Chapter 1086: Sometimes… maybe Snakes too understand woman?: Part-3

Back in the Aurora Empire,

After calming the chaotic stir among the people,

Helena walked silently back toward the Archpriestessʼ chamber. Her steps were steady, but her heart wasnʼt. Her eyes, once calm and wise, now flickered with confusion—no, they were drowning in it—tangled in a storm of loss, betrayal, and aching disbelief.

Snowflake, slithered gracefully beside Helena. Her silver scales shimmered faintly under the lights, but her eyes... those bright eyes sparkled with childlike curiosity, like a little creature stepping into a new world for the first time.

Helena glanced sideways at her and finally broke the silence, her voice low and tired, ”You are his pet, right?”

Snowflakeʼs sharp eyes locked onto Helenaʼs for a second, and for a split moment, they narrowed, almost offended. Her tongue flicked out in irritation before she shook her head firmly and hissed, ”I am not his pet... I am his partnerrrrr~” Her tone was laced with sass and a hint of pride, but it ended with a serious hiss, as if drawing a line.

Helena blinked slowly, letting that sink in. Then she gave a small nod, lips pressing together. ”I see... So you know him better than me, huh?” Her voice cracked slightly, tired and tinged with a defeated chuckle. She didnʼt even need an answer—she already expected it.

Snowflake puffed up her tiny chest—or tried to, in her snake-like way—and smirked, ”Of course, bitch!” Her tone was proud, face smug as hell, like she just won a contest Helena didnʼt even know she was in.

Helena recoiled slightly, brow twitching. ”You... What the actual hell has he been teaching you?” she muttered, her voice halfway between disbelief and horror.

Snowflake simply shrugged, unbothered, then turned her full attention to Helena again. ”Whatʼs wrong with you? You feel weird today. Like... youʼre usually a happy bitch. Not like those other moody, dramatic bitches.”

Helenaʼs lips curled into a tense, twitching smile. This damn snake… she really didnʼt learn any decent words, did she?

Still,

Helena inhaled deeply, trying to keep her composure. Her voice dropped to something quieter, more fragile. ”I... I... sigh... you might not understand this, but your Master… heʼs been with other women. A lot of them. And... he was kind of...” Her voice grew soft as a whisper, and she bit her lip hard before saying it, ”...forced to love others.”

Her fingers clenched into tight fists as her eyes darkened. ”And now, I feel like Iʼm just... another name in that pile. Just another woman he loved because he had no choice.”

Snowflake blinked. She honestly had no idea what was going on.

Love?

Drama?

Feelings?

Bleh!!

But still... Helena was Masterʼs woman. So... maybe she had to say something comforting, right?

Just like Selene taught her. Like a good momma would teach.

”So what?”

Helena looked stunned. ”Huh?”

”I donʼt know what youʼre crying about—love, feelings, who touched who and when. But bitch, listen. Seeing my Master surrounded by amazing, annoying, loud, sexy, crazy bitches... it made me happy, okay? It made me feel proud.

That MY Master was wanted by so many. That he was the kind of man everyone drooled over.

You think thatʼs something to cry over? Thatʼs legendary.”

Helena shook her head slowly, a hollow, broken laugh escaping her throat. ”Youʼre just a snake... you donʼt get it. You canʼt feel betrayal. You canʼt feel what itʼs like to be cast aside by the one you gave everything to.”

Snowflake rolled her eyes dramatically. ”Bitch, shut up. If anything, you should be grateful that he was forced to love you. Because if it were up to him, maybe he wouldnʼt even look at any other bitch but me! Hissss~” she said, raising her head with such arrogance that Helena wanted to punch the wall.

Helena let out a weak smile, tired and hopeless, watching the arrogant snake with dull eyes.

”But still... what exactly are you so damn worried about?”

”Hmm?”

”I mean,” Snowflake said slowly, emphasising every word, ”itʼs not like heʼs just gonna walk out on you. He wouldnʼt leave you. Youʼre his woman.”

Helena turned her head slightly, her lips trembling as she whispered, ”He did...”

”What?”

”He left me, Snowflake...” Her voice cracked again, more pain leaking through than she meant to show.

