Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1031 1031: Sera couldnʼt get what she wanted and Aether being a tease!

Aether... honestly hadnʼt expected her lie to be true.

He had assumed the Archpriestess merely created the character of Stella to manipulate or charm him... just another illusion. But now... hearing it from her lips, every word soaked in suffering and truth... how she fought, how she suffered, how she tried with every breath to save Raven... and how Mother—no matter how twisted her intentions—stepped in and blessed her to keep her alive...

It changed everything.

Aether hummed, a deep, thoughtful sound escaping his throat as his eyes lingered on her face. ”So once you got the power... everything changed?” he asked curiously, his fingers curling tightly around her hips, pressing her closer against him.

The Archpriestess gave a faint smile—tired, worn, yet still soft. ”Indeed... The moment I rose in power... everything shifted. I began to see the world clearly—those who were innocent... and those who were rotten to their soul.” Her voice lowered as her fingers gently trailed down his chest.

”I witnessed the past... the life of the previous Arcane Queen... and how Master changed. What power did to him. I saw it all... and I vowed Iʼd never fall the way he and she did. But most of what I am now... is because of my mother.” Her voice cracked softly, a shrug barely covering the pain in her eyes. ”She taught me I needed to become this... to survive.”

Aether nodded slowly.

But honestly... he couldnʼt figure out that Mother.

Was she good? Or wicked? Maybe both?

Even if it served her own goals, the Mother still chose to save Stella and Raven.

Aether sighed, his mind swirling. There was no point obsessing over it. That goddess was still the same annoying, manipulative, smug bitch.

He could thank her and still hate her.

Then her voice broke his thoughts—shaky, nervous.

”A-Are you disappointed in me?” the Archpriestess asked, her voice trembling as her hands clenched tighter around his torso. ”Thatʼs all about me... the truth. Nothing else.”

Aether looked at her, lips curling into a sly smile. ”What if I am?” he said playfully, his tone teasing and full of heat as he leaned in closer, letting their breaths mingle.

She narrowed her eyes, but her lips twitched into a knowing grin. Her pout formed slowly, exaggerated and mischievous. ”Boy~ Answer me... or Iʼll make you beg~” she whispered dangerously, her voice smoky and low as she leaned into his ear, brushing it with her breath.

Aether shivered, electricity dancing up his spine. She was coming back to her usual self... the powerful, dominant woman who didnʼt ask—she took.

He grinned wide, his hands suddenly squeezing her sinful, round ass—firm and greedy. She gasped softly, the jolt rushing through her legs. ”Girl~ You have no idea who youʼre teasing~” he growled in a deep, seductive tone, his lips brushing hers, nearly biting them with desire. Her body trembled in his grip, hips subtly grinding against his thigh.

The Archpriestess swallowed hard, her throat bobbing as she stared into his eyes—those intense, predator eyes that stripped her bare, left her trembling with anticipation. She could feel it... she wasnʼt just undressed in front of him—she was exposed, her soul trembling under his gaze.

Her core clenched. Just one look from him... and she melted.

Her cheeks flushed a deep crimson, heart pounding fast as she lowered her eyes, trying to hide the heat and embarrassment. But it was too late—heʼd already seen everything.

Aether chuckled softly, almost lovingly. ʼEven as the Archpriestess... Stellaʼs still buried in there,ʼ he thought with a small, warm smirk.

Of course, he adored the Archpriestess and her commanding nature—her hunger, her strength, the way she demanded everything... but sometimes... just sometimes, he wished to see shy Stella resurface. Just a little bit of innocence among all the dominance.

”Archprie—”

”Call me Sera,” she interrupted softly, her voice tender and light.

He froze. That name... his heart clenched instantly.

Aether stared at her. That name was sacred. Sera... he had only ever called her when she died.

No one else dared use that name. Not even Helena. It was something... intimate.

Pure... And she was giving it to him again.

Aether slowly lifted his hand and cupped her cheek. Sera tilted her head like a soft kitten, nuzzling into his palm as she smiled gently. ”Sera...” he whispered.

