What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

The guy closest to the door immediately bowed his head a perfect ninety degrees, “Sir! We… We didn’t know you were coming today!”

The newcomer waved at him, “Cut the bullshit! Where is–”

He stopped himself when he saw me still holding up the limbless captain in my hand.

I thought he was surprised by the fact that this was the state of the captain until he hurriedly rushed over to me and fell to his knees.

“Lady Aster!!! You must believe me!! I did not know this was happening right under my nose and I had no part to play in this!! If I knew about this, I would have put a stop to this the moment I knew it was happening!!”

The captain that I was holding up in the air was obviously surprised by this sight as well and he was visibly trembling too.

“S… Sir? Mister Prime Minister?”

Oh ho, so he’s the prime minister? That means he’s the Off-Worlder isn’t he?

Well, obviously I was going to use [Screened] on him to see what his stats looked like.

Masuyama huh?

And yep, that’s the prime minister and the Off-Worlder… But now I’m wondering why he’s being so courteous to me?

Wait… He addressed me by my name didn’t he?

“You know who I am?” I asked with a tilt of my head.

He kept his head bowed, “Yes! I know who you are, Lady Aster!”

“Like… Who I really, really am?” I clarified, referring to the fact that I was an Off-Worlder.

“Yes, Lady Aster! I am very acquainted with your circumstances!”

Huh… So that means he also knows that I’m from the Nilm Family then, considering he was already referring to me by my title…

I guess since he took over as the prime minister, his duties included studying up on important families from other countries?

But how did he know it was really me though?

Well, whatever… Since the cat’s out of the bag…

I dropped the captain I was holding onto the ground before turning to him, “In that case, I assume you know what happened here then? What these people tried to do to me?”

“I was informed of it just a moment ago, Lady Aster…”

“So do you have the authority to deal with this or are you also useless?”

“I… I do have that authority to clear your name of any false crimes they had convicted you with…”

“In that case, can I let you take over this now?”

“Yes! It would be my pleasure!!”

He finally straightened himself before turning to look at the men that were still laying on the ground.

“All of you!! Gather everyone in the courtyard!! Every single person in this building including the prosecutors!! I want them all there by the time I get there! Do you understand?!”

“S… Sir? But… Our limbs…” The captain stammered.

The prime minister shot him a glare, “Roll or crawl there! I don’t care! Anyone who isn’t there by the time I reach there is dead! Now go!!”

The ones who still had both legs quickly started to run while the others hopped or even started crawling out of the cell.

In the case of the captain, he quite literally rolled himself out until someone scooped him up to carry him away with them.

The prime minister then turned back to me with his head bowed once more, “Please, Lady Aster… This place is unbefitting of you… Please let me guide you to a place more suitable for you to rest after what you have been through…”

I gestured at the two girls, “What about them? Their names will also be cleared as well, right?”

“Yes. Of course, Lady Aster. I will make sure that everyone who was falsely convicted of crimes they did not commit will be completely exonerated of any criminal records and properly compensated.”

I turned to the two of them, “Well… I guess you’re both free to go then.”

The pink haired girl gave me a pointed look, “Who are you, really?”

I placed a finger on my lips, “It’s better if you didn’t know.”

They got the hint and hurriedly left the cell, leaving only the prime minister and myself in the room.

I turned back to him, “So… What should I call you?”

He remained bowing, “Please just call me Masuyama, Lady Aster.”

“So Masuyama… How do you know who I am?”

He hesitated before bowing even deeper, “Forgive me but… That is not for me to share… If you would just follow me, everything will be explained…” This update is available on novelꞁire.net

“Err… Ok? Lead the way then?”

He quickly turned around and started leading me out to the corridor and down the corridor.

There were sounds of people running and I assume that was from the other people inside this police station rushing towards the courtyard as this guy had instructed.

But instead of heading in the direction of the courtyard, Masuyama seemed to be leading me to another direction instead.

We eventually came to what looked like the office space of the police station and he stopped in front of a double door before rapping his knuckle on it three times.

Without waiting for an answer, he pushed open the door and gestured for me to head inside first.

I was still a little wary but I obliged nevertheless, entering the room ahead of him while being prepared just in case this turned out to be an ambush.

Instead, I found myself in what looked like an ornate office with a very familiar Nekomata seated behind the desk.

“Boss!!” Emilia cried out, leaping out of the chair to leap towards me and dive into my embrace. “I was so worried!! Did they do anything to you? Did they touch you? Tell me if they did! I will ruin all of them!! No wait, I’m already going to ruin them… I’ll make sure they suffer and wish they were dead before killing them all!”

I tried to calm her down, “Umm… Could I know what’s going on? This guy here is the prime minister of this country right?”

As though realising something, she turned towards Masuyama and scowled at him, “You!! By the Gods!! How did you even let this happen?! Are you that useless?!!”

Err… Emilia? That’s the prime minister you are talking to… Are you sure it’s ok to talk to him like that?

Before I could ask though, Masuyama had already prostrated himself on the ground with his head pressed against the floor.

“I apologise Miss Emilia!! I really didn’t know this was happening!! This is entirely due to my negligence!!”

“Of course it was all because of your negligence!! Are these idiots even aware of who they tried to touch?!!”

“They were not, Miss Emilia!”

“Then what are you planning to do with them?!”

“I will personally punish them, Miss Emilia!!”

I cleared my throat to interrupt them, “Ahem… Sorry but… Can someone explain what is going on? How do you know him, Emilia? And why is he acting like that to you and me?”

Emilia nodded at the guy that was still prostrated on the ground, “Does Boss know that this idiot here is an Off-Worlder?”

“Well… Yes. Kind of easy to figure out considering a lot of the changes he made to this city was basically something we also had in our old World… And I overheard people talking about how everything was implemented by the Prime Minister so I figured that whoever it was must be an Off-Worlder… Why?”

Emilia gestured at the guy, “This little idiot was the heir of a failing family and he was actually in danger of being put to death not long after he first appeared here. It just so happens that his family had something we needed within the city so we helped save him from ruin. In return, we basically funded him to get him instated as the prime minister of this country so that we could get stuff from him once he occupied that office.”

…

“Wait a minute…” I muttered, needing a moment to comprehend what she just told me. “Are you telling me that you have the literal prime minister of this country in your pocket?”

Emilia tilted her head at me, “What does that mean?”

“I mean you are in control of what the prime minister may or may not do and he’s… Well… Basically indebted to you?”

Emilia nodded, “Pretty much. And look, here he is not even doing the job I literally gave him! Pathetic!”

Err… Sorry but I’m still trying to come to terms with the fact that she really went to rig this city’s system like that…

I don’t even know anymore…
