Chapter 16: Chapter 16: A Great Hiding Spot.

”...A burning sword?”

She blinked, murmuring with genuine curiosity as she tried to sense the hard, large object pressing against her belly.

Her small, delicate hand slowly began to caress it through Jake pant... as if carefully studying its peculiar shape.

The woman’s fingers gently brushed along the hard, throbbing length.

Underneath her hood, her golden eyes widened in pure, innocent confusion as she tilted her head slightly.

”What a strange shaped sword.”

Jake: ”...”

And then her small hand gave it a light squeeze through the fabric.

”It’s so hot... and hard. Is this some kind of artifact you’re hiding? Or... a skill?”

At that innocent question, Jake finally gave an awkward cough.

But then he nodded seriously, trying to sound calm and solemn.

”Yes... it’s a secret weapon of mine.” Jake whispered, his voice slightly strained and hoarse.

At the same time, he couldn’t help but marvel at those soft, delicate hands.

Every time her gentle fingers touched his throbbing cock, a strange sparks shot up his spine.

’Is the difference between touching with my own hand and a beautiful woman’s hand really this great...?’

Jake couldn’t help but think that question.

Meanwhile,

The woman’s golden eyes sparkled with even more curiosity at his words.

She didn’t pull her hand away.

Instead, her delicate fingers continued to explore the thick, pulsing shape through the thin fabric, tracing its length from base to tip with slow, innocent strokes.

”...!”

Jake suddenly grabbed her hand to stop her.

His breathing grew even more rough as he whispered urgently,

”...This weapon is very unstable. You mustn’t touch it so casually... otherwise, you might get burned.”

”O-Oh? Sorry.”

The woman quickly apologized, her voice soft and sincere.

But she tilted her head again, her golden eyes still filled with pure curiosity as she looked up at him from beneath the hood.

”Then... how do you usually handle such an unstable weapon?” she asked innocently, her delicate hand still hovering near his crotch.

”Does it need to be cooled down? Or maybe... released?”

Jake swallowed his saliva at the suggestion.

The way she said it... so genuinely, without a hint of lewdness made it even more lewd.

He swallowed hard again, trying to maintain his composure.

”It’s... complicated. The more you stimulate it, the hotter and more unstable it becomes.”

The woman blinked slowly, processing his words with the utmost seriousness.

”So... if I keep touching it, it might explode ?” And yet somehow she sounded almost excited by the idea. ”Like a secret technique that builds up power until it burst?”

Her fingers twitched, clearly tempted to continue her ”research.”

Jake groaned inwardly, his grip on her wrist tightening just enough to keep her hand in place and from further more arouse him.

”Something like that... and trust me... you don’t want to be standing this close when it explode.”

Hearing the weight behind his words, she clenched her fists and stepped closer without hesitation.

”Then... let me help you stabilize it!” she said earnestly.

Her body heat pressed against him, especially the soft, heavy weight of her large breasts squishing tightly against his chest.

”I may not look like it, but I’m actually pretty good with delicate artifacts and weapons!” she added with a hint of pride.

Jake’s mind went blank for a second and he couldn’t help but think that this woman was going to be the death of him.

But then—

He quickly snapped out of his wandering thought and pulled her into a tight hug.

”Where did that sneaky bastard go ?!”

He peeked out from the corner of the alley and saw that the three suited men had returned.

They were frantically scanning the area searching for them.

Jake stayed silent and motionless, waiting patiently until they moved a short distance away.

Even then, the men lingered like relentless bloodhounds, hovering around the same spot.

He couldn’t help but frown at this.

”At this rate... who knows when they’ll finally leave,” he whispered.

It was his first day in this town, so he wasn’t familiar with the layout or the terrain yet but he had to find a way to escape with this woman somehow.

Just as he was lost in thought,

The woman who had heard everything, suddenly looked up and whispered softly,

”...Actually, I know a place where we can hide from them.”

Jake glanced down at her, curiosity flickering in his eyes.

”Oh? Where?”

She didn’t answer.

Instead, she cautiously peeked left and right before grabbing his hand and pulling him toward a narrow alley.

”Quick, follow me!”

Jake blinked, slightly caught off guard as he stared at her small hand tightly gripping his, dragging him along.

And before he realized it, their roles seemed to have reversed.

The woman took the lead, guiding him through twisting paths and occasionally pulling him aside to hide while she checked ahead.

Each time, she would signal to him once the coast was clear before urging him forward again.

A strange expression slowly appear on Jake’s face.

He couldn’t help but wonder... who was exactly running from whom?

Soon, under her lead, they quickly arrived at a secluded area.

Vines and wild vegetation had completely taken over the place, giving the place an old, abandoned feel.

Jake looked around and was puzzled.

Because the crumbling walls and overgrown greenery made it seem more exposed than hidden.

Even if they hid by crouching among the tall grass, they would still be visible if someone looked carefully.

This didn’t seem like a suitable hiding place... neither for short-term nor long-term.

As if sensing his doubt, the woman waved him over impatiently.

”Come here!”

Jake walked over, his curiosity growing as he watched her push aside a thick layer of vines.

And what was revealed beneath was a small, rusted sewer hatch.

”...”

Jake slowly turned to look at her.

”Don’t tell me... you want to hide in a sewer?”

The woman puffed up her chest proudly, and for a brief moment, Jake found his attention unintentionally distracted by her large restrained breasts.

”Hehe... it’s a surprise! Come on, I’ll show you.”

With that, she pulled the hatch open and climbed down the ladder without hesitation.

Seeing this, Jake hesitated for a moment, clearly reluctant.

He hadn’t expected this at all... first getting off a ship full of rough men and now heading into a sewer the very next moment...

Just what kind of situation had he gotten himself into?

But in the end, he gritted his teeth and decided to follow her down.

Krrr....

After pulling the lid closed behind him, the two of them soon disappeared from sight.
