Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 604 Itʼd be cool if not for that mess on your pants

”Hmmm...”

”.....”

”Hmm... What are we doing now again?” Nightfireʼs sceptical gaze locked onto Aether, who was mere inches from her face. His arms, warm and firm, wrapped around her bare skin, both of them clad only in their underwear.

His toned chest pressed against her breasts, making her painfully aware of how little separated their bodies.

”Registering each other,” Aether murmured, his voice low, as he gently ruffled her hair.

Nightfireʼs lips twitched, a flicker of annoyance flashing across her face, ”Registering? What for?” Her irritation was impossible to hide, even though her body betrayed her. She could feel his thick, hard shaft pressing insistently through the thin fabric of his briefs. Yet, she couldnʼt enjoy it. Why?

How much worse could her life possibly get?!!

It felt like being served a feast only to be denied the taste..... The frustration clawed at her, simmering just beneath her skin.

Aetherʼs arms tightened around her, his breath hot against her neck. He wasnʼt even pretending to hide how aroused he was. His cock throbbed against her belly, a clear indication of just how ready he was to lose himself in her.

If not for Arcaneʼs warning, he wouldʼve been inside her by now, not wasting time with this ridiculous ”registering.”

Nightfire sighed heavily. ʼWhat is this bastard really up to?ʼ she thought, resignation sinking in. She let her body sink into his, though her mind refused to give in so easily.

Asharaʼs mocking laughter echoed in her mind, ʼIf you hate it so much, why donʼt you push him off? Itʼs not like heʼs forcing you. Or... do you want him to?ʼ

Nightfireʼs lips twitched. She hated how right Ashara could be sometimes!!

Ignoring her for now, she allowed herself to feel Aetherʼs presence. His warmth, his strength... it sent a strange calmness through her, even as her body tingled with something more.

Her thin black tail, which had been swaying lazily in the air, curled around Aetherʼs leg. It wasnʼt intentional..... At least, thatʼs what she told herself. Discover more stories at

Aetherʼs fingers sifted through her hair, his touch both tender and... possessive?

His voice rumbled softly, ”You know... I was surprised when you threw Helena out of danger like that.... Just before everything went to hell.”

Nightfire flinched, a sudden blush creeping up her cheeks. She tried to sound casual, ”W-Well, itʼs not like I had a choice. Those damn things were dead set on me. I thought it was the best option at the time.” She rested her chin on his shoulder, her eyes drawn to his ear.

Her tongue darted out instinctively, wanting to taste his skin. She held back, teeth grazing her lip instead.

”I see....”

His tone was disbelieving, and Nightfire felt her temper flare. Her crimson eyes narrowed. ”Iʼm telling you, that was the only choice! If those monsters had been after her, I wouldʼve handed her over!” She huffed, her breasts pressing harder against his chest as she shifted.

”Yeah... yeah...” Aether nodded, his hand sliding down her back to rest just above her ass. His touch was maddeningly soft, almost teasing.

Nightfire sneered but gave up. Arguing with him drained her, and the heat pooling between her thighs demanded her attention. She traced slow circles on his back with her fingertips, her nails gently grazing his skin. ”Why didnʼt you tell Helena about the time reversal? About how many times youʼve killed it monster? about Ether or whatever shit it was... Are you worried about her?”

”You could say that...” Aetherʼs eyes softened. But more than that, he knew she would carry the blame herself. Helena was too pure, too selfless. Sheʼd see every tragedy as her fault, even when it wasnʼt.

Nightfire stared at him intently. He didnʼt talk about Ether blood or Master or Madam that she heard... all she knew was he was hiding something but she realized it was for others.

There was a saying... The Lesser you know the better you Happy!!

”You really care for her, donʼt you?” She said softly.

”Of course. I love her,” he admitted, his voice filled with pride.

Nightfireʼs heart clenched.

Jealousy? She shook her head.

No, she wasnʼt capable of that. ”And again... you should tell that to the person youʼre trying to seduce, you idiot!” she snapped, though her tone lacked bite.

”Haha... I just want you to know...” His fingers trailed over her side, grazing the curve of her breast. ”My heartʼs big enough for more. You might end up with many sisters in the future~” His teasing smirk made her want to slap him—or kiss him.

Nightfireʼs expression twisted into something between frustration and amusement. ”You still want me as your lover? Sigh... Aether, believe it or not, Iʼm not worth it.” She sat up, straddling his hips. Her pussy pressed firmly against his shaft, only the thin cloth separating them. Her hips moved unconsciously, grinding against him.

Aetherʼs eyes widened ”Not worth it?”

”Yeah...” Her voice was steady, ”You love Helena. I can see it in Her eyes... Even Selene I felt that warmth... I saw the way you held them. But me? I am not like them... I canʼt love. I donʼt feel warmth. I donʼt feel anything towards you. Youʼre wasting your time.” Her tone grew more serious, her body stilling.

She remembered his panicked expression when she was almost killed.... His panicked expression, his fearful expression... At that moment, she saw how much he cared.

Maybe too much!!

And she feared she might not be worth it...

Aether cupped her cheek, his thumb brushing her skin, ”Yes... Maybe you donʼt feel anything yet.

Thatʼs okay.

Iʼm not wasting my time because every moment with you is worth it.

I donʼt need you to love me right now. But Iʼll wait.... Because I see the real you, Nightfire.

You might speak harshly... sometimes frankly, hurt othersʼ emotions, push them away... but I see through that.

Youʼre scared.

You are just scared.... Scared of becoming like your mother who abandoned you.

