Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 614 Nothing wrong with Kira and her family, right?

”Iʼll be leaving now...” Aether murmured, his gaze lingering on Delphineʼs naked, exhausted form sprawled across the bed. Her body glistened faintly in the dim light, traces of his essence leaking from both her delicate flower and her stretched asshole.

After their passionate night—culminating in his overwhelming proposal—Delphine had completely surrendered herself to his relentless need, her body now thoroughly drenched... she might be impregnated who knows ~

”Hmmm... take carreee... darrrlingggll... zzzzzz...” she mumbled in her sleep, a soft, blissful smile on her face despite her exhaustion.

She had reached her limit, her body finally giving in to well-earned rest.

Aether chuckled quietly, pulling the quilt over her nakedness until he caught a glimpse of her left breast. His eyes locked onto the intricate tattoo (♾️) now etched on her large, sensitive areola—the same spot where he had first sucked her inverted nipple into full, aching prominence.

With a soft laugh, he whispered, ”You take care too, my love,” pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead before carefully tucking her in.

Satisfied, he turned and stepped out of the house, closing the door behind him with a quiet click.

His next destination before leaving the empire: A surprise visit to Aria.

Just as he prepared to teleport, Aether noticed something odd. Snowflake, was staring at him with an unusual intensity. ”Hmm... what is it, Snow? Is there something weird on my face?” Aether frowned, brushing his cheek as if to find an answer there.

Snowflake merely shook her head, remaining silent.

Aether shrugged. ”Alright, if you say so,” he muttered, dismissing the moment. But just as he was about to activate his teleportation spell, his eyes caught sight of a familiar figure: Kira, walking out of the academy.

Narrowing his eyes, Aether quickly altered his appearance with a disguise and,

”Itʼs been a while, Kira”

”Shit!” Kira nearly jumped out of her skin, spinning around with her heart pounding. But upon seeing Victor standing there, she exhaled a sigh of relief. ”Sigh... itʼs you, Victor... wait!” Her expression shifted from relief to apprehension. ”E-Emperor?!”

Victor chuckled, his tone disarming. ”Relax. Here, Iʼm just a student like you.”

Kira hesitated before forcing a smile. ”So, where are you headed, Victor?”

”Roaming around,” he replied with a casual shrug. Then, tilting his head slightly, he asked, ”Are you heading home?”

Kira nodded, her posture relaxing a bit. ”Yeah, I just finished my exams. Thank goodness they were easy. I donʼt think Iʼll have any trouble next semester...”

Victor nodded, falling into step beside her. After a few moments of quiet walking, Kira glanced at him, puzzled. ”Are you... going the same way as me?” she asked, her brow furrowed.

Victorʼs lips curled into a smile. ”If you donʼt mind, Iʼd love to visit your home.”

Kiraʼs eyes widened in alarm, her face paling. ”M-My home?”

”Yes.”

”W-Why?”

Victorʼs smile deepened, his voice turning slightly sharper. ”What do you mean why? Isnʼt it natural for me to want to see the home of my attendant? After all, part of my responsibility is taking care of you.” His eyes narrowed slightly as he leaned in closer, his tone dangerously smooth. ”Unless... youʼre hiding something?”

Kira swallowed hard, her throat tightening. ”I-Iʼm not hiding anything... itʼs just that... I didnʼt inform my family. They might not be ready to host you...”

Victorʼs gaze softened, but his words remained firm. ”Donʼt worry about it. I donʼt need anything grand. I just want to see where my attendant comes from. Is that too much to ask?”

Biting her lip, Kira hesitated before reluctantly nodding. ”Okay... you can visit. Just donʼt expect anything fancy. My house is... old and kind of small.”

Victorʼs eyes glinted with amusement. ”Thatʼs fine by me.”

Suppressing an inward groan, Kira led him toward her home.

.....

The two eventually arrived at a lone, weathered house on the outskirts of Valysar City, not far from the academy. Your journey continues with

The area was mostly deserted, with only a few decrepit homes scattered around—many abandoned long ago.

Victor frowned, examining the rickety wooden structure that appeared ready to collapse. ”This?” he questioned, raising a sceptical brow.

Kiraʼs face burned with embarrassment. ”Thatʼs why I told you itʼs not grand...”

Victorʼs gaze didnʼt waver, ”Itʼs not about grandeur. This place looks practically abandoned.....sigh, Anyway, letʼs go,” he said, gently nudging her forward.

Reluctantly, Kira opened the door, her heart pounding. ”Mother? Father?” she called out as they stepped inside. Her eyes darted nervously toward Victor, who was already scanning the interior with a keen gaze.

Victorʼs frown deepened. The house hadnʼt been cleaned in what seemed like years. Dust coated the walls, and cobwebs clung to the corners, giving the place an eerie, desolate atmosphere.

ʼShit! Heʼs starting to doubt me!ʼ Kira panicked internally but forced a smile. ”I-It looks like my parents are out. Why donʼt you sit down while I prepare something to drink?”

