What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

I walked across the courtyard as I headed back towards the dorms, my gaze locked to the front as I hugged my egg against my chest.

Along the way, I passed by several students and, now that I knew what I know, I noticed the details that weren’t there before.

The whispers and the hurried averting of their gazes... They weren’t doing that because I was carrying my egg... They were doing that because they thought I was some arrogant and crazy strong student that would just beat up anyone who crossed my path and looked down on others who were inferior to me...

I don’t know how I should react to that news so I have just been a little lost this entire time.

Like... What am I even supposed to do here? Do I just gather the entire school and tell everyone that it was all a misunderstanding?

I think that would not only be incredibly lame but it might also ensure that I would end up getting bullied by the real bullies of this school once they find out about this.

Still...

I turned to look at another first year student who was looking in my direction.

The moment our eyes met, he let out a terrified yelp before turning away and keeping his head down, as though he was sure that I was going to go over and start beating him up right there and then.

I sighed and turned back, continuing my path towards the dormitory as I tried my best not to think about it.

When I got to the dorms, there were a number of students that were also there and all of them quickly stepped aside to give way to me, reminding me of those scenes where the villain shows up and all the people around him would press themselves against the wall just to avoid getting beaten up.

So it seems like the news has really spread all around huh... I can at least be glad that it seems like it’s only being spread mostly around first year students for now...

Hmm... If that was the case, I wonder if I might be able to start another rumour that would run counter to this one and try and correct the misunderstanding?

Since it has reached this stage... I don’t think that would be possible to solve as quickly as I would have liked anymore...

I sighed and started walking towards the back of the dorms, spreading open my wings to leap up towards my room and climb in through the window.

I found my room mates there, both of them flinching when they saw me appear at the window.

At first, I thought they also heard the rumours and were now deathly afraid of me until Liovile relaxed and let out a chuckle.

”I’m still never going to get used to that, Aster. You really just use the window like the door huh?”

Maessa also giggled, ”I suppose for someone who can fly, it is much more efficient for you to use that as a way to enter the room instead of climbing the stairs~”

I blinked at them, surprised that they were still treating me like normal.

Liovile tilted her head at me, ”Aster? What’s wrong?”

I hesitated, wondering if I should ask them since they might not be aware of the rumours and if I were to ask... They would then figure things out and also treat me just like how everyone else was treating me too.

Still, I decided that it would be better for them to hear it from me than someone else so I sucked in a breath and gave them a serious look.

”Did you two not hear about the rumours spreading around about me?”

Liovile smirked at me, ”The ’rumour’ that you are an evil, arrogant bully that will beat up anyone who even looks at you wrong? That even the seniors aren’t spared if they dare to cross you?”

I grimaced at her, ”Yeah... Pretty much...”

Maessa nodded, ”Yes, we are aware of that. There were some students in my class spreading it around. That was a pretty funny thing to hear on the first day of school.”

I then gestured at them, ”Both of you don’t seem bothered by it?”

Liovile gestured at me, ”If you were really that evil, Aster... I think we would have been able to see it during the last few days, don’t you think?”

I couldn’t help but smile at her words, ”I could have just been pretending this entire time, you know?”

Maessa shook her head, ”I’m pretty sure we are at least able to tell someone is being genuine as compared to someone who isn’t, Aster. We understand it’s simply a misunderstanding, Aster, you need not worry about that.”

Liovile nodded enthusiastically, ”That’s right! You’re pretty cool, Aster! Even though... Well... You sometimes keep us up at night because of your activities...”

I grimaced, ”Right... Umm... Sorry about that...”

”Ah, it’s alright. I can see that your lovers do love you very much. And... I suppose you are also trying to mask the sound as well. Umm... Just... We’re hoping you might try to keep it down a little bit more since school has started?”

I nodded, ”I will try my best...”

Maessa waved at me, ”Anyway, you don’t need to worry about us. In fact, I would say we’re too occupied with making sure we remain in school anyway so we would rather worry about trying to pass our classes instead. People do say that the most number of drop outs happen in the first year after all... And it wouldn’t do well for us to be one of them.”

Liovile gave me a pointed look, ”Yeah... Unlike some people who have apparently boundless talent and is clearly better than everyone else, we don’t have the luxury of worrying about other people.”

I gave her a wry smile, finding some comfort that I at least have some people willing to stand by my side aside from my lovers.

Speaking of which... I should go check on them as well... I wonder what they think of all these rumours that have been spreading around?

I excused myself from the room and they gave me friendly waves as I left.

The moment I stepped outside, however, I found Tiara standing there as though she had been waiting for me the entire time.

”Ah! Big Sister Aster! I was just about to come and look for you!” She giggled, coming up to hug my arm. ”How was your school today?”

”Ah, it was good. If it weren’t for the weird rumours going around... Have you heard about them?”

She gave me a confused look, ”Rumours? What rumours?”

Huh... She doesn’t know? I guess the spread hasn’t actually reached as far as I thought it did.

”The rumours that I was bullying people or something...” I explained.

Tiara tilted her head, ”Hmm? Those were rumours? Aren’t they true?”

I gaped at her, ”What? No, no, no! Why would you think that they are true? They are saying things like me beating people up, you know? That I’m bullying the people that are weaker than me!”

”And what’s wrong with that? There is no place for the weak here. If they have a problem with getting bullied, then just become stronger and fight for themselves. No one owes them anything.”

I blinked at her, her answer catching me completely off guard more because this was princess Tiara we’re talking about.

”Umm... You know that the rumours are making me out to be a villain... Right?”

She tilted her head again, ”If that is what Big Sister wants? I don’t see a problem with that? In fact, I think it would be a good idea if you would be even more villainous, Big Sister.”

I stared at her for a good few seconds, ”More... Villainous?”

She giggled, ”Ehehe... I would say that the term would be more confident and imposing, Big Sister, which is what you have been doing so far anyway~ You have to assert your position and authority or nobodies would try and take advantage of you as well~”

”Do I even need to do that? I mean... Everyone’s a student, right?”

”Big Sister... If you were to show any weakness, they will definitely take advantage of it and pull you down. I dare say that it’s much better to be villainous than heroic in this place. After all... If they think that you are a pushover, they might even try to harass the people you care about to try and get you to fall from grace. But if they know that you are ruthless to anyone that crosses you, they wouldn’t even dare to think about touching the people you don’t want them to touch!”

...

Well... After hearing that... I suppose there is only one path for me here, isn’t there?

In order for my girls to be completely safe... There is only one thing that I can do.

I’m going to be the best damned villainess this school has ever seen!
