Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1069: Sometimes... Even woman needs time.

Isadora Pinkheart.

Nobody truly knew where she came from. Not even the most academic records had anything on her. She was a phantom wrapped in skin—breathing, walking, existing… but with no traceable past.

Her parents?

No!

Her childhood home?

No!

Her siblings?

Nothing!

There was absolutely nothing about her—no stories, no lineage, no memories shared. Like a character written into the world without a backstory.

Even Snape, the man who once claimed to be her master, had only the faintest thread of truth. All he ever truly knew was this—Isadora belonged to a Fox Tribe. But not just any tribe—one long forgotten by time, one thought to have been annihilated thousands of years ago.

Her fox form had been exposed purely by accident when Snapeʼs own sacred flames had burned away her disguise during one of their sparring sessions. If not for that incident, even he might have gone his entire life never knowing she wasnʼt entirely what she seemed.

Unlike others who wore their history openly—through scars, pride, or wounds—Isadoraʼs past was sealed tighter than any vault.

It was as though she had simply... appeared one day.

But Snape was no fool.

He knew the Arcane didnʼt choose just anyone.

The Kings and Queens of Arcane had always been chosen with purpose. They were people of unbearable strength, or unbearable loss. Wielders of power, or bearers of prophecy. The Arcane sought out souls who could tilt the fate of the world with their very existence.

And if the Arcane had chosen Isadora...

Then she was more than just a mystery.

Yet no matter what he tried, Snape could never break her silence. She never shared even a fragment of her past. Not even with Noirix, who was supposedly her best friend. Though Noirix didnʼt seem to care much, even she had noticed how tightly Dora clutched her secrets.

And now…

Now, the one asking about her wasnʼt some master, some old friend, or acquaintance.

It was a man she loved.

Dora lowered her head.

She couldnʼt say anything.

Aetherʼs face twisted slightly, not with anger, but with a quiet hurt that cracked his voice.

”You... youʼre not going to trust me?” he asked. His tone was soft—vulnerable, even.

Dora remained still, not a word escaping her lips.

Aether blinked slowly. His chest felt tight. He had genuinely expected something—anything. After everything he had shared with her, after all the cracks heʼd exposed in his armour... was she still going to hide behind that silence?

He shook his head with a sigh, disappointment filling his gaze.

He turned, ready to leave—when Dora suddenly grabbed his wrist.

Her fingers trembled.

”What?” he asked quietly, his voice drained and tired.

Dora bit her bottom lip hard, then looked up with teary eyes, her voice barely above a whisper.

”Aether... I... Iʼm just... not ready. Please... donʼt ask me now.”

Her voice broke softly at the end. Those eyes—Aether stared into them—and what he saw wasnʼt defiance. It wasnʼt pride or distance.

It was fear.

Real, trembling fear.

It was like a little girl was staring back at him, curled up inside the body of a woman, shielding herself behind invisible walls. Her soul was curled in a corner, arms wrapped tight around her knees.

In that moment, Aether truly understood.

He had seduced her once. Shared kisses. Saved her life. But... that wasnʼt the same as entering the depths of her heart.... Not truly. Not where the scars were buried.

He was above everyone else in her life—that much was true.

But he hadnʼt reached her. Not where it mattered.

He wasnʼt inside her heart.

Not yet.

He was still just her first crush—the first person she loved but not the one she could bare her soul to.

Not yet.

Aether looked down, his eyes softening with reluctant clarity.

He sighed inwardly.

ʼI really thought I meant more. I thought I already had all of her...ʼ he reflected, a heavy sadness sinking into his chest.

He gave a small nod, accepting the truth for what it was.

”I understand,” he whispered gently, reaching out and brushing a thumb across her cheek.

Doraʼs breath hitched. She blinked as his touch grazed her skin, and her lips slowly curved into a soft, emotional smile. It wasnʼt joy—it was relief.

For once... she wasnʼt being pushed.

She let out a long, slow sigh, as though a weight had been lifted off her chest—not removed, but lightened, just enough.

Aether didnʼt move.

He just stood there with her, on that balcony, beneath the quiet sky... knowing that some hearts take longer to open.

But he was willing to wait.

”Except... I only need to know one thing.” Aetherʼs voice was low, calm, but firm. ”Why are you alive?”

Dora bit her lower lip hard, visibly struggling with her emotions.

Aether exhaled softly, the tension in his chest growing. He immediately regretted pressing her again and began to backtrack. ”Iʼm sorry… if I asked you too—”

”Thatʼs my wish,” she interrupted, her voice quiet but absolute.

