Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 2003: Chapter 2013: A Bucket of Ice Water Was Dumped Over My Head

A bucket of water was poured over Lin Anxin’s head!

The cold, bone-chilling water was not the warm water used during filming, but truly cold water!

Besides the water being real cold water, it also contained other things. The hard ice hit down, making Lin Anxin unable to open her eyes.

It’s autumn now, and autumn mornings are already quite cold. Suddenly a bucket of water mixed with ice poured over her head, that kind of cold felt like wind was blowing through her bones.

She bit her teeth hard, standing in ice water, persevered until the Director shouted cut.

”What are you doing! You’re supposed to show the heartbroken side of the female lead, why aren’t you crying?” the Director yelled in a frantic rage.

”Stop! Do it again!”

The bucket of ice water finally stopped pouring.

Lin Anxin’s lips were already purple with cold, she looked at the Director, trembling all over, calmly said, ”How do you know I didn’t cry? Can you see?”

For God’s sake, such a large bucket of ice water kept pouring down on her head, and he could actually distinguish whether she cried or not in that situation. If she couldn’t see that this Director was finding fault, she’d be a fool!

”I saw your expression was not sad enough, which means you didn’t cry earnestly enough. Okay, do it again!” the Director’s attitude was unyielding.

Lin Anxin bit her teeth, just about to burst into anger.

A coquettish voice came from behind, ”Oh my, Director Li, why are you so angry so early in the morning?”

”Nowadays actors are too unprofessional, I just said a couple of words to her, and she is unhappy.” the Director shifted his attitude, speaking much more gently to another.

Upon seeing who came, Lin Anxin’s disgust was as if she’d swallowed a fly.

Why did this woman come?

Lisa glanced at her in a sorry state, feeling immensely pleased, covering her mouth while laughing, ”What’s the matter anyway, it’s just a replacement scene. Anxin and I are old friends, just let it pass for my sake, let her finish this shot.”

”What replacement scene?” Lin Anxin heard their conversation and asked with a stern face.

Before the Director could speak, the coquettish woman already said, ”Oh, you didn’t know? I took this ad. But I didn’t want to shoot this water-pouring scene in the cold weather, wanted to find someone suitable to replace me for this shot, then edit it to appear as me. Thought about it I couldn’t find anyone suitable, so I thought of you. Anxin, you’re the most dedicated, always striving to do your best, I wanted to find you to be my replacement, help me shoot this scene, the effect would surely be great. I already told the Brand CEO, unexpectedly you really agreed to take this job. I’m really so delighted. I thought you wouldn’t agree to be my replacement, help me shoot this part.” She had painstakingly connected the dots, thinking she could secure that heavyweight Best Actress, didn’t expect Lin Anxin to show up halfway, stealing the Best Actress from her, not to mention the press release full of news criticizing her lack of dedication. Ha ha, now without a financer backing Lin Anxin, she couldn’t believe she couldn’t handle this little wench!

”Just now I watched, and indeed it was shot quite well. Being able to persist in shooting in such cold ice water, worthy of a Best Actress indeed.”

Damn!

Lin Anxin almost wanted to pull her over and slap her twice.

She said so, generally filming rainy or water-pouring scenes use warm water. Why did the water just poured onto her head with ice, turns out all this was designed by that woman! Just for this moment to humiliate her!