The sound of it on his lips shattered something inside him.

Her name echoed through him like lightning—like the pieces of his soul that had been scattered long ago were suddenly returning, drawn back by her voice... her presence... her warmth.

Sera smiled, and a single tear slipped from her eye.

”I... am happy...” she murmured softly, the words trembling from her lips.

Aetherʼs expression softened, his heart aching with affection. He nodded, wiping her tears with his thumb.

She leaned up, her lips puckering, waiting for her prince—her man—to kiss her.

He chuckled, charmed by how adorably horny and pure she looked all at once. His lips descended slowly, savouring the moment, and pressed gently to hers.

”Mmm~”

Their lips locked.

They had kissed so many times before... but this kiss... it was different. It wasnʼt just lust or heat.

It was home.

Their lips moved slowly, tasting one another like it was the very first time. Tongues brushed, warm breaths tangled, her body pressed greedily into his. She moaned softly, her curves moulded into him, breasts flattening against his chest as her hands clutched his back tightly.

Her hips rolled just once... enough to make him groan softly.

Sera pulled away slowly, resting her forehead against his. Her voice was low, breathy, and unsure.

”Aether... I know it might feel strange... but listen. If you truly loved Stella... I wouldʼve become her completely... just to be near you, to be loved by you.” She paused, her hand resting on his chest as she continued, ”But Iʼm not just her... Iʼm me too. Iʼm Sera. And Iʼve been waiting... waiting for your answer for eternity. Not to Stella... but to me.”

Aether stared into her eyes.

Those words... how could anyone have abandoned her before?

How could the man before him—the one from that past life—have been such a fool?

He shook his head, voice firm and clear.

”Stella or Sera... it doesnʼt matter anymore. All I care about is loving the woman before me now.”

Seraʼs face bloomed into a soft blush. Her body relaxed against him, heart pounding. She felt his fingers tighten around her hips again.

Seeing her cute reaction, Aetherʼs lips hovered over hers again.

Suddenly,

Ting!

Aether flinched, his ears perking at the strange, high-pitched sound. He glanced around sharply.

”Did you hear... that?” he asked, voice low and cautious.

Sera tilted her head slightly, her playful expression fading. ”What?” she asked, her tone suddenly serious as her eyes scanned the room. But there was nothing out of place.

Aether frowned, eyes narrowing for a moment before he shrugged it off with a small sigh.

”Maybe nothing,” he muttered, though something still tingled at the back of his mind. He turned back to her and smiled lightly.

”Alright, within a few hours dawn will break... so letʼs just sleep.”

Without giving her a chance to reply, he gently guided her onto the bed and turned to leave.

”W-wait!! Where are you going?” Sera blurted out in a hurried, flustered voice.

”You can sleep here,” she added quickly, cheeks tinted with a soft pink.

Aether paused, blinking in mild surprise. ”Are you sure? I mean... You are the Archpriestess. Isnʼt this blasphemy or something? Me staying in your bed?”

Sera smiled faintly, her eyes lowering. ”Itʼs fine... donʼt worry about the others,” she whispered.

Aetherʼs brows knitted in confusion. ”Fine?” he echoed, more to himself. He was pretty sure there were strict, divine rules about something like this. Even the Archpriestess wasnʼt usually above those, right?

Still... she was the one inviting him. And honestly, who was he to refuse?

Aether shrugged and began unfastening his pants.

”Oh my~ So fast... ah~”

Seraʼs face turned red instantly as she watched him strip down, heat flooding her cheeks.

Aether blinked and laughed softly. ”Just to be clear... youʼre not planning to pounce on me, right?”

Seraʼs eyes were already glued to his body—his toned chest, the lines of muscle trailing down his stomach, and then... that thick bulge in his underwear.

Her throat suddenly felt dry.

”O-Of course...” she stammered, quickly darting her eyes to the side. But she couldnʼt resist sneaking one more glance at the bulge barely held back by the fabric.

