Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2348: Chapter 2357: Who Took Which Photos

Just then, the waiter brought over the orange juice, ”Hello, here’s your orange juice.”

The waiter bent down and placed two glasses of orange juice in front of them.

Enna Clark helped Bobby put a straw in his glass before saying, ”You’re overthinking. I’m not having an affair. I don’t have any thoughts about it now, and I won’t in the future. So don’t worry about these nonsense things all day. Watch fewer melodramatic soap operas.”

As she said this, she remembered, ”By the way, did you ask Mr. Harris to download two more TV series for you again?”

Bobby, ”...”

”Delete them.”

”I don’t want to!”

”Want to or not, you have to. If I let you watch more of that messy stuff, who knows what you’ll fill your head with.”

Enna Clark was particularly firm on this point.

”No matter what you say, there’s no room for negotiation on this. At most, I’ll compensate you with a cake.”

”Devil!” Bobby pouted unhappily, looking as unwilling as ever.

Enna Clark pretended not to see it, blinked her bright eyes, and asked him, ”Do you want cake or not? If not, we’ll go home after finishing our drinks.”

”Devil, tyrant...” He muttered a whole lot, the latter part so softly that Enna couldn’t make out what he was complaining about.

After muttering for a long time, Bobby reluctantly said, ”Yes, I want orange pudding! Two!”

He was going to turn his grief into appetite!

Eat heartily!

Enna Clark knew he’d give in, for her Bobby was quite obedient. Compared to other kids, he was hardly ever rebellious.

Aside from usually acting like a little adult, bossing her around, he mostly took good care of himself and rarely worried her.

It’s just that some of his hobbies were too peculiar at times.

Like how he enjoyed melodramatic soap operas, stocks, and numbers.

Enna Clark curved her lips and said to the waiter beside her, ”Three orange puddings.”

”Alright, please wait a moment.”

...

After that little episode and an afternoon tea at the café with Bobby, it was almost seven when they got back to the mansion.

Bobby had too much cake at the café and wasn’t hungry at all. Once home, he slipped on his big slippers and said to Enna Clark, ”Woman, I’m not having dinner, don’t call me.”

With that, he immediately darted into his room, off to do who knows what.

Enna Clark shook her head helplessly, unable to do anything about it. She put down her bag, glanced around the living room, and, not seeing a certain familiar figure, furrowed her brow. She asked Joanne Harrison, who was preparing dinner nearby, ”Joanne, hasn’t Baron Lawrence come back yet?”

Joanne Harrison, hearing them as they came in, went to prepare honey water. When Enna asked, she had just finished bringing it over, handing Enna Clark a cup, ”Young Madam, have some water.”

Then handed another to Scott Harris, speaking a bit softer, ”For Mr. Harris.”

After giving each of them a cup of honey water, she answered Enna Clark’s earlier question, ”No, I haven’t seen President Lawrence come back.”

”And he didn’t call?”

Joanne Harrison shook her head and answered honestly, ”No, I’ve been at home and the phone hasn’t rung.”

Scott Harris probably guessed where Baron Lawrence had gone and, seeing Enna Clark pressing Joanne Harrison for answers, he tensed up and was about to speak. Then Enna’s phone rang, she picked it up and answered.

”Hello? Photo?”

Photo, what photo?

Scott Harris was completely in the dark.
