Tempest of the Stellar War

The appearance of the super soldiers had caused martial law to be imposed. The Tita giants waited solemnly, but in comparison to the Tita people’s tense atmosphere, the space side was much more relaxed. This was a resistance that was completely on an inferior level.

Against a bunch of barbarians, it was almost too easy.

The citizens of the various cities were indeed in a panic. Humans were not as simple-minded as Tita people. They were enraged at this blatant invasion. To the majority of them, Tita Star was already their homeland. If Tita Star became a mining planet, they could already see what the future would hold. It was not desirable. But such pent up rage had no avenue for release.

Humans had a choice, but at this time, the humans on Tita did not want to make it. They were more willing to stand up compared to the Tita people. Although martial law had been imposed, the human guerillas had started to roam the streets, demanding the chairman to petition the Alliance, and put a stop to these pirate ways!

Lan Ling, faced with such guerilla demonstrations, could only ask the police to be more alert. She could not denounce these people, but given the current situation, it was useless, and could be very dangerous.

But the news of Qiushui City had spread. The super soldiers’ cruel slaying had roused the citizens’ anger, the humans even more so than the Tita people. To the Tita people, if they were weaker, they were weaker. Death was just a result. But the humans were different. They had seen the Tita people’s precautions, and felt their hospitality. They loved this planet, and all of it. But their kind was now about to destroy everything. They were not military people, and would use their voices to express their will.

The guerilla demonstrations grew intense, and quickly spread to the various major human cities in Tita.

As for such actions, Mu Sen was very touched. Actually… he had thought the humans would run because they had a way out. They could have chosen to throw in with the stronger side, or leave this place, while the Tita people did not have that option. But now, these people who had once resented them were on their side of the warfront.

“Lan Ling, we should break up the guerillas,” Mu Sen said.

Lan Ling laughed bitterly. “We’re doing our best, but to little effect. Perhaps this is a good thing. They can see our determination. I don’t believe that they will dare to lift a hand against us.”

By international conventions, even a real conflict had to avoid civilian facilities and citizens, especially human ones. Perhaps the Tita people were not truly of the same kind, which was why the super soldier had been so daring. But if the same thing happened on humans, that was an entirely different matter.

But this time, Lan Ling was wrong.

Two super soldiers appeared, and fired at the guerilla crowd.

The two super soldiers were equipped with all kinds of energy weapons. Hannibal loved the pew pew shooting feeling. It felt good.

“Haha, Fire Falcon, I thought humans were a little smarter. This bunch of trash has spent too long with the potatoes, their brains are rotten!”

Hannibal in the Blue Demon made a wide sweep, scything down a group of people. He threw down a square box.

Tick tick tick… BOOM…

All was chaos, and the Blue Demon mech rose into the air. “Hahaha, pain is sublime. Little bastards, satisfied now?”

Canyon City was in disarray. The mecha appeared, but Blue Demon rose in the air, and laughed at the mech fighters below. Normal bullet attacks were useless against a super mech. Even without energy shields, their defenses were not penetrable.

A complete technological outclass.

To Hannibal, he was not avoiding the battle. Rather, he was waiting for more of them to accumulate, to feel even higher. A bunch of small fry with such paltry defenses was barely worth him raising a hand. To think that such a dilapidated planet actually had a priceless super-gravity energy mine, that was just senseless. If they had any brains at all, they would have sought a protector.

The Blue Demon swooped down, titanium blade in hand. A super soldier did not only depend on the mecha. The Blue Demon smiled coldly, the titanium blade swinging.

The ground was covered in a thick layer of ice. The mecha were completely immobilized. On Tita Star, the instability of energy caused energy weapons and energy shields to be heavily affected. But to super-soldiers, this was completely not an issue. Instead, it stimulated them.

Ability X blasted out.

This was Earth rank level. The so-called limitations meant nothing to him. But to these fighters, it was fatal.

Suddenly, with the detested energy shields removed, the killing proceeded smoothly.

BOOM! RUMBLE…

Canyon City’s clocktower had been shot down. The guerilla crowds had finally fled, reduced to helpless wails.

The Blue Demon rested on top of a tall building. Hannibal could not resist letting out a mad whoop. He loved this feeling. These weaklings were like ants beneath his feet. A pity that the resistance was too weak, and not at all euphoric.

But compared to killing people, he enjoyed killing giants more. The head explosions felt awesome.

Shrapnel was his preferred weapon. When it flew out, the little bullets exploded like needles, and scattered as beautifully as a fairy scattering flowers.

Hannibal took aim at a building because many people were clearly hiding inside. Tsk tsk, what a stupid choice.