Victor nodded, settling into a frail-looking chair that creaked under his weight. His eyes continued to sweep the single-room house—a cramped space with a small kitchen, a bathroom, and nothing more.

Suddenly, a frail, trembling voice echoed from the doorway. ”W-Who is this?”

Victor turned, his gaze landing on an elderly man and woman. Their skin was pale and stretched tightly over their skulls, their faces wrinkled beyond recognition.

Their hollow eyes gleamed faintly in the dim light, and their fragile frames trembled as if on the brink of collapse, ʼHow... how are they even alive?ʼ

”Well, my name is—”

Before he could finish, Kira rushed out of the kitchen. ”Mother! Father!” Her voice was strained, almost too cheerful. She wrapped them both in a tight embrace, whispering urgently into their ears, ”Heʼs Motherʼs enemy... Act Usual”

The elderly couple froze momentarily, their milky eyes flickering with recognition. Then, as if on cue, tears welled in their eyes.

”O-Oh! Dear... Y-Youʼve finally come back!” the elderly woman choked out.

”M-My daughter... ʼsobʼ... ʼsobʼ...” the old man whimpered, his voice thin and brittle.

Victor watched silently, his sharp gaze catching every unnatural twitch.

Their movements were... off... Too deliberate.... Too forced.

Kira guided them to sit, their frail bodies shaking with each step.

Victor observed silently, sighing inwardly. With their weak condition, he marvelled that they could still move around the house.

ʼNo wonder this place reeks of dust and decay... Theyʼre barely alive... how can they even clean...ʼ he thought

After settling them, Kira introduced Victor, her voice uncharacteristically soft.

”Oh? Y-You are that child?” The elderly manʼs lips quivered as he bowed his head. ”T-Thank you, child... f-for saving our daughter...”

”Thereʼs no need for thanks, sir. Your daughterʼs strength comes from her heart. Youʼve raised her to be resilient,” Victor said softly, offering a warm smile.

The elderly womanʼs eyes glistened, ”G-Good man... rare to see these days...” She cast a knowing glance at Kira, whose cheeks flushed a soft pink.

”W-What?” Kira stammered, quickly changing the subject. ”A-Anyway... where did you two go? With your health, you shouldnʼt be wandering around.”

The elderly womanʼs voice wavered as she answered. ”W-Well... your father and I... w-we needed fresh air... we c-canʼt just lie here all day...”

Kira nodded quickly, hoping to divert attention. Victorʼs gaze remained steady, but he finally relented, ʼSomething still feels off… but maybe Iʼm overthinking it. Still, Kyra and now Kira? hy?ʼ He thought that was really something that bugging his mind.

They exchanged pleasantries about family and daily life until Kira offered Victor water.

After taking a long sip, Victor stood. ”Well, I should get going. Sorry, I didnʼt bring any gifts. Next time, Iʼll make sure to bring something.”

The elderly woman smiled warmly. ”S-Sweet boy... w-we should be the ones apologizing... we werenʼt prepared for a guest.”

”H-Haha... n-no need for that. Just... take care of my daughter...” The elderly manʼs voice quivered with emotion.

”F-Father!” Kiraʼs face turned bright red.

Victor chuckled. ”Donʼt worry. Your daughter is in good hands.” He stood, offering a respectful nod before heading to the door.

Kira walked him out, her heart pounding.

Victor turned to her, his expression sincere. ”You have a wonderful family... Here.” He handed her a pouch filled with a generous amount of money.

”I-I canʼt accept th—”

Victor cut her off, his tone firm. ”I canʼt leave my attendant after seeing this. Use this to take care of your family first. Weʼll talk about the rest later.”

”V-Victor... ”Kiraʼs face turned pale, her voice shaky. ”T-Thatʼs too much... you know...”

Victor smiled, patting her head gently. ”Itʼs not too much. Itʼs a reward for a hardworking girl.” His voice was warm and comforting.

Kira blushed, reluctantly accepting the money.... As Victor walked away, he vanished in a flicker of light, teleporting into the distance.

Meanwhile, inside the house, the elderly couple peeked through the door, whispering in amusement.

”Looks like the Master has fallen for the enemy...”

”This is going to be interesting... Hahaha... look at her face! Thatʼs a look Iʼve never seen in a thousand years... She can still make expressions like that... amusing...”

Their voices were different—no longer trembling, no longer weak.... there was no hint of an old tone!

”Amusing? What?”

The elderly couple flinched, turning to see Kira standing in the doorway, her eyes cold and indifferent.

They immediately bowed their heads. ”F-Forgive us, Master!”

Kira snorted, stepping inside.

The elderly couple followed her, but unlike before, there was no frailty in their movements.

They walking steadily and proudly... no, They werenʼt walking.... They were floating!!

What Victor hadnʼt noticed... what he had never seen... was that they had no legs.

They were hovering in midair.... like ghosts!!!!