Scared of abandoning others.... Scared of forgetting others... and most importantly, youʼre just scared of losing Ashara! Becoming an emotionless beast just like your mother!” His voice was steady, his gaze unwavering, as if he could see right into her soul.

Aetherʼs reason for bringing Nightfire along was simple—he needed time with her, to peel back the layers of her guarded personality.

He wasnʼt some omniscient being who understood everyone without effort. No!, like with all his other targets, he believed in direct interaction.

Though the situation spiralled into chaos beyond anyoneʼs control, he gained a deeper understanding of her than he ever expected.

Yes, she had a foul mouth, zero manners, and couldnʼt care less about what others thought—even Ashara.

Nightfire would say whatever came to mind without hesitation. And, physically? She was weak. She avoided conflict, uninterested in becoming a warrior or achieving greatness. She just wanted to fade into the background, to live unnoticed.

But when it truly mattered, when the stakes were life and death, Nightfire didnʼt cower.

Sure, she complained—loudly—but she stood tall.

Despite their complicated relationship, she never once left Helenaʼs side. She could have run..... She should have run!! Yet, when the moment came, she chose to stay. Even when faced with her own death, she prioritized Helena over herself.

That choice——struck Aether deeply. His heart skipped a beat, and from the depths of his soul, he knew he had to save her, no matter the cost.

Yet, Nightfire would never acknowledge any of it. She was terrified, convinced that one day sheʼd abandon everyone and become a hollow, heartless monster just like her mother.

All she wanted was a normal, peaceful life!!

Clap, Clap

Nightfireʼs hands came together, her expression playful yet tinged with surprise. ”Bravo, Mr. Aether. 100 points! If it were any other girl, theyʼd be head over heels in a heartbeat, lost in that deep pit of yours, never to rise again!”

Aether chuckled, his smile mischievous, ”Haha, cut me some slack, will you? Iʼm really trying here!” He pinched her hips and began tickling her relentlessly.

”Hahahaha! S-Stop! Ahahaha! S-Stooopppp!AHAHAH....” Nightfireʼs laughter turned to breathless gasps, tears streaming down her flushed cheeks as she squirmed beneath him. When he finally relented, he gazed down at her panting, tear-streaked face, his voice soft yet determined,

”Youʼre a succubus, Nightfire. So what? You still get to choose who you want to be.... Hehe... And Iʼll be damned if I donʼt get that Nightfire girl, no matter what it takes!” and leaned with a seductive face and said, ”It doesnʼt matter who you are... what race are you.... Once I pointed my target... I will get them!!”

Her breath hitched. For a moment, his words mesmerized her, breaking through her usual defences.

Clearing her throat, she shrugged, attempting to regain her composure, ”Well, donʼt say I didnʼt warn you or anything,” she muttered.

Aetherʼs eyes darkened with something more primal. His hands traced her face, then moved lower, gliding sensually over her body.

”W-What are you... ~mm~” Her soft moan escaped as his fingers pinched her nipples through the thin fabric of her purple bra, making them harden instantly.

”Registering your curves,” he whispered, his breath hot against her skin. His hands roamed, exploring every inch of her—her navel, her breasts, her underarms, her thighs, her feet, her perfectly rounded busty ass.... He paused deliberately, his gaze burning into hers as he hovered over her most sensitive spot. ”Do it like I did,” he challenged, his voice a sensual command.

Nightfire was trembling, nearly climaxing from just his touch.

”Sigh... whatever this registering shit is,” she grumbled, straddling him. Her hands moved with hesitant boldness, tracing his jawline, over his broad chest, down his chiselled abs. She gulped audibly as she reached his thick thighs, then his rock-hard cock straining against his underwear.

Her fingers hovered there. ”Pretty please~?” she whispered, her voice dripping with longing.

Aether smirked and shook his head, denying the food that was placed before her!

Nightfire groaned in frustration, only for Aether to toss a handful of capsules onto her. ”Take no more than one a day. Otherwise, youʼll die,” he said, his tone serious.

She stared at the capsules in disbelief. ”What the hell are these?”

”Something to help you keep your sanity,” he replied, a cryptic smile playing on his lips.

Her breath caught. ”Y-You mean... this...?”

Aether winked. ”Yes. No more worrying about losing control. Youʼll always be you, Nightfire. And youʼll always love Ashara.... You wonʼt abandon her.”

Drip....

A single tear rolled down her cheek. She wiped it away hastily, letting out a deep sigh as she stared at the ceiling.... She didnʼt want him to see her crying!

Aether noticed but said nothing. Instead, he pulled out another capsule, a transparent one.

”Whatʼs that?” she asked, narrowing her eyes.

Without answering, he swallowed it. His body trembled, and a dark stain spread across his underwear as he climaxed.

Nightfireʼs eyes widened, ”W-What the—” Just as she was about to sniff his aroma and taste the nectar, Aether pushed,

”Iʼm taking this so I donʼt go insane,” Aether explained, his voice steady despite the release. ”Iʼll always love my women. All of them.... Including you!! I wonʼt abandon anyone. Ever!” He flipped his hair dramatically, though the effect was ruined by the stain on his pants.

Nightfire snorted, ”Itʼd be cool if not for that mess on your pants.... Ahahaha...” She laughed for a moment before bowed her head slightly, whispering, ”Thank you.”

Aether frowned at her sudden seriousness. He tackled her back onto the bed, fingers finding her most ticklish spots.

Aether felt weird seeing her act all serious so he pushed on the bed and,

”Hahaha.. sto-ahaha.... Iʼm hahaha... being... hahahaha.... serious...hahahahaha”” she squealed, helpless beneath his relentless assault.