”He gave up on me. He gave me a choice like I was some stranger... like I didnʼt matter anymore. He just... stepped away like it didnʼt hurt him... like I was already gone from his heart. He let me go so easily. H-He didnʼt even fight for me.” Her voice was shaky now, eyes watering as she whispered like someone remembering the exact moment her heart was shattered. ”He left me... with nothing.”

Snowflake stared at Helena for a solid second. Then squinted like she was staring at a dumbass.

”He left?” Snowflake burst into laughter, hissing between her breaths. ”Hiss~ Hiss~ Hiss~ What the fuck are you even talking about, bitch?!”

She pointed her tail at Helena with all the attitude she could muster. ”Fuck no, bitch! He didnʼt leave shit. Youʼre just having your little emotional spiral while the man is probably sitting somewhere thinking about how to not mess things up worse!”

”...” Helena was quiet, face caught between being deeply offended, heartbroken, and completely done with this conversation.

”Get your shit together, bitch,” Snowflake added, flicking her tongue sassily. ”Youʼre acting like a dumped little girl when youʼre supposed to be his woman. Cry if you have to, break things if it helps, but donʼt act like he abandoned you. Youʼre stronger than that, arenʼt you?”

Still, Helena calmed herself. This was just a snake. A talking, overly confident, foul-mouthed snake, yes—but still a snake. There was no point in pressuring it with the weight of human emotions.

Snowflake flicked her tongue and added bluntly, ”Honestly, I really donʼt get you two-legged creatures… Why donʼt you just mate and pop out some offspring? Why are you always so complicated about everything? If you donʼt like something, just leave it. Thatʼs it. No drama. No bitchy meltdown. Simple!”

She turned and stared at Helena with an exasperated look. ”Who gives a fuck if he was forced to love you or not? That man chose you as his mate, damn it! You should be fucking thrilled! Do you even realize how many women would kill just to spend a single night wrapped around that manʼs cock?”

Her tongue flicked again as she added, ”Way more than you think, bitch!”

Helenaʼs expression darkened for a second, ʼM-Many woman?ʼ but then sighed deeply, trying to hold back the growing heat in her chest. ”Thatʼs... Thatʼs just an animalistic thought. Only animals would act that way—”

”You stupid maggot bitch.”

Helenaʼs eye twitched. A vein popped on her forehead. ”You know what... You should seriously learn some decent words first. Like, just a few. Start small.”

Snowflake hissed aggressively, her tone suddenly sharp and serious, ”Listen here, bitch. First and last time Iʼm telling you this—my Master would never leave you. He might have said he gave you a choice, but believe me when I say this... Iʼve been with him through everything. From being a nobody to rising as an Emperor... and beyond. Iʼve seen the pain, the scars, the blood... Iʼve been there.”

Her eyes burned with a rare intensity, and her body tensed with emotion far deeper than Helena had ever seen from her.

”If he gives you a choice... that means... he already made his choice.”

Helenaʼs breath caught. Something about the way Snowflake said it… hit different. The snake—sassy, loud, chaotic—suddenly felt like someone whoʼd seen centuries pass.

”The outcomeʼs already decided, bitch!!” Snowflake continued, ”It doesnʼt matter what you say. Whatever your choice is, the end result is going to be the same.

You think youʼre deciding something big, but itʼs all just part of his massive, fucking plan.... to fuck your pussy!!”

She suddenly spread her tails dramatically like she was striking a pose for a divine announcement and declared, with absolute seriousness, ”So, you better open those legs wide, spread that pussy, and take the girthy, hard cock of my Master—and get fucked senseless, bitch!”

”Hiss~ Hiss~ Hiss~!” she cackled like a villain at the end, swaying her body like she just delivered the prophecy of the millennium.

Helena blinked. Her mouth parted slowly in disbelief.

Then—

Her entire face turned beet red.

Not just red—flaming, sizzling, embarrassed-to-the-bone red.

Because the hallway wasnʼt as empty as she thought.

People were whispering.

Staring.

Pointing.

Several were covering their mouths in shock.

”NNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!” Helena screamed as she covered her face with both hands, nearly collapsing from sheer shame.

She didnʼt even know if she was crying or screaming or dying from embarrassment.

”Hiss~ Hiss~ Hiss~!” Snowflake continued to laugh hysterically. ”Youʼre welcome, bitch!”

...And for the record?

This.

... This was not exactly why Aether had left Snowflake in Helenaʼs care.

Believe him~
