Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1598: When Devil comes out... You won’t like it: Part-3

[A/N: Before reading this Chapter, please understand that the following Chapters will contain gore, dark themes, and even some lustful moments. Yes, Aether’s dark side, the part of him that awakens when he is driven by pure darkness. You might have seen him during the time when Snape was betrayed by Jack. Honestly, this side should have shown many times since his Umbra domain was greater than Ethereal, and it would have affected his approach to others, but I didn’t... purposefully voiding until now, but... not anymore.

I understand that this shift in tone may not appeal to everyone, and perhaps many of you may not enjoy this version of him. That is completely fine. If you would rather not witness this side of Aether, please feel free to skip the Chapters marked with ”Reader discretion advised.” Don’t worry, you won’t miss anything essential to the main storyline.

That said, I’ve given a fair warning. If you choose to continue reading and find yourself uncomfortable with Aether’s actions, I kindly ask that you refrain from leaving negative comments or reviews solely based on this portrayal.

Every action, every choice, and every descent into darkness is a deliberate part of his journey.]

Just a moment ago, everyone stood on the trembling edge of death, eyes hollow with dread, but now the air had twisted into something far more unsettling, thick with a different kind of tension...

”Ahh~”

That single moan shattered the lingering fear in everyone’s hearts, drawing their gazes toward the bizarre, almost grotesque scene unfolding before them.

In front of them all, the so-called innocent and gentle Aether was holding a woman on his lap, his fingers digging into a woman’s ass with slow, deliberate intent, while her husband watched with dulled eyes.

”M-My Lord?” The beautiful woman trembled beneath his touch, her voice wavering as his hands moved with a roughness that felt both punishing and claiming against her yielding body.

”You are the one who came on to me... who cares if you are married or not~” he murmured, pulling her closer, his breath brushing her ear as his hands slid beneath her skirt with quiet authority,

”As long as you didn’t love that bastard.”

”Ahh~” Her face flushed deeper, heat blooming across her skin, her thoughts unravelling into something shameful and intoxicating... just moments ago, she feared rejection, feared being discarded for her status, yet now—

’Hehe... Just as I thought, no matter what, men only think with their lower half.’

The thought coiled through her mind like a dark whisper, feeding the growing heat inside her as she felt herself responding more, even as her husband stood there, watching, unmoving, broken.

”Yess~hh~”

He finally snapped when he saw her getting turned on by another man!

”Y-YOU! How dare you touch my wife? You disgusting bastard!! Showing your true colours, ah?” Mathew’s voice cracked through the air, his eyes burning as he glared at Aether, who sat there, unbothered... almost amused.

Aether blinked slowly, an innocent expression painted over something far more sinister beneath.

”What are you talking about? It’s her who came on to me... Heck, I didn’t even show my handsome face, yet here she was, already falling in love~” he said with a soft, mocking lilt, his hand trailing across the woman’s thigh in a slow, deliberate motion, making sure it was seen... making sure it was understood.

Mathew’s body trembled, rage and helplessness clawing through him, his fists tightening, yet doing nothing.

After all... He didn’t have powers!

Aether leaned closer, his lips brushing near her ear, his voice dropping into a quiet, dangerous whisper.

”Tell me... You didn’t love him, right?”

”Y-Yes!” she answered immediately, breath hitching, her voice spilling out without resistance as his fingers tightened on her ass.

”Then why don’t you tell him the truth... look at him, staring at me as if it is going to kill me, Haha...” Aether chuckled softly,

”How pathetic... forced to marry that weakling.”

”Haha... indeed...” she let out a soft, breathy laugh, turning her gaze toward Mathew, her expression no longer conflicted.

”How in the world did I marry a weakling like you!”

Her words landed like blows.

”You are nothing more than a pathetic weakling!”

”H-Huh?” Mathew’s voice faltered, disbelief flooding his face as he watched his wife cling to another man right before him, her hands guiding Aether’s hand to her boobs without hesitation.

”All you do is whine all day and be a bitch, and it annoys me every single fucking day!” she spat, her frustration spilling freely, her tone no longer hiding anything.