She gulped again and, added,

”...Not,” she mumbled weakly, voice barely audible.

ʼThat was a long pause,ʼ Aether noted inwardly, amused, but he said nothing. Instead, with a shrug, he climbed into bed without hesitation.

”Ky~”

Sera squealed like a startled little maiden, yanking the quilt up to her face, her eyes wide with anticipation... but Aether? He simply turned to the side and closed his eyes.

Sera blinked in disbelief.

ʼIs he... serious? Heʼs just going to sleep? Not even a single tease or touch?ʼ

Her heart was still racing from watching him undress. Her whole body was flushed, every part of her buzzing with electricity and anticipation. But here he was, already dozing off like nothing happened.

So much for her racing heart.

Still... she could use this opportunity... to maybe... get a little closer.

But then—

”Promise me you wonʼt do anything,” Aetherʼs voice came out of nowhere, soft but clear. He wasnʼt actually sleeping—just resting with his eyes shut.

Sera froze mid-reach, her hand hovering dangerously close to the thick, warm holy grail of temptation.

She huffed dramatically, withdrawing her hand with an exaggerated pout.

”Ugh... fine,” she muttered, turning her back to him with annoyance bubbling in her chest.

She puffed her cheeks, glaring at the wall.

ʼTease. Heartless tease!ʼ

Aether peeked at her from one eye, grinning to himself. As much as he wanted to ravish her until she forgot her own name... now wasnʼt the time.

He knew how dangerous this was. One misstep, and she could be punished by that overbearing, divine tyrant—Mother.

Especially if Sera lost her virginity here, like this...

No. He couldnʼt risk it.

So instead... he let his eyes drink her in. He admired the curve of her back, the soft arch of her hips beneath the quilt, the gentle rise and fall of her breathing. She was beautiful. And she was his.

That was enough... For now.

Silently, Aether reached out and pulled her into his arms.

”Ah—!” Sera gasped, a surprised moan slipping from her lips as she felt his warmth press flush against her back. His strong arm wrapped around her waist like a possessive band of steel, yanking her into his chest.

Her heart thudded madly.

ʼHeʼs doing it!!ʼ she screamed inwardly, her heart fluttering wildly, a giddy thrill spreading across her skin.

She wiggled slightly, subtly grinding her soft ass against him, testing the waters.

But then... nothing.

No wandering hands.

No hot whisper against her neck.

No thick thigh sliding between hers.

Not even a suggestive grind.

He simply... held her.

ʼHuh? W-what? No?!ʼ

She shifted slightly, her soft ass brushing against the hardness of his crotch—just to test him.

Still nothing.

She gave a second, slightly firmer wiggle.

Still.

Nothing.

Seraʼs entire soul groaned.

ʼWhyyyyy?! Iʼm literally pressing my butt against a whole holy grail and heʼs just lying there like a monk?!ʼ

She stole a glance back at him. His eyes were shut, lips slightly curled like he was dreaming peacefully.

Bastard looked angelic.

Sera gritted her teeth.

She wanted to scream.

She wanted to punch something.

More specifically—she wanted to sit on his face until he learned his lesson.

But all she could do was groan quietly and hug the blanket tighter.

”Cruel... so cruel,” she whispered like a tragic heroine in a slow death scene.

Aether cracked one eye open behind her head and tried not to laugh. He could feel the heat rolling off her, could practically hear the simmering sexiness vibrating in the air—but he held himself back.

Barely.

He gently nuzzled the back of her neck. ”You okay?” he whispered.

Sera jolted slightly, ”Oh, Iʼm fantastic, darling. No big deal!”

She huffed softly again, this time in quiet frustration. Still, buried in his arms, she felt warm. Protected.

Wanted.

Even if he wasnʼt acting on it, his body told her everything.

Tonight would become one of the longest nights in her life... full of hot, pent-up frustration, unanswered longing, and lust that simmered just below the surface.

But even then...

She didnʼt want to be anywhere else.