”Huh?” Aether blinked, confused by the sudden shift.

Dora gave a faint smile—one that didnʼt reach her eyes. ”Iʼm sorry... but thatʼs all I could offer you right now. Just that.”

Aether paused, lips parted, ready to argue, to dig deeper... but then he saw it.

Her eyes.

They were pleading—not with her words, but silently, desperately. Donʼt push me. Not now. Please.

He sighed deeply, letting go of the frustration clenching his chest. ”Well... at least now I know something. So, through wish we could get more life...huh?” he muttered with a light chuckle of surprise. It was a strange kind of wish... not what he expected at all.

But he didnʼt press her further. Deep down, he understood. She wasnʼt ready. Not yet.

Dora gave him a faint, weary smile. ”Just so you know... life comes with a price,” she added, her tone suddenly heavy, far too serious for a simple comment.

Aetherʼs brows furrowed at her warning. Something in her voice made his stomach tighten. But he shook his head.

”Iʼll wait then… until youʼre ready. But you better tell me everything, you got that, woman?” he said with mock sternness, trying to lighten the mood without letting go of the promise.

Dora chuckled gently, nodding. ”Okay then,” she whispered, relieved. Seeing Aether back to his normal self—even a little—was all she wanted. She turned around, ready to walk back inside.

But just as she took her first step—

He caught her hand.

Pulled her gently.

And before she knew it, her body stumbled softly into his chest.

Dora blinked, surprised, looking up at him with widened eyes.

Aetherʼs lips curled into a sly smirk. ”You make me go through all that emotional chaos... and youʼre just going to walk away without healing me first?”

Dora blinked, then her lips curved upward into a seductive smile. ”Oh... but I did say sorry,” she teased, casting a flirty glance at his lips.

”If you want...” she leaned in, brushing her lips against his for a brief, warm kiss. Then she pulled back just a little, her voice like a whisper. ”How was that? Healed now?”

Aether raised an eyebrow.

”Excuse me?” he muttered. ”That wasnʼt even enough to treat a papercut.”

Without another word, he lunged—capturing her lips with a fire that had no restraint. His hand slid around her waist and gripped the underside of her juicy ass, pulling her tighter against him. Her curves moulded into him perfectly, her full breasts pressing against his chest.

~hmm~

His tongue plunged into her mouth, swirling and dominating, tasting her, savouring her. It was wet, deep, and breathless. Their mouths moved with a frantic rhythm—like theyʼd been starving for this kiss for ages.

”~mm~”

Dora moaned softly into his mouth, her hands gripping his hair, one of her legs wrapping around his hips as her entire body arched, offering herself more. Her breasts bounced lightly from the movement, rubbing against his chest with every pant. His fingers squeezed her ass greedily, pulling her closer, rubbing his hardened bulge against her soaked heat.

Every part of her body begged for him. And every part of him devoured her like she was a meal made only for him.

She bit his lip playfully between the kiss, before slipping her tongue back in, dominating him for a second. Her body trembled with heat, her breath coming fast, her thighs clenching.

Meanwhile, behind the wall...

”OH. MY. GOD.” Sera hissed as she tried not to squeal too loudly. Her face was half red from anger, half red from witnessing a live porno happening just meters away. ”Look at that bitch! Sheʼs seducing him like a succubus in heat!!”

Her voice cracked as she squeezed the edge of the wall so hard her knuckles turned pale.

Sandra was crouching just above her, eyes twitching violently. ”I— I agreed to a harem! I agreed, okay! But this—?! This is too real! Iʼm gonna climb down there and wrap my legs around his face and glue him to me!”

She was whisper-yelling through clenched teeth as if she was trying to contain the volcano bubbling in her chest.

Maelona stood frozen behind both of them, a teacup still in her hand, cheeks flushed like a blushing maiden from a romance novel.

”Is he... like this?” she asked in a shaky voice, unable to look away from the sight of Doraʼs legs wrapped tightly around Aetherʼs waist while he kissed her like he was about to eat her alive.

Sandra responded without blinking, ”Yes. But itʼs usually louder... and wetter.”

Sera groaned, ”Damn it... theyʼre gonna fuck against the balcony rail, I can feel it—should we stop them or should we—?”

”Join?” Sandra added with a growl and deadpan expression.

Dora finally, reluctantly, broke the kiss—lips swollen, breath hot, eyes gleaming.

”We can hear you guys...” she muttered without even looking back, her voice filled with pure exhaustion and annoyance, ʼJust when I was finally getting into it…ʼ he thought.