”...S-sasi? What are you talking about... I-I was—”

”You disappoint me,” she cut in sharply, ”The only reason I kept you was because of your talent... the Golden Arcane user..., but in this era, even that became useless... ahaha, so pathetic.”

Her laughter echoed as Aether’s presence loomed beside her, hand purposefully fondling her boobs tightly, each second stretching Mathew’s humiliation further.

”Hmm~”

Soft, uneven sounds escaped her lips.

Mathew’s face burned, flushed deep with shame and fury, his voice finally breaking through, raw and desperate.

”H-How dare you enjoy it? You fucking bitch—”

”Bitch? Me?” she tilted her head slightly, a faint, mocking smile forming as she looked at him with thinly veiled disdain.

”Oh please, Mathew... you know who the real bitch here is.”

Her gaze shifted toward the woman standing beside him.

”Did you really think I didn’t know you were fucking my friend behind my back?”

”H-Huh?”

”Huh?”

Both Mathew and the woman’s faces turned pale as if they had been caught, and even more, the handsome man was still pinned down by Kaelen.

”W-What?” the handsome man stammered, his voice cracking as his body jerked, fear and disbelief twisting his face.

His eyes snapped toward the beautiful woman, ”W-What are you talking about? How dare you make a slut out of my wife while you are trying to save your own skin, seducing another man before your own husband!! You think throwing filth will hide your own rot?!”

The beautiful woman’s lips curled slowly, her smirk deepening into something venomous, something that carried pleasure in destruction.

”Haha... Do you know, during the marriage ceremony... she carried his fucking jizz inside her slutty pussy,” she said with mercilessness.

”And you... You licked her that night, worshipped her like she was pure... fucking her like you owned her... hahahaa... what a sour, blind, pathetic loser... ahah... even with that handsome face, you cannot even keep one bitch by your side! Not one...”

”...” The handsome man’s face froze, horror hollowing him out, his breathing turning uneven as something inside him cracked open.

Aether watched it all with quiet amusement, his lips curling faintly, eyes gleaming as if witnessing a carefully crafted tragedy unfold. With a lazy flick of his fingers, he signalled Kaelen.

Kaelen stepped away without hesitation, leaving the handsome man.

The handsome man staggered as he rose, his knees weak, and wobbled, yet his eyes refused to look away from her, from the woman he once called his wife.

”S-She is lying, right?” His voice trembled, fragile, breaking with every syllable.

”You wouldn’t do it... R-right? Tell me she is lying... say something... anything...”

Hope clung to him like a dying flame, flickering weakly against the suffocating dark.

But she did not answer.

Instead, she stepped back, retreating behind Mathew, her body shrinking, her face filled with fear, as if he was the monster now... as if she had always been the victim.

That silence cut deeper than any confession.

”... L-Lis?” His voice broke completely, his face twisting, horror melting into disgust, into something corrosive. That night... their wedding night... the way he ate her out all night—

”ARRHh!!”

A guttural scream tore out of him as he staggered back, clutching his stomach, his body convulsing as he tried to vomit, as if he could purge the memory, erase the touch, cleanse the humiliation that had already rooted itself deep inside him.

The beautiful woman laughed again, savouring every second.

”The only reason she married you was because you were close to that fucker, Haha... a convenient little bridge... and every single fucking day, they have been fucking behind your back,” she continued, her tone almost playful in its cruelty.

”And you... You came home like a loyal dog, touching what was already used, already claimed... ahaha... what a disgusting cycle... what a fucking nugget you are!

Hahaha... you lived inside leftovers and called it love!”

Her laughter echoed across the dead, silent hall... leaving behind a suffocating weight.

Mathew’s face twisted with rage, veins rising along his neck as he shook his head violently,

”Do not listen to her... S-She is just lying! She is trying to break us! I would never do that to my only friend—”

”I..I fucked your wife too.”

The words landed like a blade driven straight through his chest.

”H-Huh?” Mathew flinched, his breath catching as he slowly turned, his world narrowing to the hollow-eyed man before him.

The handsome man stared back, eyes empty, something inside him already dead.