Shing…

BOOM…

A hole was blasted in the construction, and the people hiding inside rushed out. And Hannibal happily hooted. A huge stone fell from the skies, falling towards a little child. But the small boy was petrified, watching the huge stone bear down on him. His mother rushed desperately over, but it was too late.

BOOM…

A body shielded the upper half of the little boy. But in an instant, its back was reduced to pulp. It was a Tita giant.

The giant straightened up and lifted the stone, hurling it at the Blue Demon.

Hannibal laughingly shattered it with a fist. He hated such scenes. Damn, he hated it when others acted cool… Seemed like his head was too big.

The sniper rifle aimed…

What was this???

A black mech had appeared in his vision. And it closed in on him with speed.

BOOM…

Wang Zheng’s Conqueror had arrived. He lashed out with a leg and sent the Blue Demon flying. But Wang Zheng knew that the kick had not connected well, and merely scratched a scar. The Blue Demon had already regained its balance.

Two super fighters had met.

Hannibal licked his lips. D*mn, to think he would find such a thing in this broken down place.

Runic mech!

In the market presently, there were three major types of super mecha. Aslan’s Lord God series, Arbiter’s Ghost World series, and Elite Academy X’s new runic series. This was clearly from Elite Academy X. But these were rare on the black market. How did such a thing appear on Tita Star?

But whatever the case, it seemed like he had finally met a decent opponent. Shing…

The Blue Demon made its move. The Blue Demon belonged to Aslan’s Lord God series. This was a water god!

It brought out water affinity Ability X users’ full potential.

Wang Zheng did not avoid it. It was difficult in such a situation, at any rate. The Conqueror met the attack with a titanium blade.

BOOM…

At that moment, Lan Kao City was also hosting an unwelcome guest. Who had already reached the Chairman. But this situation as not as violent as at Canyon City.

The Fire Falcon almost seemed to be visiting, although this was a malevolent guest. He completely ignored all the giants and mech fighters surrounding him.

“Call Mu Sen out. Let me talk to him,” the Fire Falcon said calmly.

The giants could not hold it in anymore. Rara Durai was not around. He needed to lead the troops. This was the last line of defense, and also the last hope of the Tita people. And Rara Durai’s biggest use was on the battlefield, and not fighting it out with these super soldiers. Lan Kao Ctiy’s defenses had to be left to Heaven, and Heaven was currently piloting the Phantom King.

Heaven stopped the impetuous giants. He was very clear that attacking was useless in this situation. This was Aslan’s Lord God series’ Fire God. It had terrifying attack power. With OMG’s armaments, it would not mean a thing against X98’s Fire Falcon.

“Back down. Fire Falcon, I can bring you to see Mu Sen, but you must promise me not to harm the Chairman,” Heaven said.

Facaul smiled. “Brother, long time no see. Is this the place you have chosen to temporarily nurse your wounds?”

Facaul’s tone was warm, as though speaking with an old friend.

Heaven was silent for a while. “Fire Falcon, I’ve already left K behind. This is my home now.”

“Home, haha. Who cares if your home is K, or hell. You were always too sensitive and worrying, which is why I let you rest for a while. This is the perfect time. Settle this affair with me, and you will have a share of it as well.”

“Fire Falcon, I’m tired. I don’t want to be a killer anymore. I have a wife, and I will have kids. It will be all I fight for from now on,” Heaven said.

Facaul was taken aback. He brooded for a while. “Ask Mu Sen to come out.”

At this moment, Mu Sen appeared on the balcony of the presidential palace. “I am Mu Sen. What does your master bid you say?”

Facaul smiled. “You mean those two broken down federations? They wouldn’t dare assume the position. But we do fight for money. Given your military power, the two of us alone can make you suffer endlessly. For Heaven’s sake, if you agree to all of the conditions, I’ll let the Tita people live.”

Mu Sen smiled. “If you want Tita Star, you have to cleanse the Tita people from this planet. As you humans say: we’re not scared of death, so why is that your threat!”

“Keke, you are too naïve. We humans have another phrase, that the ignorant have no fear. You clearly have never seen hell before. I won’t kill you – you’re still useful. But everyone here today will die,” Facaul said.

“Fire Falcon, must you do this?” Phantom King suddenly floated up. The Phantom King had the capability to deal with this, but the toll would be huge, and to Heaven as well.

“Brother, you know well that I’m not in charge of judgment. I’m just the manager. Will you still persist in your wrongs?”

“Then kill me first.” The Phantom King unsheathed its titanium blade.

Facaul smiled slightly. “Very well. I brought you in back then. I will finish what I started. Let me send you on your way.”

The Fire Falcon attacked!
