Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 1767: Chapter 1757: Chi Enen’s Strategy

Chi Enen least likes to cause trouble for others because of her own matters.

She was silent for a moment, and her heart, which had been unsettled from the moment she entered the elevator to when she arrived at the Human Resources Department, suddenly calmed down. In the gaze of two pairs of eyes, she relented, saying, ”I understand, I’ll come again next week.”

The Human Resources Manager let out a long sigh of relief internally, and his nervous expression, well concealed on the surface, relaxed. Afraid of being exposed, he hurriedly returned the resignation report to her, and said cheerfully, ”Okay, just come directly to find me next week, Miss Chi. As long as you complete the process, I’ll handle it for you immediately.”

After speaking, he stood up, picked up the scattered documents on the table, and hurriedly said, ”I have a meeting and I’m running out of time. Miss Chi, Assistant Xu, I’m leaving first.”

”Alright, go ahead.” Having completed a major task, Assistant Xu also relaxed significantly, finally feeling relieved from the metaphorical knife hanging over his neck. He cheerfully addressed the Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources Manager seemed genuinely busy, leaving in a hurry.

Only the two of them remained in the office.

Chi Enen looked down at the resignation report back in her hands, her mind in chaos.

What should she do now?

Return to the Office of the President?

She hadn’t made up her mind when Assistant Xu started urging her, ”Miss Chi, let’s head up first. I actually want to ask you for a visitor record of President Li. I need to compile some statistics.”

He was plainly lying through his teeth.

Being the CEO Assistant, there was no way he would be idly compiling visitor records.

But to keep Miss Chi, he was willing to do anything!

Chi Enen knew he was finding an excuse, yet she took a deep breath, adjusted her mindset, and said, ”Mm, let’s go.”

A week is just a week. After all, she had arranged with Anxin to stay in Country W for another week, which matched perfectly.

After a week, she would take Baby Chi and return to Rainy City.

This week... she would just come over to check in each day.

...

Chi Enen followed him up to the Office of the President and returned to her small office. She opened her laptop, pulled up the previously saved schedule documents of Li Beijue, and organized them before sending them in an email to Assistant Xu’s inbox.

After completing this, she closed her laptop, picked up her belongings, and walked out.

She ran into Assistant Xu, who was coming to find her, still holding a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Seeing her exit, he paused and stopped, ”Miss Chi, you...”

Chi Enen interrupted, ”I’m heading back. I’ve just emailed the schedule record to you, please check to make sure it’s received. There’s not much else I need to pass on.”

Since she was transferred to Li Beijue’s side, she hadn’t handled much work, leaving nothing significant to hand over.

After pondering for a moment, she continued, ”Besides these, I have reorganized my work files, and sent them over as another document. See if there’s anything usable, if not, feel free to toss it in the trash can.”

After saying this, her pupils were deep and calm as she said, ”I’ll come every day to check in, and after a week I’ll go to the Human Resources Department. I won’t bother you next time, I’ll go directly.”

This way, she wouldn’t trouble the two of them by violating company regulations, nor would she face Li Beijue every day.