”I fucked your wife too, bitch... ahahaha.... ahhaha...haha..hah...hah,” he laughed, but there was no joy in it, only fragments of something shattered or... something beyond repair!

His laughter dragged on, hollow, echoing like a ghost clawing at the walls.

So pathetic and... so pitiful!

Even Aether’s amusement dimmed for a fleeting second... pitiful indeed!

The handsome man ran a trembling hand through his hair, gripping it as if trying to hold himself together, his voice breaking again as he forced the words out.

”Y-You know what she said when I fucked her mindlessly... when she wrapped herself around me like she needed it... she said I reached her deeper than you could ever... that I filled her in ways you never could...” his voice cracked, turning jagged, unstable.

”S-She was crying out my name... ha..haha... not yours... never yours... in happiness... in fucking pleasure... Ha..Ha.... so f-fucking good.. ahaha... ah...”

He let out a broken sound, somewhere between a laugh and a sob, his eyes unfocused, lost in the wreckage of everything he had just destroyed.

Mathew’s heart cracked, something deep within him splintering beyond repair, as his eyes slowly turned hollow, the light fading into a dull emptiness while he turned toward the beautiful woman, who was still being fondled by Aether as if nothing around her mattered.

The woman merely shrugged her shoulders, her expression careless, as though everything that had just unfolded held no weight for her anymore.

”Do you really think that weak, small dick of yours was enough for me?” she said flatly, ”I agreed to marry you because of your talent, but I didn’t expect you couldn’t even satisfy me... so boring every single time you fucked me. I could barely feel anything, and even worse... I had to fake it, had to moan and say I came for you... fuck, I hated it.”

She let out a short, mocking laugh...

”So I had no choice... instead of fucking some random man, I decided he would be decent enough, so I fucked him.

And mind you, I only cheated after you fucking cheated on me... I was truly devoted to you up until that point, even if it was boring,”

She continued, her tone shifting into something sharper as she glanced at her friend.

”But I still don’t understand why she wanted to fuck you... maybe love? Ahahaha... how disgusting.”

The handsome man’s face twisted into something unnatural, a broken smile stretching across hollow eyes that no longer held reason.

”S-See... she enjoyed me... she fucking enjoyed mine more than you...” he muttered, almost breathless, clinging to those words like they were the last pieces of his sanity.

He turned toward his wife, who was still hiding behind Mathew, his voice trembling as it rose.

”T-That’s why she fucked me after you? Is that why? O-Only for my dick? E-Even though I loved you? I gave you everything... and still... still you chose me only for that?”

Before she could even respond, the beautiful woman cut in,

”Love? Asshole, please...” she scoffed, rolling her eyes with open disgust.

”You fucked even my other friend who died in that attack a few days ago, and you still have the nerve to say you love this bitch?”

Her finger shot toward Mathew,

”You just wanted to fuck whatever Mathew already fucked... didn’t you?” she added, her lips curling, watching him flinch under her words like a blade had struck.

Behind Mathew, the woman stiffened, her entire body trembling as the truth clawed its way into her mind.

She slowly looked up at him, eyes wide with horror.

”Y-You slept with her too?” she whispered, her voice shaking, disbelief cracking through every syllable.

Mathew swallowed, his throat dry, empty, unable to form words as her expression twisted, disgust flooding her features, tears spilling uncontrollably.

”I-I really loved you... M-Mathew, how could you do that to me... how could you...

Even if it’s small... I really loved you sniff...”

Her voice broke completely as she began to cry, her shoulders trembling.

Mathew’s face turned pale, panic setting in as he instinctively reached toward her, trying to hold onto something, anything, that hadn’t yet slipped away.

”Hahahaha...”

A sudden, loud laugh exploded through the hall.

Everyone flinched, their attention snapping toward the source.

Aether.

He was laughing uncontrollably, his body bending slightly as he held his stomach, as if the sheer absurdity of it all was too much to contain.

’To think... they would destroy each other like this... Haha... so utterly broken,’ he thought inwardly, his eyes glinting as he looked at them, at the shattered remains of what they once were.
