoy that side of worldbuilding as much as I do.

Thank you for supporting the story and for being part of this journey. Whether you join Patreon or continue reading on NovelFire, your support genuinely means a lot to me.

Once again, Happy New Year to everyone. I hope all your wishes come true in the year ahead, and that it brings happiness, good health, and success to all of you.

PS: You might notice three Naruto fanfiction chapters on my Patreon. I wrote them in my free time, mostly for fun. I do not have any plans to continue them right now, so please feel free to ignore them. I am keeping them there because I like the ideas behind them, and I might explore them again if I ever find some extra free time.
